AFDM's primary objective is to offer subjective knowledge of how to enter the Art, Film, Dance and Musical fields and make a living through them, as it also aims to shed light on the many talents of Toronto. AFDM offers an array of information, e.x. challenges and expectations one can face entering a field, to resources one can utilise to better their journey to becoming a living artist etc.

His directorial debut ‘COUNTERFEIT’ premiered at TIFF NEXT WAVE and he is currently in production for his new documentary that will be airing at this year's Regent Park Film Festival. His work includes CBC's Homeschooled(season 1), No One's in the Room by Jessie Reyez, BMW's the 8, and more. In this episode, Jack converses about what he believes are essential traits one must acquire to work up to the goal of a cinematographer or other roles in film. Additionally, he speaks about essential mindsets and sheds light on what one can expect when working in film.
