David Hoffmeister meets Alex Serra for the first time in a beautiful atmosphere of love, music, and friendship.

After playing at a festival in Ajijic, Mexico, Sunday morning, Alex Serra visited Living Miracles Monastery, La Casa de Milagros in Chapala. Alex Serra is a musician and explorer from Barcelona. His debut album ‘In the Real World’ (2019), springs from an inspiring four-year self-discovery journey starting in 2012 and taking him through Latin America and South Africa, where he connects with musicians from different musical roots that permeate his music with a unique and regenerating energy.

In 2014, Alex landed in Cape Town (South Africa) and met musician Yannick Meyer, with whom he formed a heartfelt brotherhood. Together, they started an ‘African psychedelic pop’ project called Native Young, joining with a marimba band from the townships of Gugulethu, Khayelitsha, and Philippi. This cultural and musical human exploration changed his life, inspiring him to explore his musical universe on his return home in 2016.

He has been following David Hoffmeister on YouTube for the last ten years, and this is the first time he talks to David.

Dismantling of the 'I know mind' - A Tribe of Christ Movie Workshop with David Hoffmeister

The Tribe of Christ Movie Workshop is a bi-weekly event that aims to teach the concept of atonement, a correction in the mind. Jesus emphasizes that the sole responsibility of the miracle worker and teacher of God is to accept the atonement for themselves, which involves correcting our thinking and belief system. Our actions come from our thoughts; Jesus calls this the "Hero of the Dream." This includes historical characters such as Jesus, mystics, saints, and people labeled as tyrants, Hitler, Mussolini, and Osama bin Laden.

The Holy Spirit and Christ's mind offer us right-mindedness or corrected thought, and when we think with God, we come back to thinking eternal thoughts with God, which is where the wake-up occurs. The hero of the dream is a person or mask used to cover the face of Christ. Symbols throughout history, such as Gandhi, Albert Einstein, C.S. Lewis, and Sigmund Freud, are used today to illustrate the concept of the 'I know mind.'

A Course in Miracles draws from various schools of thought, vernaculars, psychology, and psychiatry, with many of these concepts being based on Freud's work. By using symbols and teachings from various schools of thought, we can better understand the atonement process and the role of the mind in our lives.

Ruben Goy from 'COMUNIDAD VIVIR EL PERDÓN' invited David Hoffmeister to talk to his community. David discusses the concept of the resurrection of the mind, a concept that most people often overlook. The mind is often seen as a mere part of their experience of Earth, with only psychologists, psychiatrists, counselors, philosophers, and scientists investing time in discovering it.

However, most people are aware of their bodies and thoughts but often feel like they are just reacting to the external world. David suggests that the spiritual journey involves rediscovering the mind. The first step is to remember the mind, which is the focus of the workbook of A Course in Miracles. He emphasizes the power of thought and that the mind is not private to individuals. The notion of private minds and thoughts is an error.

"A Collaborative Adventure" - A Tribe of Christ Movie Workshop with David Hoffmeister

We often forget our eternal identity and become distracted by idols, such as the body, which is created to replace and take over our Christ self. This profound amnesia can lead to a world where we seek certain characters, like Lego characters, to become our saviors.

Christianity has been criticized for holding onto the belief in Jesus as a personal Lord and Savior, even though he lived 2,000 years ago. Jesus tells us that all these images projected from the ego are effects of an unreal cause and that the real cause is Christ, an idea in God's mind.

In the spiritual realm, everything is light extending light, love extending love extending love, and eternity extending eternity. There is no beginning or end to creation, nor has eternity.

To experience the depth of today's movie, we need to read A Course in Miracles' section called "The Hero of the Dream," which discusses the complex nature of dualistic concepts and the difficulty in relationships. Jesus teaches us that the body is the central figure in the dreaming of the world, acting as if it were a person to be seen and believed.

La Casa de Milagros and members of Living Miracles have been experiencing growth and joy, with everyone following their heart and function. This was celebrated with music and talk in a spontaneously arranged Chautauqua. The 'Jackson 3' plays new songs composed in collaboration between Jackson, Erik, and Bernd. The new book, Jesus, The Gospel of Love, is sold worldwide, which for some has been fully putting one's heart into something and not looking back to the past for direction.

David and Lisa share the story of the community, which involves practicing miracles, mind training, and forgiveness, and Lisa reveals that she has been busy writing her memoirs. She shares her gratitude for the connection with God and the realization that she will never be able to leave this life until she has written the book.

The theme of tonight's movie is also about raising money for these children, and it emphasizes the importance of working together, seeking guidance, and putting aside egos to allow miracles to happen. The movie features 47 of the greatest American stars from that era, who face various obstacles in coming together. The final song, "We Are the World," reminds us to remember the function of Jesus and the Holy Spirit, who orchestrate collaboration around a shared purpose. The movie highlights the significance of collaboration, guidance, and the power of letting go of egos.

The movie aims to help us release our interpretations of the distorted world of linear time, a world of illusions. The ego's trick is to make up a world with vivid colors, sights, and sounds, making it seem real. This world is called Maya in the East and is made up to take the place of the light of eternity. Jesus is dismantling our linear perception of the world, which requires faith. The Bible and A Course in Miracles emphasize faith, as it comes from inside the heart and takes you all the way to God. Jesus tells us that we are an idea in the mind of God and have not left our source.
