Basically, the Republican-led Florida legislature is trying to strip the deportation and immigration situation away from the governor.

And they are trying to give deportation and immigration authority to the commissioner of agriculture. That's right. I mean, it sounds completely ridiculous. And that's exactly how ridiculous it is. Anyway, I yesterday had governor DeSantis on to lay out his case about this fight.
Uh, and then we, I tweeted, uh, to Daniel Perez, who's a legislator, Republican legislator here in Florida, asking him to come on to defend his position. Uh, and his, he DM me, his team said that he would do it. Uh, I presented an offer. I said, why don't you come on with blazing Ola? He's another Republican legislator, but he's on DeSantis's side in this. And I said, I'll host the debate and you guys
Obviously, my feeling, I'm not hiding my feelings about this. I'm obviously on time. Team DeSantis, but you guys know me. I'll do it fairly and evenly and all that. Offered up the debate, Blaze said he'll do it any time today. We just got a response from Daniel Perez's team. Basically sounds like they do not want to do any debate. They'll debate DeSantis, but nobody else, which this is kind of standard 101. Anyway, we're going to keep trying. I'll keep you posted with all that. And I would say beyond the policy, it is also connected to an attitude shift. You can see this now. With all of Trump's appointees, the people around him, they're not backing down. They're not putting up with the BS or anything else. And I'll give you example 32A right here. Stephen Miller, who's one of the spokesman for the Trump administration,
frustration right now. He's also in charge of policy, I think. We get his exact title. What's his exact title? He went on CNN over with Jake Tapper and obviously Jake and the rest of the crew, they're very upset right now, freaking out about these deportations. And just watch the tone of this interview and watch Stephen Miller just do an absolute masterclass.

The illegal aliens that Joe Biden brought into our country are not full stop doing farm work. They are not. The illegal aliens he brought in from Venezuela, from Haiti, from Nicaragua. They are not doing farm work. They're in our city's collecting welfare. As for the farmers, there is a guest worker program that President Trump supports. Over time as well, you will transition into automation. So we'll never have to have this conversation ever again.
But there's no universe in which this nation is going to allow the previous president to flood our nation with millions and millions of illegal aliens who just get to stay here. And we are especially not going to allow a subset of those illegal aliens to rape and murder our citizens. So we are going to unapologetically enforce immigration laws. And as I'm sure you will celebrate, we are going to unleash the power and might of the US government to eradicate the presence of transnational threats on our soil.
Kind of funny, if you're just watching Jake's body language and the shiftiness and he looks kind of sad, it's like, look, I don't even know what Jake Tapper's true political opinions are, right? Because they all pretend to be bipartisan while they're highly partisan. Like he's obviously a Democrat and would never do that type of questioning with the Democrat, right? But you can see he's going, man, I'm gonna have to deal with this crap for four years because Stephen Miller, who by the way is Trump's deputy chief of staff, wanna get that title, right?
He's communicating this all absolutely properly and clearly and not taking the bait or any of the BS. 1% of these illegals are doing agricultural work. Also, the way it's also interesting, the way Stephen Miller framed me, like, Jake, I'm sure you're not saying you would always want this underclass of people who we can pay real cheap to keep the prices of peppers low, right, Jake, right, Jake, even though that really is,
The position of most of the left at this point, let these people in, let them work on our farms because we can pay them less. It's ironic. I mean, they're supposed to be the ones that are for the lower class and all of that nonsense, which of course, they really aren't. Actually, if you're for the lower class, you'd be for free markets as much as possible in competition, but putting that aside.
Miller makes another great point, which is that automation is going to replace all this anyway. So let's say your argument, and he points out, it's 1% of these people, right? We know these are the people that are in the cities. They're not also working in the farms, right? But automation, so you bring in all these people. Let's say they're all working on the farms, and let's just say they're all great people.
and they're not criminals and they're not rapists and child blisters. Let's say they're all fantastic and it's 20%, not even 1%. I'm going to do the best version of all of this, right? A ton of people are here, they're good law abiding citizens, working in our farms. That all sounds great. Well, guys, AI is here, drones are coming, automation is here, robots are here.
those jobs will all be automated. It will be one computer, one guy on an iPad running, you know, standing. He won't even have to be in the field. He could probably be in another state controlling all of the robots that are taking the oranges down and opening the bananas and everything else.
That is the problem, because then what are you going to do? So you're broad in all these people, you've used and abused them for a while, right? You got the low labor costs, you did that, and then the robot tourism, what now what are you going to do with these people? So there's so many orders of things that nobody wants to think about here. But the overriding point is we either have a border or we don't. It's not that confusing unless your name is Jake Tapper. Stephen Miller continued.

