I don't care what anybody says, it doesn't matter what time of year it is, I never get tired of online shopping, especially during the holidays. Here's the thing, it's kind of gross out. Even those of us that embrace the chilly weather needs something to break up along winter nights. Something I love to do is treat myself to a little something.
But I don't want to spend a fortune on my winter blues. That's where quince comes in. I'm absolutely obsessed with my quince luggages. I took them on tour, I brought them home, and they're still like brand new. I'm pretty much obsessed with this brand. But there is something else that everyone needs of their closet, in my opinion. Quince's iconic Mongolian cashmere sweaters, which start at $50. Or if you want to really up the luxe factor, check out their Italian leather handbags, washable silk skirts, and European linen sheet sets.
Whatever you're looking for, all Quince items are priced 50 to 80% less than similar brands. Quince only works with factories that use safe, ethical, and responsible manufacturing practices. Treat yourself this winter without the luxury price tag. Go to Quince.com slash B-U-N-I-E for 365 day returns.

Is this thing on? People in the comments of the Christmas song are like, this doesn't even sound like you. This sounds like something Beyonce would do. Oh, what a compliment. That's a bit of a... They're like, you've totally switched. And the OGs are like, this sounds like every Christmas song she's ever done. You have such that new wave that people don't know what to take, because there are people who are in the comments.
Is she trying to be a singer now? You're like, no, we just make dirty Christmas. You tried to describe. Oh, you were trying to describe your dirty Christmas song to Dolly. What did I say? You said. Oh, my God, how'd you say it was like you were trying not to call it a dirty Christmas song. So you were using every word. What did you say? Can't be. Yes, can't be. Yeah. He said something and
I can't remember what you said. We got to talk about this on the podcast. We're just wasting all this great material because we're not getting started. Ready? Okay. Oh, hello. Hi. Did you find the video? All right, let's go. Let's go. Here's pork chop, the heavily seasoned pork chop. Stop. Stop it. He did so good.
It won't go. It's okay. It's even better with no music. Yeah, I love it too. It's like the squeaky shoes. Yeah. Oh my gosh. They don't put that to the squeaky shoes. Stop. And not knowing you can do this. I'm so proud of him. I know me too. I told you my butthole was puckered at first. I was like, Oh God. Oh God, Cody. Oh God. Cody did good. Good. No, I'm so proud of him. But yeah, that was Cody doing the sea walk, baby.
Very good. So we're gonna weight loss though. Yes. I have been using this tool right here and I'm not selling these you guys. They do sponsor my podcast and we're just gonna talk about it real briefly. But this has also been a game changer in my weight loss. It's this lumen. It's this handheld fucking lumen that I breathe into about 10 times a day. From the minute I wake up before I eat, after I eat, before I workout, after I workout, before I go to sleep, I literally, she uses it religiously.
religiously. Oh, it happened when you didn't have it. Oh, I freaked out. I felt it's like you get attached to this little thing, you know? But what it is is it reads the CO2 levels in your breath and it tells you your macros for the day and you can do keto, which is what I'm doing, a form of keto. I'm not going like extreme keto.
I'm doing about 80 carbs a day. But you can do keto with like performance enhancement. So you'll get like, you know, a certain percentage of protein, you can do weight loss, you can do maintenance. Like there's so many different things. And when they started sponsoring the podcast, I was like, I got really curious because I was doing the ads for them. And you guys know that I don't like to promote something that I don't do. And I am not getting paid for talking about this right now. I just want you guys to know that. But I'm so fucking floored by this little
creature that I just want to share it with you guys. And so after I had done the first ad with them, I ordered some or they sent us some. Yeah, they had sent you some. And I started using it and I, I'm almost two months in on this thing and I'm obsessed. Oh, obsessed with it. Obsessed with it. Obsessed with it. No, everybody. They sent you and me. Yes. Yeah.
It's I love it. And your macro switch every day or they stay consistent depending on what you're trying to accomplish is I'm eating 1900 to 2000 calories a day and slimming down like losing inflammation. My blood sugar. I used to wake up in the morning feeling so sick and had to eat immediately. That is not the case anymore. Like this thing is really like working wonders and they have like a support group. I joined the support group on Facebook.
