Après une pause estivale revigorante, je suis de retour sur les ondes avec une énergie renouvelée, prêt à entamer la fin de l'année 2023 en force, avec un programme passionnant.

Aujourd'hui, je vous convie à ma rencontre avec "Stef", comme le surnomme tout le monde. Stéphane Pabiou, originaire du charmant village de Saint-Maurice, niché au cœur de la Haute-Loire, entre forêts et rivières.

Mon voyage commence dans ce magnifique petit village, où je découvre une maison moderne. Stef et son fils me réservent un accueil des plus chaleureux. Nos chemins se sont déjà croisés lors des Pots Kargo, organisés par nos amis communs, Thib et Jean.

La maison est tout simplement incroyable. Nous commençons par une visite guidée, passant par une terrasse offrant une vue à couper le souffle, puis à l'intérieur, où la décoration évoque un musée dédié à la moto, avec élégance et sobriété. Des motos de collection ornent chaque pièce, véritables trésors roulants. Et enfin, la pièce maîtresse pour tout passionné : le garage de Stef !

La passion pour la moto coule dans les veines des Pabiou, transmise de génération en génération, mais tout a commencé avec le père et le jeune Stef. Des années d'apprentissage, de balades, de courses et de compétitions, le tout dans une atmosphère familiale unie, ont façonné leur expérience dans le monde de la moto et du quad.

This week, in Cynthiana, Indiana, a rather routine investigation of a minor crime leads detectives to try to track down a woman, who turns out to be missing. When her boyfriend is tracked down, he blames her husband. But the boyfriend's dark, violent past make him a suspect. What police find out begins to shock even the seasoned detectives, as they begin to recover body parts from multiple counties. But the real kicker comes when the killer decides to clear his conscience, and confess to over a dozen more murders, over a 20 year period!!

Along the way, we find out that whole towns shouldn't be yard sales, that dismemberment is usually not a person's first idea, and that once you start killing, it's apparently hard to stop!!

May 1, 1994. Tucson, Arizona. On May 2, 1994, Angela Gray rushed into the emergency room at Kino Community Hospital in Tucson, Arizona. Her 4-year-old daughter, Rachel, would be declared dead. Police began to investigate and quickly arrested Angela’s boyfriend, Barry Jones, for murder. He was later convicted and sentenced to death. December 28th, 2017. Wichita, Kansas. On December 28th, 2017 28-year-old Andrew Finch was fatally shot by a police officer outside his home in Wichita, Kansas. The officers realized too late that the call was a “swatting” prank. The next day a man in Los Angeles was arrested for making the false call. Investigators soon learned that the call that led to Andrew’s death was just one in a series of swatting incidents and false bomb threats all over the country.