So that's about 60 Chinese migrants. What are they doing in Miami? Where did they come from? What are their intentions? Like, what the hell is going on here? So yeah, if you got to use the military to clean it up and figure out what's happening on our borders, I actually am okay with that. And most Americans are as well. We showed you some of that polling yesterday.
It's not just the immigration thing, which we'll have more on in a second that Trump is doing. Well, this is absolutely wild. So this is from the America pack. This is the pack that Elon set up during the election cycle, breaking Trump administration to offer all. I mean, this is crazy. All 2 million federal workers, the chance to take a deferred resignation with a severance package of eight months pay and benefits.
5 to 10 percent of the workforce is estimated to quit, which could lead to around $100 billion in savings. Think about that. 2 million people work for the federal government. Do you think we need 2 million people? Most of them don't work at the office. We don't know what most of them do.
Obviously with the DEI offices and the rest of the nonsense, it's like are these people doing any work at all? But if only 5 to 10% of these people take this, and by the way, you're going to get paid out for eight months and then you're going to have to get a real job. Good luck with that. If federal employees wish to resign, they simply put resign in the subject line of the email they received. The new government will focus on four pillars, a return to full physical presence in office culture. Great. A high performance environment that demands excellence.
Well, that sounds good. A more reduced streamline and flexible workforce that will include downsizing. It's okay. Efficiency. A high non-negotiable standard of trust, loyalty, and reliability. Hot damn. The memo says, even if you decide to stay, there's no guarantee you will have your job in the future. If you want to resign, you have between January 28th and February 6th, and you'll be paid through September 30th. Whatever path you choose, we thank you for your service to the United States of America. A new age is beginning, a new America. Guys, this is it. This is it.
If we fire some of these people and start saving some of the money, Trump will be fulfilling the exact promise that he had. Our annual budget right now, the whole budget of the US government is $4 trillion. Now, I want to read you this. This is from the official Doge account on Twitter. If you want to see how quickly we can actually change things if we do it right.
Doge is saving the federal government approximately $1 billion a day, mostly from stopping the hiring of people into unnecessary positions, deletion of DEI, and stopping improper payments to foreign organizations, all consistent with the president's executive orders. A good start, but the number needs to increase to $3 billion a day. Now, I'm not a mathematician, but if we get this thing,
guys to 3 billion a day. There's 365 days in the year. You multiply that 3 billion a day by 365. You've got around a trillion in savings right there. We bring in around 3 trillion a year in taxes. So we actually could balance the budget. Can you believe that? We could also check this out from A.F. Post. Doge has currently slashed 30 billion in wasteful spending. So things
are happening and all of the people, whether they are the swamp creatures in DC or the mainstream media people on CNN, all of the people who have defended this inefficiency, who have defended open borders, who have defended the criminality of all of this, and really the destruction of all of the norms, we're just trying to get back to something that is normal and sane. All right, again, we're only what, you know, 10 or so days into this administration and Trump is fulfilling his promises, order, cutting the federal government, getting the budget in order, like it's all kind of happening. There's a whole bunch happening on the international front as well, but let's talk about the deportations and illegal
immigration situation for just a second. I got a couple tweets here that I think illustrate that things can happen very quickly. This is from ICE, enforcement update, January 26, 2025, 956 arrests, 554 detainers lodged, and those are single-day statistics. The next day, January 27th.
1,179 arrests, 853 detainers lodged. The next day, January 28th, that's yesterday, 969 arrests, 869 detainers lodged. So you can see guys, when the government wants to do things, when it wants to be competent and do its job and make sure that people who are illegal, thus they've broken the law already on top of the other laws that many of them are breaking, like I don't know, molesting kids and selling drugs,
We can do things. We actually can do things. We've just been convinced over the years that not only can't we do good things, but we shouldn't do good things in the first place. Check this out. You remember that story from a couple months ago that they were taking over these apartment buildings in Colorado and the mainstream media told us it wasn't true. Well, yes, they found the guy and he was in New York City and he's got to go. He's got to go. And I suspect that Kirsty Noem is not going to be treating him all too well. All right. So as this deportation situation ramps up and as Tom Homan goes into these cities and Dr. Phil goes into these cities, you can't make any of this stuff up. And they get out the rapists and the murderers and the drug dealers. You know that blue city mayors and some governors are not going to be happy about this. They have instigated this. They have exacerbated the problem. They have created the sanctuary cities. They have destroyed some of our greatest cities, New York and Chicago. Come to mind real quick.
Let's jump over to Chicago right now because you know Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson. He is, let's just say, not a particularly good mayor or particularly concerned with the issues that his constituents, his legal voting constituents have. Here he is basically saying he's going to fight Trump on ice and he will protect the illegals who shouldn't be in his city at all, but he's going to protect them from arrest.
We will continue to protect civil and human rights, and we welcome all individuals and families who want to work, live, and thrive here in our beloved city. The welcoming city ordinance is a law, and it is the law of the land here in Chicago. We will uphold it.

