My guest today is Florian Holm.  He is the Founder & CEO Stilt Studios. Stilt Studios is a prefab building manufacturing company, a full stack manufacturer – designing, manufacturing and setting up it’s products, founded in 2019. 

He is also the Founder of Grün where he seeks to innovative practices to enhance nature more than impacting it by building with Treehouses and studios elevated off the ground, making use of spectacular vistas and natural cooling, while using natural building materials and operating with solar power and sustainable water cycles.

Florian has also made his name at Lazada.  He was first Head of vendor Management in Thailand in 2014, then Chief Marketing officer of Lazada Philippines in 2015 after that he lead Indonesia division in 2016 till he became the co-CEO of Lazada Indonesia in 2018.

Today, we will be talking about Florian's journey being the CEO of Lazada and also how he built a big brand (Stilts Sudios and Grun) in such a short amount of time.