I swear, I swear and it's so fascinating just learning about all of this and like watching how your body works and just seeing like the results and stuff like that So I mean if you guys want to hop on this bandwagon, it's it's like comparing our scores now. We're always comparing our scores. Would you blow this more?
Yeah, like I aim to blow a one or two in the morning if I blow a five I'm fine with it But I know that I need I have some work to do or something's going on in my body That's hormonal like I don't know this thing's just really cool and I wanted to share that with you guys I we do have a promo code I think if you guys want to use it for to get a percentage off Which is do you know what it is pretty sure it's finished
Um, we'll give you guys the promo code. But again, this is not a paid advertisement. I promise you, I would tell you if it was I genuinely live with this thing in my hand every day. I walk around with it. Just go to lumen.me backslash, bunny, B U N N I E and you'll get 15% off.
Yeah, you'll get 15% off. And I'm telling you, this thing is so fucking worth it. It's a game changer, especially for health freaks like me. Let's talk about how you freaked out when it went missing. Bro, my husband thought it was a vape and stuck it in his backpack. I thought.
And it disappeared. And he said, when he came home, I had him look through his backpack and he's like, it's not there. So I have another one somewhere around the house. Oh, it really is just missing. It's just missing. I don't know where it went. I might accidentally throw it away. I have no idea. Counter Nazi. Yeah. I don't know. But yeah, I, I, for two days, I was literally just like depressed. Yeah. It's like my little, my little C3PO, my little R2D2.
It's your own vape. It's the bunny vein. I swear, but you just literally just breathe in for 10 seconds. You hold it. No, I'm sorry. Yeah, you breathe in for 10 seconds. Hold it for 10 seconds. Breathe out and it reads your breath. And it's cool because it's like on that scale.
I'll know before I go away whether I lost weight that day by what number I blow. It's crazy. If I'm at a three or four, I don't really do fours and fives very often, but if I'm in that three to four range, I won't have lost anything. If I'm in the one to two range, I've lost a pound. Yeah. It's crazy. I know. Like, I'll know it before I step on that scale. I can feel when my body's in fat burn. I will. I'll know I'm in fat burn before I blow. Like, right now, if I were to blow, I bet you I'm in fat burn because I can feel it. Give me my blow. Give it a blow. All right. All right. Today.
I got my kid here. Me or her? Oh, I know. Which one? Who's who? Which one? I have to tell. Well, there's like a million views on that video. Viral. Crazy. But what's crazy to me is that, first of all, Bailey, welcome. Hi. Sorry. Jump right in. What's crazy to me is that people cannot tell you, Haley, and Mimi apart. It's the craziest thing ever, right? It's so weird to me.
First of all, Mimi is a 30-year-old woman with fucking bright orange hair and black hair and tattoos everywhere. You don't have one fucking tattoo on you. You are 16. You know what I'm saying? My favorite comment was they said she's the black person of me. Yeah. And I was like, that's so real. For real, for real. You know who looks like you and Gracie look like twins. Yeah, you and Gracie now. You both have black hair. Gracie, Taja. Yeah. Yes. Dude. That was weird. Crazy, right? Crazy. No, I saw you. And I looked at her and I was like, oh, my God.
Yeah, you guys are like doppelgangers. There's a couple of times I saw Gracie at the wedding yesterday and I was like, like even daddy was like, dude, her and Bailey looks so much alike. Yeah, that's wild. But then yeah, the Haley, like Haley is just has curly, curly fucking hair does not you guys none of you guys are like really here brown girl. None of you guys look like it's kind of like when people are just like compare me to other blondes.
It's like, yeah, you look like buddy XO. And it's like, we don't even look alike at all. And it's like everyone has plus size. Literally. Literally. He looks like him. Literally. My bad. But yeah, anytime there's a plus size dude, they're like, you look like this guy. He's like, what? Because we're both fat. Like, huh? Like, huh. Bailey.
