6 Steps To Take Control Of Your Life

6 Steps To Take Control Of Your Life

On today’s episode, I Rob Dial, The Mindset Mentor, am going to give you 6 steps on how to actually take control of your life starting today.

Whether your life is at rock bottom, or is going good but you know it could improve… Then this episode is for you.

With 500K people following me on just Instagram alone, you can imagine I get a ton of messages from people messaging me and asking a pretty similar question…”Hey Rob, I am ready for a breakthrough. I’m desperately seeking a transformation. How can I change my life?”

Disappear for 3 months. If you really want to make a massive change in your life… this one is for you. I’ll explain how to do this the RIGHT way.

    1. Meditate. I’ll explain how you can incorporate some form of meditation into your routine that will help you hard reset on the story that’s been happening in your hand, and be able to become a more calm and centered person.

    2. Get some form of movement every single day. I’m not saying you’ve got to purchase a gym membership every day and get the most grueling workout in… but I will explain how much movement is enough, what type you should be doing, and the importance of moving at all. I promise it will help you think of “exercise” in a new way.

    3. Find a specific lifestyle diet you want to do, and stick to it. It doesn’t matter what type of diet you’re following but I’ll give you some hard stops, and some great ideas on how you can determine what is best for you if your goal is to self improve in your life overall.

    4. Remove alcohol. Sorry if this one scares you… don’t skip this part. It’s just 90 days and you can do it. The truth is that whether it’s on purpose or not, alcohol is going to numb you in some type of way and disconnect you from your consciousness. I’ll give you all you need to know to make skipping alcohol for this 90 days, absolutely worth it.

    5. Journal. This one is key. If you want some help with how to do this properly, and create space for it to make the biggest impact… click the link below this description and get this free gift I’ve put together to help you get started journaling and experiencing the benefits of it.

    6. Decide your other “non negotiables”. There are some definite non negotiables you need to follow fundamentally, but this step gives you space to make this work for you, the ways that YOU want and need it to. I’ll explain what I mean…

The reality is that if you listen to this podcast, or any other type of self improvement podcast that’s out there… you’re here because you want to improve upon yourself and you know that there’s another version of yourself that you’ve yet to uncover.

Give these 6 things a try, and let me know how it goes for you.

    If you like this episode…

Make sure to share it with someone that needs to hear it and help us get the message out there so that together we can help make people’s lives better and make the world a better place.

    BY THE WAY:

I’m still offering out this special gift I put together just for everyone who listens to this podcast.

It will actually help you start experiencing transformation in your life immediately.

So while you’re doing your best to grow through what you go through..

How To Make The 4 Most Important Decisions In Life That Impact 90% Of Your Happiness & Avoid Unnecessary Pain And Stress

How To Make The 4 Most Important Decisions In Life That Impact 90% Of Your Happiness & Avoid Unnecessary Pain And Stress

If you are at a crossroad and can't seem to decide what to do next, then this episode is for you.

When you're stuck and are still trying to find your purpose, you're in the right place.

I am so excited to share with you the conversation I had with Anas Bukhash, a Dubai native motivational speaker. He is a notable figure in the UAE's entrepreneurial and motivational landscape.

It is truly enlightening when a conversation doesn't just focus on finding love and how to be in service to others, but also touches on how we can rise from making bad choices in life.

Anas has laid out some of the most challenging yet motivating questions where I talk about why we shouldn't pass along the generational trauma we picked up from our parents and the good and bad side of our ego. Yes, ego can be beneficial when we learn to acknowledge that success is a team effort.

On to the topic of my personal journey, I open up about how I dealt with loss and grief, the pivots I had made that completely changed the trajectory of my life, and overcoming the adversaries that came with it.

What's the biggest lesson I've learned to this day? The truth that happiness can't be forced. It comes naturally when you know how to love yourself by staying healthy.

    Today, you will learn:

    - How to live a life of purpose

    - The important choices we make that greatly impacts our goals

    - How to deal with the loss of a loved one or friend

    - The level of emotional mastery we need to develop

    - How to use ego to your advantage

    - The truth about generational trauma

    - The real definition of genuine love

Don't miss this life changing conversation that revolves around personal growth, healing, and making better life choices.

    With Love and Gratitude,

    Jay Shetty

3 Steps To Finding Your North Star: An Exciting New Approach To Designing Your Life

3 Steps To Finding Your North Star: An Exciting New Approach To Designing Your Life

Welcome to an exciting new masterclass on designing the life of your dreams.

First, you’ll learn the process for identifying your own North Star, why this is important at the beginning of creating your new life, and how to use your North Star to guide you in the process of designing your life.

Next, you’ll dive deep into the 3-part framework: Emulate, Assimilate, and Innovate.

This framework is the backbone of the University of Southern California’s world-renowned Popular Music major taught at their Thornton School of Music.

It’s the creative process artists use to create songs, movies, and video games. The framework has helped launch Grammy-winning artists and touring musicians for the past decade.

I just learned about it a week ago and was so blown away that I had to share it with you.

When an artist creates a song, they begin with a blank piece of paper.

When you design your life, you are an artist with a blank canvas.

Today, you’re invited to tap into the artist within and learn how to find your North Star and use the creative process to bring your vision for your future to life.

    Xo Mel

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    • 8:00: Shout out to Chris Sampson from the Thornton School of Music for these pillars.

How to Make Hard Choices: Practical Tips for When Sh*t Gets Real

How to Make Hard Choices: Practical Tips for When Sh*t Gets Real

Oh…sometimes life is a real doozy.

You make all these plans, and boom. You step right into a pile of you-know-what. And then you realize that pile was there all along—you just missed it.

Which brings us to the topic of today’s episode: making hard decisions and moving on from hard relationships.

How do you move forward when…

You feel so torn about what to do.

    You don’t trust yourself.

You’re scared to make the wrong decision.

What’s best for you will impact the people you love.

How do you decide your next big move when everything you worked for evaporates before your eyes?

How do you stop thinking about your ex, especially when you might bump into them at any moment?

    I’ll tell you how.

Pull up a seat and join me because you are going to love the listener, Katrina, who I’m coaching today. Her question was, "Should I stay or should I go?"

By the end of this episode, you’ll not only have the answer to whatever question YOU are grappling with, but you'll also have so many decision-making tools in your back pocket that you’re going to need more pockets.

Today, you’re getting strategies to help you

    • Live your life with no regrets.
    • Keep your cool when you see your ex.
    • Bounce back after rejection.
    • Stop feeling guilty about following your dreams.
    • Make courageous decisions.

The biggest takeaway? Knowing the difference between what’s right for you and the fear that’s keeping you from it

When something is right, even if it’s scary as hell to go for it, you’ll only ever regret not having tried.

    Xo Mel
