She was the youngest nun at that location when Mother Mary visited and declared it was time to build a permanent home.

 Braun shares her journey of faith, trust, and surrender, explaining how she was inspired to build the monastery after a deep longing for silence and solitude.

She emphasizes the importance of saying "yes" to the divine and allowing oneself to be an instrument through which grace flows.

The story has literally been decades in the making, and I have a newfound respect for every author out there. It's no small task to write a book.

She shares how her legal training helped her make sense of her spiritual awakening and how she dedicated her life to testing her connection to her soul and higher guidance.

It provides real-world examples of integrating a spiritual practice into daily life. The book is written in chronological order, with some chapters arranged topically. It includes stories that illustrate specific principles she gained from her spiritual journey.

I know I am a catalyst for others, and suspect there are activation keys and codes embedded in the book, so be aware if things start shifting in your life, it's possible you're getting a wake up call as well.

 Signals from My Soul: A Spiritual Memoir of Awakening is a book by Julia Marie that chronicles her spiritual journey and awakening. The book aims to challenge limiting beliefs about humanity and encourage readers to explore their unique soul connections.

The Foreword was written by esteemed author Betty J. Kovacs, PhD. Julia was awakened early one morning with the words: "Ask her to write the foreword for your book." She knew Spirit meant Betty, as they had recently completed an episode for Evolving Humans.
Despite a slight hesitation, Julia Marie has learned to follow such guidance even when she personally doubts the outcome.

Betty J Kovac, PhD, highlights Julia's experiences, including a vision of the integral connectedness of all creation and the importance of each individual to the success of the Divine Plan. Julia's experiences also include a spontaneous activation of her healing ability and the sensation of a fiery heat rising in her spine, known as the rising of Kundalini. The book emphasizes the importance of raising our frequency to intensify our connection with higher consciousness.
