Bienvenue dans les coulisses d'Hisse & Haut, une entreprise d'accompagnement axée sur le sens au travail et sur l'engagement sociétal. Nous abordons aussi les perspectives du travail après la crise du Covid-19 et l'importance de l'engagement collaboratif au sein des entreprises.
Perrine est une femme passionnée, engagée et créative. Depuis son enfance, elle a toujours eu cette étincelle d'entrepreneuriat en elle. Ses parents la décrivaient comme une leader, toujours prête à proposer des idées et à mener des projets. L'entrepreneuriat, pour elle, est plus qu'un simple statut, c'est un état d'esprit, une posture qu'elle a adoptée depuis son plus jeune âge.

Après avoir vécu une dissonance cognitive entre son mode de vie personnel et son environnement professionnel, elle décide de se lancer dans une quête pour changer les choses au sein de son entreprise. Elle découvre Corporate For Change, une branche de Ticket for Change, qui accompagne les entrepreneurs. Malheureusement, sa décision de rejoindre ce programme n'était pas en accord avec son employeur. Rupture professionnelle, qu’elle choisit de voir comme une belle opportunité.

Hisse & Haut est née dans ce contexte.
Perrine décide alors d'accompagner les autres pour les aider à éviter ces problématiques de mal-être au travail et de quête de sens en leur proposant notamment des bilans de compétence à impact positif. L'accent est mis sur la connaissance de soi, la coordination et la collaboration avec d'autres professionnels de l'accompagnement.
Hisse et Haut est aussi une autre entreprise atypique, axée sur le sens et l'engagement sociétal. Elle organise des événements visant à rassembler les gens, à les sensibiliser et à leur faire vivre des expériences enrichissantes. Essentiellement composée de freelances, ce qui offre une grande flexibilité et permet d'engager des talents variés pour des missions spécifiques.