If you live in these cities, why is it that your mayors don't care about you? You're the ones that vote for them. I thought illegals can't vote. It's a little unclear to me whether they do or don't in some of these cities. You're the ones that are paying taxes. Why don't they want the services to go to you and
just can't make the distinction between illegal and legal immigrants. Like, congratulations, Democrats. Congratulations, progressives. You demolished what was once a moderate left party. You turned it into a bunch of radicals. And I think some of these cities are going to burn as a result of that. Here's Minneapolis mayor Jacob Fry saying that he won't cooperate with ICE either. And, oh, he's got a woman standing behind him who married her brother. I want to speak directly to people who are undocumented.
We love you. We care about you. In the city of Minneapolis, we will stand up for you, and we will do anything in our power to help. Because you're not an alien in our city, you're a neighbor. Now, in Minneapolis, we have what is called a separation ordinance.
And that separation ordinance states clearly that our city officials, our police officers and beyond, will not be gathering information showing who is and who is not documented. We do not ask the question with regard to immigration status. And because we haven't asked the question, we don't have any data to show documentation status in our city.
Our police officers will not be cooperating with federal law enforcement around federal immigration law. We enforce state and local laws here in Minneapolis, and we will do so to the best of our ability. But as for cooperation with ICE, the answer is no.

Now let's go to Austin, Texas, because temporary mayor Vanessa Fuentes is also saying she will not have local police work with ICE.
Over this weekend, we've received a lot of feedback from our community. We have a lot of members that are scared right now with the extent of ICE being and operating in the Austin area and to what extent that impact will have on our immigrant community. And I'm really proud that our police chief came out with her statement on Friday that confirmed that Austin police have not and will not enforce any federal civil immigration.
That is an important thing for Austinites to know that our local police officers are going to be doing what they do best, which is focused on solving crime versus doing these types of ICE raids around us. So what is important for me as a local policymaker is to ensure that the city is doing what we can to inform our community of their rights. So we're really ramping up the Know Your Rights trainings and workshops in collaboration with community partners.
No, you're right. Isn't that incredible? When she talks about her community, what does she mean? Her community of illegals? By the way, they're not forcing. The federal government is not forcing the police to arrest illegals, but the point is that if they arrest illegals and then find out that they're illegal, they're supposed to at least report them to ICE and then let ICE deal with it. But is that what you want? Average person of Austin, Texas? Think of all the people. How many people have moved to Austin lately?
Well, Elon moved to Austin, right? Joe Rogan moved to Austin. Michael Malice moved to Austin. A lot of people, a lot of the tech bros have moved to Austin. You guys escaped the lunacy of California Silicon Valley. You moved to Austin. Austin, what's Austin's, what's the tag phrase? Keep it weird, keep it weird. Keep Austin weird. It's like, yeah, weird is one thing. We could work with weird.
But allowing criminals to run around and then have the police actively not do anything when they find out that they're illegals, that is a problem. So again, there's going to be massive legal fights here. I do think some of these mayors could end up in jail. I really do. Check this out from Behese tweets. Breaking, Congress just summoned mayors of prominent sanctuary cities to come and answer for their crimes. Boston mayor, Michelle Wu, Chicago mayor, Brandon Johnson, Denver mayor, Mike Johnston.
New York City Mayor Eric Adams, it's getting real. And there's the statement right beneath it, I'm not going to read the whole thing to you. But there is a fight, a brewing guy. It's like, you can feel it right now. Trump is not going to turn around on this. Tom Holman's not going to turn around on this. And are cities going to fight? It seems like New York City. Eric Adams is waking up. And he's also in trouble with the feds, right? So he might suddenly be like, all right, you guys do what you got to do. That might help New York City turn around to whatever extent it can turn into something decent again.
But we just played you the videos, so Austin, Minneapolis, Chicago, and Boston, which is really bananas with that Michelle Wu, who literally was having Christmas parties for non-white civil servants. It's like, let's see what happens, and you guys will get summoned to the White House, and I think you might have some legal stuff on your head coming soon. There is a Batman villain who works over at the televised mental institution known as MSNBC. His name is Anand the Gerada Ross or something.
And here he is, just laying out some stupid racist BS. Look, I think there's always this gap between what they say they're going to do and what they do. And that is because what Donald Trump is interested in is using genuine public concerns that are out there and weaponizing them to then do much more sweeping things for which there is no mandate.
Right, so in this example, I was on with you last week when we were talking about polling that shows there is support in the country for deporting undocumented people with criminal records. There is support for that. So Donald Trump will talk about that and then kind of run on that.
And then, as you're seeing in the reporting just now, what they actually do behind the scenes, they trust, will not really get out. And it's part of a different agenda they have, which is really to make America white again, which is part of their attack on everything from birthright citizenship to any number of programs, aid, freezing, various forms of aid that real people depend on. They have an agenda to make it harder
for regular people to live in this country and for immigrants to have to live and worry about whether they have their papers. We are going to become a kind of check your papers society in the blink of an eye. And there's no mandate for that. But that is what folks like Stephen Miller and Steve Bannon and others around the president actually want. They want to change the very fabric of this country, something for which there is not that same mandate.

American citizens commit more crimes than anyone who is undocumented.
I also want to make the point that an undocumented immigrant is not a criminal because he or she is undocumented. That is a civil offense. So to call people illegal is in and of itself, I think xenophobic and racist. I do.

