He threw 38 touchdown passes before retiring in 2016. He is currently the CEO and Founder of The Post, an invite-only leadership network built by athletes, for athletes.

Jacob was drafted 9th overall in the 2009 MLB Draft and went on to play for the Detroit Tigers, Miami Marlins, Chicago Cubs, and Chicago White Sox.
