    About this Episode

This week, we’ve got a guest. I brought along Dr. Gilly Kahn to talk to us about ADHD in adults, what it looks like, why it’s missed and the challenges that we can face as a result. For the highly intelligent, successful people that I work with, considering this diagnosis has been challenging. There is such a pervasive stigma around this diagnosis and I’m hopeful that today’s episode opens your mind and expands your view, that it has you reconsider. Learn about aspects you may have missed or misunderstood as well as way we can cope.

Wellness Woes: Clean Eating, Diets, Weight Loss & Weight Gain

This week we're talking diets, weight loss and the inevitable weight gain that most experience. In today's show we'll take a peak into the science of it all to understand why diets fail (and why you aren't a failure if they don't work for you).
