    1. Take care of your gut. Gut health affects mood because 70% of the immune system is affected by the gut biome. When the bad bacteria in our gut takes over the good bacteria, called dysbiosis, it puts our body in constant distress and can send signals to our brain, negatively affecting our mood.
    2. An easy nutrition hack is to have a protein shake and simple carbohydrates directly after working out. For our muscles, the protein will rebuild and the carbohydrates will refuel.
    3. With young athletes, approach nutrition simply but effectively. Set them up for success in the long-run by teaching the importance of fueling and recovering with nutrition, starting by eating enough of the right macronutrients (carbohydrates, fats, and proteins).

    本周指定食材:燕麦

    麦片蘑菇汉堡 - 健康麦片汉堡

    材料1

    燕麦片200克

    原味酸奶 1 杯 / 200克

    鸡蛋 3颗

    盐 半茶匙

    做法:

    1. 把所有材料拌在一起,让燕麦片软化。

    材料2

    牛油 80克

    纽扣蘑菇 切片 200克

    大葱 1 粒 切丝 200克

    蚝油 15毫升

    粗黑胡椒粉 1 大勺 *喜欢的可以加点些

    玉米油 200毫升 (用来煎燕麦)

    做法:

    1. 热锅下牛油让它溶化后加入大葱丝炒约3分钟后加入蘑菇片继续翻炒约1 分钟后加入粗黑胡椒粉和蚝油,炒至香味约2分钟后,关火待用 * 全程用小火

    2. 用另一个锅并加入200毫升的玉米油 * 用中小火

    3. 把泡好的燕麦片做成汉堡形状,下锅去煎

    别紧张去翻它,等它定型后成金黄色后才翻另外一面继续煎成金黄色便可。

    组装汉堡

    1. 拿片煎好的燕麦包,涂些蛋黄酱,再放些自己洗好喜欢的蔬菜,如生菜,番茄等等后再放些蛋黄酱,一片芝士,还有炒好的蘑菇酱,最后盖上另一片燕麦汉堡,完成。

    In an exclusive interview with NDTV-Dettol Banega Swasth India, Smriti Irani, Union Minister for Women and Child Development talked about mother and child health and the four key determinants. "Not many people know that good health is dependent on access to good sanitation facilities. To wash hands, you need access to clean water. Secondly, access to clean toilets. Building toilets is equally important for healthy living circumstances for a woman, child or the family at large", said Ms Irani.