Do you get an allowance? I do not because I so that so yes, I do not get an allowance period. That's the answer to that question. The context before she fixes her face is I don't really well A, I was working. So I there was no point in an allowance, but B,
It's like a do something, get something type routine. I do the bare minimum, if that. Thank you, okay. Because we've had short notice. Listen, I've tried to work out an allowance with you. Yes, and that's true. But the answer to that question is no. I don't, and it's the choice. Okay, perfect. All right, I love that. Good answer, child. I love the account of time. I don't have time.
to do all of that, okay? I've got my own stuff going on. Listen, this kid does not like do it. I am in five college classes as a junior in high school. I'm a little busy. Yeah, I don't have time. But you know what I do love is that you will clean up the kitchen without being asked now. Yeah, I will. And it'll take years. Yeah, I don't want to do it. I mean, it's not a big deal, but it's just, yeah. As long as your room is like right now. As long as a big deal is not made out of it. What does your room look like right now? That's not a good, that's not a, that's not a Q&A question. I'm sorry.
I mean, I want to know. It was on the list. And Quiring Minds would know how she would look. No comment. She said, like an unorganized 16 year old's wood. The top seven foods that that whole chapter is written on in there. Gluten dairy, soy, corn, sugar, eggs and peanuts. Those are the top seven inflammatory foods in the country. They always have been. That's not going to change any time soon. Who knew rice for you, right? Avocados for me. My body doesn't like avocados. That's crazy.
It does not like avocados and does not like cashews. And cashews are my favorite. Oh, I love cashews. And anything that's dairy-free, because I can't dairy, eggs, gluten, cashews, avocados. Those are the five big ones for me. Yeah. I don't do dairy cashews. Last time I ate cashews, I fucking felt like I swallowed glass and had to take Benadryl. I've eaten cashews my whole life. And I ate them one day, and that was it. Game over. Couldn't eat them again. My heart rate was racing. Yeah, my buddy hates cashews. And it is a highly inflammatory nut.
Yeah, a lot of people are allergic to cashews. They certainly are, you know? And so peanuts aren't so bad. It's the mold and the peanuts. That's the problem, right? It's the effluetoxin. You didn't know that there's mold? No. So the mold and peanuts. Because maybe it's peanut butter all the time. Maybe I need you to read that. Which could also contribute to your Hashimoto's because it's an inflammatory.
Yes. So it is, so polluted peanuts. I have a whole section in here on, on peanuts. And, you know, and it's so good. Peanuts are so good. I love peanut butter. I could eat a peanut burn jelly sandwich right now. Yeah. Sitting here with you. Love it. I don't have a peanut sensitivity at all. So I can eat organic.
peanuts that are not loaded with mold. And so I talk all about it in here. You know, they grow in the ground and stuff. Yeah. And yeah. And so it's the same with corn. Corn is the mold problem as well. I don't know. The Afrotoxin, right? But Trader Joe's has organic, and as does Costco, organic peanut butter, that's Valencia peanut butter. Valencia peanut, but Valencia peanuts have less mold in them.
OK, I'm going to go check. I have organic peanut butter at home. I keep it in the fridge. It doesn't have sugar in it, though. I don't think so, because Jason eats it. He doesn't eat sugar. So it probably shouldn't, then, if I don't know. You've got to be careful because there are some organics that have sugar in it. You have to make sure it says sugar free on it.
Oh, my. I'm just. You just need peanuts in it. Yep. You know, I taught about the least ingredients. Yeah. Oh, I told Olivia that recently. She is obsessed with reading. Well, when you read those ingredients that you know, if it's got more than two ingredients in it, that's fake food.
And you people don't realize it. I mean, they, I just so wanna go up to people with the grocery that are down the frozen food aisle, right? And you look at the back of those meals and literally the ingredient list is that long. And I rat on Chick-fil-A all the time, but I mean, I love, I mean, I think it's great. I mean, it's fun. There's 51 ingredients in one Chick-fil-A sandwich.
This is your time to shine baby 2025. It's a new year. You're going into 2025. You've got your music that you've been dropping, which by the way is not bad. It's not bad. It's not bad at all. I was the first time I heard her. She said that about me. So you know that's good.
