That’s normal, and we can’t please everybody. But look at it from a different perspective that the bad review is not the problem. It is the result of a problem, and you can do something about it. Shift your focus on the reason why a customer gave a bad review. But first, you need to learn how to deal with those feedbacks, reviews, and complaints professionally.
