However, it's important to remember that progress is more important than perfection. Setbacks will happen, and it's crucial not to beat yourself up over them. Instead, view setbacks as opportunities for learning and growth. That's the science behind habit formation.

    Welcome to today’s episode of The Mindset Mentor Podcast, where today… I am really freaking excited about what I get to help you learn today… It’s also probably one of the most helpful things you can learn on your journey to self discovery AND mastery.

    You’ve heard of paranoia, right? But have you ever heard of PROnoia? I know you’re wondering, “What the hell is Rob talking about,” but just trust me! I’m teaching you this so that you can start to live a more positive and fulfilling life my friends.

    Today I’m going to help you see some proof in the pudding behind the fact that the universe, or whatever god you may believe in… is actually conspiring FOR YOU, not against you.

    Before I lose you thinking this episode is “woo-wooey”, I want you to know that I didn’t come up with this concept. In fact, pronoia was coined by a well-respected sociologist named Fred Goldner in the 1980s.