No, no, you don't suck. I said, Oh, no, like, I when I first heard it, I was like, I was really impressed. And I was so proud of you. It was a bitch online because I sent it to me, me, and Haley. Yeah. I was like, you want to hear something with a little emoji? Yeah. No, it's so good. And I'm so proud of you for doing it because you have promoted everybody else's music for years. And it's time that you invest in yourself.
Yeah, I'm excited about this new chapter. And I think with all this heartbreak that I've been going through and life experiences, I've been working with other writers and everything and just channel and putting it through music. Because music is such a big part of me.
promoting it was and all that and I was like, well, instead of fucking going online and making like a fucking fuck you video, let's make a fuck you song about it. Yeah, or yeah, or even a heartbreak song. Heartbreak songs are always needed. You know how many motherfuckers we need? We need a song that we can sit in our car and cry.
to you know you just stay tuned girl you just say fucking to him but no I'm excited I'm just you've dropped what like three songs now yeah four or mm-hmm what are the names of them so people so if you were a country girl bitch on one is my favorite yeah I made the DJ earlier at brunch play that for me yeah I was like play my song who's who has to be my absolutely favorite I actually like
like that one, that one's really cute. Yeah, who's who? And then rough cut diamond, which rough cut diamond is speaking a lot to me right now because these flaws are making me flawless. I'm a rough cut diamond. Yeah. I wasn't mine for you. And it's a shame because I'm a badass fucking person. Yeah. And you're just working on yourself, baby, and you're getting better. Who's writing these songs? Are you writing? Oh my God. I've had like the
Pleasure. Pleasure. For who's who? Kelsey Ballerini absolutely wrote that. And she commented on one of my videos saying, I always fucking love this song. And she said, it was like meant for me. And I was like, really? Because when I sing it, I feel like it was meant for me. So it's just been like amazing artists. Like Hardy, Mira Morris, Kelsey Ballerini. But I'm taking a dive into writing my own music.
Good. We just wrapped my Christmas song. We did an original Christmas song. Oh, yeah, girl. Oh, God. It's so good. I got to write with Jesse Joe Dylan and Alicia Vanderheim, who are all Kelsey Bellerini's writers, and Nicolette. I do not know Nicolette's fucking last name, but her name's Pill Walks Patti. You guys go listen to her music. She's fucking amazing. But we literally started the song with just a harmony that Nicolette came up with.
And then Alicia put the guitars and the beat to it. So it's like, you know, wild. It's crazy to watch a song come to life like that. I love it. And I think it's a beautiful process. And I think it's just like a new passion of mine. Like when I stepped into that booth and to record my first song, I was like, oh my God, no wonder I have friends who do this for a living. This is so much fucking fun. I got you to that point though. Like I know you always like saying on lives and things like that, but like how did you get to the point of the booth?
So what, obviously I was a music promoter and I'm still a music promoter. Somebody reached out to me and there were like dumps we have these songs and we want you to sing them. Like Jimmy Robbins, who's an amazing writer, like number one hit.
And he had these songs that he co-wrote with Kelsey, Mayor Morris Hardy, and all that. And they thought it would just be fun to do a project. Just like a simple project. I didn't think it was going to do anything or anything. And here I am getting book shows. Y'all buy tickets for my show. Let's go, baby. November 15th. Oh, we'll be home. We could probably go to it. Oh, girl. You got a dress in Cognito and come out there. Put it all on the show. Just bring me on stage. I'll show my titties.
I'll only do that for you. Oh my God, we'll talk after this. Oh my God, my little heart. Yeah, we'll come. I mean, I don't see why not where are we filming with CBS that day, 15th and 16th, or is it 17th and 18th? 15th is your hair.
15th is my hair. Okay, we'll figure it out. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'll call me. Yeah, I'll have my people call you. Yeah, okay, good, good, good. No, I don't know. Yeah, so, but where's it at? Cahoots and Lebanon. Okay, okay. Yeah, girl. We're fucking just. I'm super excited. I'll bring security.
So that's how it all came about. And then I can honestly say the first time hearing myself come out the speakers and seeing my daughter's eyes light up. I was just like, yeah, girl, you can do anything you set your mind to. Yeah. Yeah. Who cares what anybody else says or all these back noises. If you want to do something, go do it. Yeah. Go do it. Absolutely. But I will say my first show that I did, Bunny, I want to tell you
I didn't think you could throw up from nerves, girl. I was in the bathroom. I went through the fuck up. But when I got on that stage, it felt like I was just doing it for years. So I'm enjoying life right now. And I think I'm going to take what you said and just enjoy myself. Life setting out music. Dude, life setting out. Yeah, date music.
But you already have a family. You have you and Lily. And if you just pour your love into both of you and stop looking, I promise you that love is going to fall out of the sky. My three cats and my dog. Literally, you got, well, yeah, coleslaw, fucking what's the other one's name? We have coleslaw, sauerkraut, and zis. I don't know if I've ever even seen this.
Zeus, but he's an old man. He isn't lying to me. Gotcha. Gotcha. I feel like Coleslaw is like the star of the show. He's your cha-chi. He really is one of these days. I'm going to bring him over here. Oh, God. I don't know. I don't know how Cha-Chayle act towards a cat. We're going to see how he's going to act with a possum tomorrow. He doesn't even like his cousin. So I don't know. Yeah. Only one way to find out here.
Okay, we gotta catch up. But like all that love and that pizzazz for life that you have, just harness that for all of 2025 and literally pour into you. Whether that's going and fucking getting a little bit of therapy or going and fucking, you know, feeding the homeless or going and just doing something that is like chicken soup for your soul, writing music, writing a heartbreak song, doing a fucking rap song, whatever you wanna fucking do. Put all that energy into you because these men, man,
I learned a big lesson with this one. I would have gave that man the moon. All I wanted was to start this new journey and share it with someone, but I was like, I'm already sharing it with someone, my daughter.
who watches me. So why am I trying so hard for something when it's already there with my daughter? Absolutely. And you can give the man the moon and he's still going to want the stars. Maybe a planet. That's right, baby. That's right. Go for that. Ladies, write that down. Ladies, I'm a fan wilder of fucking quotes over here. I'm fucking Oscar Wilde.
Um, but no, it's for real. And until that real love comes along for you, baby, just focus on yourself. I think, um, 2025, people are going to see a different, I mean, we've seen Demps, like be the funny comedian, you know, go through fuck with the internet with my love life. That's like my favorite thing to do. I will admit, it's my favorite thing to do. That is my favorite thing to watch.
One thing you know how to do is play your crowd and they go into a fucking frenzy anytime you date somebody But I think I'm so thankful I'm married like I just there's no way I could deal with all the shit you have to deal with dating this day and age sucks
Oh, yeah, I see what Haley has to go through. Me and me. Maybe you don't even date. Listen, I'm trying to force her to. Yeah, but it's rough. It's rough out there. We need a dating show for Dempsey and Haley. Oh my God, that would be great. I'll do it. Let's do it. We can make one.
We could do it. We could make anything come to life. I'm like, I'll get the buzzers. Not yet. That would be fucking awesome. Yeah, let's the whole throw it around. But working with the cash walk show was amazing. Bill had taken me there early on before I got the job. He's the one that got me, as you mentioned, got me on the cash walk show. And he'd take me to the fair, the county fair, where I could join in contests and different things like that. And then eventually, he would take me back and forth to Nashville.
Yeah. And so he just had, he saw that I was so serious about it and he saw that I had potential and I just, and Bill was a great guitar player. Bill wrote great songs. We wrote great songs together. In fact, in 19 and I guess it was 67, we won the song of the year, BMI song of the year, and put it off until tomorrow. Bill Phillips on Deck of Records, he was a pretty big artist at the time.
And so I got, when I had, we had sent the demo to him from when we'd just written it, then they wanted me to sing on the demo. So that was kind of like my first kind of break of being heard, like on the, on the real radio of everybody was, DJ's were calling, who's the girl singing with the Bill Phillips on the Bill Phillips song. So anyway, that was kind of a moment too. That's awesome that Uncle Bill's been so pivotal in your
Yeah. That's amazing. At 10 years old, being on the Cass Walker Show, who were some of your musical influences? Was there anybody that you wanted to be like or did you have an idea of like, hey, I'm going to pave my own way?
