Ever wonder if there’s more to life than your mundane routine? This was the exact thought that entered Ashley's mind one morning as she lay in bed, preparing herself mentally for another day of the same routine.

Not long ago, she was SO committed to her PhD that she found herself editing a paper for publication in the hospital with her newborn baby after giving birth 2 days prior. Then leaving her newborn with her mom a few weeks later to go present at a conference.

"I knew deep down this wasn't what I wanted…" She said.

Ashley found herself questioning her journey to chasing accolades and popped into my DM's in the summer of 2021 to ask me about coaching.

Afraid but committed to finding her way in life, and fully trusting in my recommendation (I could clearly see she'd be an amazing coach), she jumped into our Level 1 coach training program.

About a year later, she made the decision to drop out of her PhD so she could pursue her newfound passion for coaching... Ashley pulls back the curtain and gives us an inside look on her journey.
