To celebrate reaching 150 episodes, and as this may be the last Friday episode (for now), we decided to do a completely unedited* and uncut episode, which gives you just a tiny bit more insight into how utterly chaotic trying to record a podcast with the three of us in is...
*not completely unedited as Mrs ADHD shows her arse so for the sake of our viewers, minor editing has to occur.

As usual, Alex the Psycho.......education Monkey delivers the evidence behind the subject, all three ADHD Adults give their personal reflections, and then in the final section ('Just The Tip') your hosts cover some top tips about ADHD and discrimination in the workplace. 'What has James lost, forgotten or mislaid this week?" returns with Alex astonishingly 5-2 up for the year, The Metrics Intern continues telling us about the cities we have listeners in and Alex reads his usual 'definitely real' correspondence. Alex can’t not be wildly political, Mrs ADHD has been honing her delivery, and James will not marry Alex...

We’re back to answer your burning questions about the world of dating and relationships. Before getting to our callers, we read an email from a listener who recently had a gender reveal/surprise wedding, only to have her husband party the night away and not come to bed with her. Then, we get to our callers.
Our first caller’s husband would rather spend time with deer than her. She’s only seen him twice in the last month, and is wondering whether their marriage is salvageable, or whether she should call it quits. Our second caller is wondering whether she should stop waiting for her long-distance situationship to ask her out, and just do it herself. She’s tried to get him to commit before, but he used distance as an excuse, so she’s unsure how to convince him to give them a shot despite the commute. Our final caller’s parents want her to break up with her boyfriend once she graduates college, but she’s not sure if she should. It’s the healthiest relationship she’s been in, but he’s not as driven as her, so she’s trying to decide what is more important in a relationship.
“The more confident you sound, the more he’ll be scared he can’t live without you.”

Episode 136 of The ADHD Adults podcast covers the subject of ADHD and careers, following a poll of over 1600 people. As usual, Alex the Psycho.......education Monkey delivers the dull science behind the topic, all three ADHD Adults give their personal reflections , and then shamble into some top tipping etc at the end. 'What has James lost, forgotten or mislaid this week?" returns with the scores level, and Alex reads the usual 'definitely real' correspondence. If you've been recently diagnosed with ADHD and /or Autism, asking for reasonable adjustments at work is your right. Knowing what to ask for can feel challenging, especially if you're the first one to do so or your place of employment doesn't feel so neurodiverse-friendly yet. This week's episode hopes to offer you the insights to advocate for yourself and ask for what you need.
This week's guest is Hester Grainger, a neurodiversity consultant, co-founder of Perfectly Autistic and Perfectly ADHD, a radio presenter and former TV presenter diagnosed with ADHD in her forties.
Together with her husband Kelly, who is autistic and has ADHD, they run their neurodiversity consultancy, which works with organisations to raise awareness and acceptance of neurodiversity in the workplace and works with parents and education settings around autism and ADHD.
Hester is also mum to her two children, who are autistic and have ADHD.
On today's The ADHD Women's Wellbeing Podcast, Kate and Hester talk about:
