    About this Episode

Today we’ve got a special episode. We are starting by reviewing three users of ServiceM8 followed with an interview with ServiceM8 itself. First off the ranks we’ve got Adrian Wheeler, followed by David Mallyon and finally Mark Bennett before we start the interview with Michael O’neill from ServiceM8. I will also have a link for you to join serviceM8 on the Aussie LawnStars Instagram account and Facebook profile. Most of all I hope you find this episode informative and I also hope it helps you to see ways you can improve some areas of your business with more efficient scheduling and tracking of jobs and efficiency on jobs. I’ve heard a number of people that don’t like the idea of tracking employees while on the job. While I understand this can seem like micromanaging employees, it is fairly standard practice for medium size service businesses and we can ensure our businesses operate and scale better with the use of software for customer and job management.
