However, during pre-game warm-ups, an exchange between Chiefs' personnel and Ravens' Justin Tucker escalated, with the Chiefs responding firmly to Tucker's attempts to get under their skin. Effective communication and execution between teammates on the football field can lead to impressive plays and victories, even when faced with unexpected situations or challenges. During a game, the Ravens' wide receiver made a back-shoulder catch in a crucial moment, which required quick thinking and precise timing from both him and the quarterback. This play was a result of their familiarity with each other and the specific play concept they had been practicing. The success of this play was essential in putting points on the board and putting pressure on the opposing team. The wide receiver's impressive statistics throughout the playoffs further emphasize the importance of mental preparation and focus in high-stakes games.

The Kansas City Chiefs' defense had a standout performance against the Baltimore Ravens, holding them to just 10 points and 81 rushing yards. Travis Kelce was a key contributor, making a game-changing play at the goal line to force a fumble. The Chiefs' defense has been impressive all season, allowing only four points per game in the second half over their last eight games. The intensity and emotion displayed by players, including Kelce's taunting, add excitement to the game and are seen as acceptable within limits. Antonio Brown's compliment on Twitter was a highlight for Kelce, who values the support of his favorite followers. The Chiefs' defense has been a crucial factor in their success and is a major reason they are contending for a Super Bowl spot.

    • Coach Spags' Impactful Leadership in Chiefs' AFC Championship WinCoach Spags led the Chiefs to an AFC Championship win with motivational skills, past successes, and game-sealing plays.

His ability to motivate and get the best out of every player, even in high-pressure situations, was on full display during their AFC Championship win against the Baltimore Ravens. Spags' past successes, such as stopping Randy Moss and Tom Brady in the 2007 Super Bowl, further highlight his impact on the team. The biggest plays often happen when they're needed most, and Coach Spags came up with the game-sealing play in the final drive against the Ravens. The Chiefs' victory was especially meaningful for those who had been counted out, including Nelson Aguilar, who made a significant impact this season. • Score deals for NFL games and manage financesBuffalo Wild Wings offers wing deals, Experian app aids credit management, and NFL games surprise with comebacks

There are great deals to be had for sports fans, specifically for the NFL games. Firstly, Buffalo Wild Wings offers a buy one, get one free or half off wings deal on Tuesdays and Thursdays respectively. Secondly, the Experian app is a versatile financial tool that can help manage credit and finances, including getting free FICO scores and boosting credit scores with utility and rental payments. Lastly, the NFL game between the 49ers and Lions showcased the unpredictability of football, where the 49ers came back from a 17-point deficit to win, demonstrating the importance of making big plays when it matters most. Whether it's through food deals or financial tools, or witnessing unexpected game outcomes, there are plenty of reasons to engage with the NFL and take advantage of the offers available.

    • The 49ers stage a historic comeback in the NFC Championship gameThe 49ers, led by rookie QB Brock Purdy, overcame a 10-point deficit against the Eagles, marking the largest comeback in NFC Championship history. Purdy's clutch plays and Dan Campbell's aggressive calls gave them confidence for the Super Bowl.

The San Francisco 49ers, led by rookie quarterback Brock Purdy, staged an impressive comeback against the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFC Championship game. Despite a slow start and facing a 10-point deficit, the 49ers' offense came alive in the second half, with Purdy making crucial plays both through the air and on the ground. The 49ers' ability to overcome a double-digit deficit goes against the common perception that their offense struggles when not leading. Purdy's impressive performance in the clutch moments of the game has given the 49ers confidence heading into the Super Bowl. Another notable aspect of the game was Dan Campbell's aggressive play-calling, particularly on fourth down, which paid off for the Lions but ultimately fell short. The 49ers' historic 17-point comeback is now the largest in the history of the NFC Championship game. The 49ers have also proven to be resilient in games where they have trailed by 14 or more points, with a record of 1-5 in such situations since 2022. The Super Bowl will be a rematch of the NFC Championship game between the 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs, and it promises to be an exciting matchup between two top teams.

Siriani is highly regarded for his situational awareness, motivational skills, and ability to hold players accountable. The team is also expected to hire former Seahawks defensive coordinator Clint Hurt as defensive line coach and one of his assistants, Carl Scott, as DB coach. Fans may be upset about the role changes, but Siriani's reputation as a great coach and leader is well-known. The addition of Hurt and Scott is seen as a positive move, bringing in talented and motivated coaches to the team.