All right, so Caroline Levitt is the new White House press secretary. Some of our previous White House secretaries include Jen Psaki and Corinne Jean-Pierre. They're not gonna be remembered kindly, I don't think, but Caroline Levitt, this chick is ready for the gig. Here are some highlights from yesterday.
How are we? Good to see all of you. It's an honor to be here with all of you. A lot of familiar faces in the room, a lot of new faces. And President Trump is back, and the golden age of America has most definitely begun. President Trump came back into office. Can you just tell us the numbers? How many have a criminal record versus those who are just in the country illegally?
all of them because they illegally broke our nation's laws and therefore they are criminals as far as this administration goes. I know the last administration didn't see it that way, so it's a big culture shift in our nation to view someone who breaks our immigration laws as a criminal, but that's exactly what they are.
If they broke our nation's laws, yes, they are criminal. Yes. Thank you. The president has said countless times on the campaign trail. I've been with him at the rallies. I know you've been there covering them to Peter that he has focused on launching the largest mass deportation operation in American history of illegal criminals. And if you are an individual, a foreign national who illegally enters the United States of America, you are by definition a criminal. And so therefore you are subject to deportation.
All right, so I know Sunny Hostin won't be happy about that with the argument between civil and criminal or whatever, but the point is, of course, everything she said there is right. I wonder how long she's going to be able to do the job with the smile on her face, right? Because that's kind of great. It's a little bit of that southern thing. She's insulting you and smiling at you at the exact same time. I don't even know where she's from, but that strikes me as a southern thing. They're like, are they going to do anything about illegals? And she's like, yes, well, illegals are criminals. You know what I'm saying.
Um, this is what we've needed. Again, we've needed people that not only can do the jobs, right? So now we've got home and actually do with the deportations, but then we also needed people that could communicate the ideas. And this is clearly somebody who is ready for this job and she's communicating it properly. And if you are criminal,
If you came here illegally, first off, you have broke the law. That's just number one. Now, most people right now are not talking about kicking out every illegal. That's not what most people are talking about. Most people are talking about right now, and you can hear this repeatedly in terms of what she just said there, but also in terms of what Holman and Trump are saying.
is let's get the hardcore criminals out first. That's where people are getting a little losses. We're getting drug dealers and rapists and sexual predators and that sort of thing immediately, right? They're not going for your housekeeper right now.
have to have some serious discussions about some of that stuff. We absolutely are going to have to have those discussions, because if people broke the law, they did break the law. But what do you do with people that have been here, that have been peaceful in law, abiding, and everything else? There's going to be some discussions about that. But right now, we're just cleaning up the trash part of this, and then we'll deal with the rest of it. Anyway, she continued with more of just the general lunacy that the previous administration was doing.
Just during this pause at Doge and OMB have actually found that there was $37 million that was about to go out the door to the World Health Organization, which is an organization, as you all know, that President Trump, with the swipe of his pen in that executive order, is no longer wants the United States to be a part of. So that wouldn't be in line with the President's agenda.
Dojano and B also found that there was about to be 50 million taxpayer dollars that went out the door to fund condoms in Gaza. That is a preposterous waste of taxpayer money. So that's what this pause is focused on, being good stewards of tax dollars. After research and study, the drones that were flying over New Jersey in large numbers were authorized to be flown by the FAA for research and various other reasons.
Many of these Jones were also hobbyists, recreational, and private individuals that enjoy flying Jones. In time, it got worse due to curiosity. This was not the enemy. fields and go after kindergartens and things like that. So literally someone in our state department knew that and wanted to get the guys in condoms. Why else would you want to get these people who are oppressed in an open-air prison who are apparently being genocide and the last thing that you'd think they would need are condoms.
But we have had a four years of a criminal government. And even if none of that was true, even if they were really using it just for safe sex, do you want your tax dollars going so that Hamas members can have safe sex? Frankly, I think the most side should send them condoms. I'm sure they have some special condoms that they could send them and deal with.
Several other problems. Little comparing contrast right now. You remember Corinne Jean-Pierre. We're obviously not going to talk about her much longer, but we wanted to show you a little bit from her first day compared to Caroline Levitt's first day. I am a black gay, immigrant woman. The first of all three of those to hold this position. Representation does matter, and no one understands this better than President Biden. President Trump directed all federal agencies to terminate illegal diversity.
equity and inclusion programs to help return America to a merit-based society. So what does this pause mean? It means no more funding for illegal DEI programs. We will continue to celebrate American history and the contributions that all Americans, regardless of race, religion or creed, have made to our great country and America is back.
Yeah, America is back, and I don't know how we could show you something that would just illustrate it more than that. Nobody cared, Corinne, that you were a black gay immigrant woman. Caroline Levitt, I assume, is heterosexual and married. I don't care, right? I don't care. Can you do your job, but you buffoons?

