Cultivate Courage by Regulating the Nervous System, an Interivew with Tracy El

Dawn Jenyce interviews Tracy El, Empowerment and Confidence Coach at SerendipityTrekker, and discovers why our nervous system can compromise our well-being when it is unregulated.

Regulating your nervous system can be important for managing stress, anxiety, and overall well-being. The nervous system has two main branches: the sympathetic nervous system (responsible for the fight-or-flight response) and the parasympathetic nervous system (responsible for the rest-and-digest response). Balancing these two branches is key to regulating your nervous system.
