Margaux a 37 ans.

I invite you to listen to this podcast episode to delve deeper into the meaning of the affirmation "I don't chase, I attract" and discover how embracing it can lead to greater happiness and success in your life. This is a repeat podcast, but it is worth listening to a few times!

All Pet Store Dogs Must Come From Shelters
Earlier this month a federal judge in Phoenix, Arizona upheld a city law requiring that all dogs sold in pet stores must come from shelters, which will also help to relieve shelter overcrowding. Phoenix is one of about 60 cities in the U.S. that have similar laws designed to put an end to puppy mills by driving potential pet buyers toward homeless animals.

From Chaos to Clarity: Don't Get Stuck In The Suck with Divorce Coach Debra Grant
In this episode, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Debra Joyce to discuss the pivotal moment in her life when she went through a life-changing divorce that led her to jump out of airplanes and into a completely new path. Through sheer resilience, Debra overcame her hardships by facing them head-on and leaning on her faith. As she grew in strength, courage, and wisdom, she realized her purpose in life was to help other women navigate their own journey through divorce. Her ultimate goal is to ensure that women don't get stuck in the pain of their past and find their purpose sooner, enabling them to begin their healing journey. With Debra's guidance, you can walk through the aftermath of divorce with grace and come out on the other side stronger and more resilient.

Debra Joyce's life's work is centered around a burning desire to speak on the transformational components that have helped her on her healing journey. Having experienced her own pain and heartbreak, she is passionate about helping others who are currently going through similar struggles. Debra believes that the people she can help today are the same people she was not too long ago. Her message is grounded in the knowledge that God brings trials and tribulations into our lives to help us become better, not bitter. She is living proof that pain can be used for a better purpose, and she works towards that goal every day with God's help. Debra has discovered that it's possible to find joy even in the midst of sorrow, and she is committed to helping others do the same.

Ep. 81 Tackling Anger and Winning

Ep. 81 Tackling Anger and Winning
Anger is a natural expression to situations that harm our body, family, and property. It’s when we allow anger toward these situations to harm our character do we permit ourselves to experience even greater harm. In this episode, I share a Stoic tool for tackling anger by looking at the judgements we cast towards situations. It’s understanding these judgements that hold the key to tackling anger. I also explain how to diffuse unnecessary expressions and repressions of anger through the virtue of kindness.
