Moment 105 -The Single Biggest Killer Of Relationships: Lewis Howes

Moment 105 -The Single Biggest Killer Of Relationships: Lewis Howes
In this moment, Lewis Howes discusses the biggest killer of relationships. According to Lewis, the greatest mistake someone in a relationship can make is abandoning their true self in order to make peace in a relationship. This compromising can actually be a sign of deeper wounds that have not yet been healed. Lewis believes that as part of your responsibility to be emotionally accountable, you have to find your wounds in order to begin the work of emotional healing. This can help you attain emotional regulation, which is the greatest superpower that we can have to deal with the highs and lows in life. Remembering My Mission - Understanding the Patterns of Life

Remembering My Mission - Understanding the Patterns of Life
Zofia and Greg Em talk about growing up as a male empath. Being required to play sports, when he wanted to play with pyramids, crystals and magnets. His emotions interfered with an ability to see and understand patterns, so he ignored what he knew and used escapism (video games) to avoid dealing with the world. In his 30s, he started reading spiritual books and the first one he read was Eckart Tolle the Power of Now. Shortly after, he briefly experienced enlightenment and lost that state as he re-entered the world.. He started making music from that tail of energy. Then a romantic betrayal left him severely ill, wasting away.. He consciously tried to die, but his spirit wouldn't go. When that didn’t work, he decided to stick around, heal and complete his mission. His 5 year healing journey taught him humbleness, gratitude and faith. Most importantly he started to looked at challenge as a test. And the more he did that, he would get upgrades in jobs, in housing, in health, continuing to learn, heal and grow. In these years, he continued to read esoteric books, learned other healing modalities such as reiki and his abilities started to open up where he could actually feel energy fields with his hands.
