    coso-framework-the-performance-componentIn 2019, ASHRM aligned its enterprise risk management approach with the updated 2017 COSO framework.  This podcast, the third in a series of five covering the 5 components of the COSO Framework, will focus on one aspect of the COSO framework:  The “Performance” section.  This aspect of the COSO framework focuses on business objective formulation through the risk management process to identify risk, assess the severity of risk, prioritize risks, implement risk response and develop a portfolio view of risks across the organization.
