How can you increase the chances of making the sale?

What beliefs needs to be in place so that your customer or client feels confident to take the leap? To invest in whatever it is that you offer?

There are 3 things you need to know:

• What do they need to BELIEVE about YOU?  
• What do they need to BELIEVE about THEMSELVES?
• What do they need to BELIEVE about your PRODUCT or service?

This is how you generate confidence in your audience so that they happily put their health/wealth/happiness in your hands?  Because if it feels risky or unsure, they’re not going to take action.

It's your job to convert  a stranger into a buyer.  But how do you go about it?
This is a recording of a Facebook Live exploring the mindset of the buyer.  

We all know that having a great product or service is only the first stage in business and the hardest challenge can be making consistent sales.  This means reaching new people and nurturing them to the point where they choose to invest with you - money, time and sometimes energy.  This is not always a quick process and requires thought and effort.

Many different obstacles can get in the way of our personal productivity.  We can overcome many of these challenges by finding techniques to solve the problem, and don’t need to look back.  But there are some obstacles that are not so easy to overcome. Like a chronic illness.

Today I’m talking to Sarah Berthon.  Sarah is a business and chronic illness mentor. Why? Because Sarah herself suffers from a number of chronic health conditions. When we start our entrepreneurial adventure, we have a clear vision of what we want to do.  Of how we see our future business.  We’re driven and full of optimism and purpose. It’s a new and exciting chapter.

There is a lot to build and plan and through those initial years of business ownership we can  become overwhelmed and procrastinate. We may lose focus and direction as we try to navigate the ups and downs.  It’s not unusual and completely understandable, building and growing a business is not always straight forward. Creating written content for our business is an ongoing part of being a successful entrepreneur.  But it's not always easy to find our authentic voice.  Journalist and ICF accredited coach Claire Winter joins me in this episode to discuss how we can unleash word magic through the power of walking in nature.