from a Republican administration in my lifetime. It's jaw-dropping. Yeah, I've been thinking about that a lot guys, even as we're preparing the show. It's like, there is something so amazing happening right now, and we are right in the thick of it, and it's right at the beginning. Like, if we do this right years from now, we're going to all look back
on the, you know, eight years of crazy progressive lunacy and woke crap and Biden dementia and COVID and all. We're going to look back on it and it'll feel like a dream. I guess a little bit more like a nightmare, but it'll be like, oh, that thing happened. Remember when things were freaking crazy, but we won't have to dwell on it that much anymore because we'll be like, oh, the Golden Ages here. And look, we're going to Mars and a whole bunch of other cool stuff.
My friend Clay Travis kind of reiterated what Ben said. He wrote this, we've never had a better eight days of presidential actions in any of our lives. Simply incredible. All of the common sense decisions Trump is taking. You can't get a tattoo under 18 in most states. Why in the world should you be able to chop?
your private parts off. And what he is referring to there is a Donald Trump executive action from yesterday. That's it. That's right. We're going to stop chemistry chemically castrating kids. Today, it was my great honor to sign an executive order banning the chemical castration and medical mutilation of innocent children in the United States of America. Our nation will no longer fund sponsor, promote assist or support so-called gender affirming care, which has already ruined far too many previous lives.
My order directs agencies to use every available means to cut off federal financial participation in institutions which seek to provide these barbaric medical procedures that should have never been allowed to take place. So guys, this is great. This is great. We are going to stop.

If you are 18 years old and you grew up as a girl but you have felt like a boy your entire life or whatever it is and you at 18 years old now, you are an adult, you wish to do whatever you want to your body, dress whichever way you want, all of that stuff, you can do it.

asking SpaceX to rescue two stranded astronauts. So this is wild and this story has largely fallen under the radar. But let me read the post here from Donald Trump. I have just asked Elon Musk and SpaceX to go get the two brave astronauts who've been virtually abandoned in space by the Biden administration. They have been waiting for many months on the space station, the International Space Station. Elon will soon be on his way and hopefully all will be safe. Good luck, Elon. So this is actually crazy. So we just pulled this up.

Here's how the Boeing Starliner crew ended up on the space station for months. Two NASA astronauts who flew up to the International Space Station in a Boeing Starliner capsule from a round trip that was supposed to last just over a week will be stuck in space for closer to a year before they can come home.
Williams and Wilmore blasted off to the space station in June. Their mission was supposed to take between 8 and 10 days, but helium leaks in the capsule's propulsion system and degraded thrusters, which are important for reentry, upended plans to bring the astronauts
back to earth on Tuesday December 17th nasa announced williamson willmore would return to earth after the agencies new space x crew arrives at the space station that won't happen until late march at the earliest so nasa and space x can have more time to finish a new dragon spacecraft for the mission nasa said so basically we trapped two astronauts up there that were supposed to be up there for a week to ten days and now we're gonna get you on to go save them i mean if
This is the guy you guys hate. He's literally making life interplanetary. He's saving astronauts. He's defending free speech. And he's saving you, even the people that hate him, that are pretending he's a Nazi and everything else. He's saving you money right now because through Doge, we already illustrated a billion dollars a day. They think they can get that to three billion. That would be a trillion in savings a year. And then bang, we have a balanced budget. And then what could we do from there?

What is going on here is deeper than politics. It is deeply spiritual. We are being called to rise above the hatred and the fear and the evil.
We need to remember above and beyond that we must love our neighbors, that we must treat other people as we hope to be treated. You want to be a rebel? You want to be a hippie? You want to stick it to the man? Show up on your college campus and try calling yourself a conservative. America is going to reach heights that it has never seen before. The future is going to be amazing!

We're still at the beginnings of it. There still will be a pushback against it. You're still going to deal with the Jake Tapper nonsense and the lies of MSNBC and everything else. But the good things just keep rolling and we just got to keep strengthening them and showing that to people and if you build it they will come.
