A friendly reminder for all my listeners, sometimes those memories are more important than tracking those macros.
It is so important to know the difference of when you need to be 100% on point and when you need to be more present in the moment, enjoying and living life. If you are constantly thinking about if you're hitting your nutrition, if you're getting your steps, in getting your workouts in, always getting your water in, really hitting all of your plan protocols all of the time. This can be a very unhealthy mindset that can lead to some serious side effects. If you continue down that road, it can lead to different disordered eating different, disordered mindsets. body issues, all sorts of things.
If you're really trying to make your health a priority, that's not a journey you want to be on or something you want to have to heal and recover from. So paying attention to when is a good time to stick to the protocols and when is a good time to be more lacks is key here, and I’m sharing all about it in this episode.