    • New NFL Coaches and Potential RivalriesNotable NFL hires include Raheem Morris, Dave Canales, and Jim Harbaugh, who's returning to the league after a nine-year absence. The speaker values the endurance and determination required to complete challenges, like appearing on the Hot Ones show and playing NFL Blitz, and is not afraid to embrace the discomfort and pain that comes with them. The speaker's appreciation for the past and willingness to face new experiences is a testament to their resilience and sense of adventure.

    • Revolutionary Blitz Plays in Gaming and FootballBlitz plays, with their unconventional rushing of the quarterback, revolutionized the NFL passing game, just as effectively using the turbo button did in gaming.

The discussion revolved around the nostalgic memories of playing Midway Games, specifically the art of using the turbo button effectively and the impact of blitz plays in gaming and football. Blitz plays were described as a revolution in the NFL passing game, with the "bomb" play being a favorite from the 90s. In football terms, a blitz is defined as bringing more defenders than the typical four to rush the passer. The conversation also touched upon the evolution of blitzes in football strategy. Despite the debate on the definition of simulated pressures versus traditional blitzes, the speakers agreed that any unconventional rushing of the quarterback should be considered a blitz. The conversation ended with the announcement of the "New Heights stamp of the week," which recognizes players who elevated their games during the conference championships and playoffs.

Spags and the Chiefs organization have had an impressive year, and a portion of the proceeds from the sale of "Insbags Trust Insbags. We trust." t-shirts, featuring Jay Reid, will go to his foundation. Nick Allegretti, who stepped in for an injured teammate, also made a significant impact and helped the team secure a spot in the Super Bowl. A Kelce in Paris, NFL Schedule Reactions and Horse Beef | Ep 90
92%ers we are back with another episode of New Heights sponsored by Buffalo Wild Wings. Let’s Go Sports Bar!  In this episode, everyone is out of the house! We’ve got Jason coming to us from NYC and Travis from who knows where but that did not stop us from getting you another great episode.  We get into both guys heading to your TV screen with Travis giving us the inside scoop on his new role in a Ryan Murphy TV show and Jason explaining what he’s getting up to at ESPN. Most importantly we have a follow-up to the minor Twitter kerfuffle we started last week about the legacy of Secretariat.  The guys also react to what we know about the 2024 NFL schedule including the Chiefs kicking off the season against Lamar Jackson and the Ravens followed by a visit from Joe Burrow and the Bengals. We also find out how ready Jason is for the booth when we break down his first MNF assignment, and of course, we revisit the NFL vs NBA debate that tore the professional sports world apart.  Finally, Travis lets us know what he thought of his Eras Tour stop in Paris, we attempt to name the new Utah NHL team, and we’ve got a huge announcement from our friends at Crown Royal.  If you want to nominate a 92% who has taken your community to New Heights, submit their name, and a photo, and let us know how they’ve been giving back to our email at: newheightshow@gmail.com. Travis Goes Racing, Brady Roast Reactions and Anniversary Swords | Ep 89
92%ers we are back with another episode of New Heights sponsored by Buffalo Wild Wings. Let’s Go Sports Bar!  In this episode, we’ve got some updates on how you can attend the biggest party in Kansas City at this year's Kelce Jam 2.0 and where you can watch all of the videos recapping our incredible live show in Cincinnati.  But we’ve got some important business to get to in this episode including, responding to Ryan Reynolds’ and Rob McElhenney’s plan to get us to a Wrexham game overseas and Pat Mahomes’ claim that he can’t keep up with the Kelce boys.  We also have the reveal of Kylie’s anniversary sword, our reactions to the roast of Tom Brady, Travis gives us all the details on his time at the races in Kentucky and Miami, and Jason is maybe starting a feud with Secretariat. That horse could outrun the competition but not the asterisk we’re adding to the record books.  We finally check in on the NFL now that we’re 120 days until kickoff and break down what fans should take away from rookie mini-camps and react to all the guys maybe doing too much in their social media workouts.  Don't forget to check out all the videos from our live show in Cincinnati. The team did some amazing work on all of those, and who knows, maybe you will solve the mystery of Jason’s missing ring.  We will be back with more New Heights every Wednesday during the offseason so make sure you’re subscribed to our YouTube Channel and wherever you get your podcasts so you don’t miss a single episode and follow us on Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok for all the best moments from the show.  . . .