Well, all of my people were very musical, and so I think some of my greatest influences were within my own family. I had an aunt, Dorothy Joel, when my mom's sister, while she played the band, she played the guitar and she wrote great songs, and she was an evangelist. She also was a
Pentecostal preacher. And I used to, I was just totally influenced by her. But as far as some of the others, there were the kitty whales on the Grand Ole Opry and Roy Aikoff. And there was some early on after I got out to where we really had a little bit more exposure.
to big radio, and although it was a woman named Rose Maddox, it was the Maddox brothers and Rose. She worked with her brothers, and that was the first time I'd ever seen people dress in the rhinestones. They wore kind of Western, kind of like how the Grand Ole Opry does, but they were the first ones I'd ever seen do that.
And they also put a show together. They did little bits, little comedy and little things, and I thought that was amazing. So you find now that I'm older, I look back, and I find that I have just picked up bits and pieces from so many people through the years, and I've learned so much that I didn't realize I'm like a sponge, you know, I just, without even knowing that I'm doing it. And then later on, I'll do something, and I'll think,
Oh, it reminds me so much of when I saw it, so it's over. Or, you know, you just learn, you just learn to watch it. I always say we're like a masterpiece of all the art we pick up from each person. You know, it's just like little, little gyms of their souls that we take with us and that, you know, we look back on and we're like, okay, this influenced this and this influenced that. So I love that you always give credit where credits do because I'm the same way. Like if I see, if anybody asks me what's your look, I'm like, Dolly. I'm Dolly all day long, you know.
We could trade outfits right now and I'd be happy. I love this outfit right here. Well, yeah, we love God, I guess I do believe in like like many lives. Absolutely. I
soul contracts and I believe that. Me too. Me too. What do you believe? Let me know. Okay, so I believe, I did, okay, this is kind of wacky. No, I love it. I don't know people believe in this. No, we do. I'm sure. I'm very spiritual. I'm very connected to spirit. I meditate. I've got guides. I love you. I studied with you. Sister. Yes. Where have you been? They're all over here laughing because this is me. Okay, amazing. Okay, good. You found your coven. Okay, great.
I did this one reading with a woman, and she was, it was called like a rose reading. I'd never done anything like that. And she went through some past lives. And because I'm clairvoyant and clercentiant, I also don't talk about this lot, but I don't care. I have nothing to hide. And you are too? Okay, I believe that. And I feel like that's why we're like.
I love it. It was like over the phone because it was during COVID. It was right before COVID when things were like starting to like get crazy. And she was explaining a couple of my past lives and I was like locked in with her and I could see her.
Like, I could see everything that she was seeing, and I'm everything lined up. And I asked her, I said, have I ever had a child in a past life? And she said, no. And so she said, you're going to have to make a soul contract with someone to bring, like, for this lifetime.
I mean, I've even had like, like psychics one time I was pregnant before I had a miscarriage. And he was like, have you ever had a miscarriage? And I was like, no, not that I know. I was like, boom, a week later, I had like, I had a miscarriage. And then the next pregnancy was missed. And, and so I think that I had to have a soul contract with
Either my baby, I don't know how all of it works, but I know that my baby chose me, and I know that he's destined to be here. But to do that, I'm so into healing, and I'm all into a lot of spiritual stuff, so I felt like it's true. I saw something online that was like, if you're ever feeling called to a place, you need to go, because there's something that has to happen there. What was he damning the football player? I guess he wanted to tell him that
So I'm dating this guy talking to him, but he still was kind of coming at me. He got this is the guy that I was at Carbone with. He found out who it was and starts DMing him, talking about he had stuff to tell him. What? OK, I want to see it. Yes, I would love to see it. If people don't see that he's the problem, then.
I just after this podcast, if I see another blog about you being the problem here, I'm going to probably lose my mind. I mean, like I say, I'll take accountability, babe. I'm not going to say I'm innocent because I'm not. I get it. One thing for sure. It does take two to tango. But and trust me, the sex, our sexual chemistry is so like bomb that it was hard for me to let go. But at the same time, you guys also have a trauma bond too. So that makes everything so sometimes more intense. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.
So, look, this is... Hold on, let me get the bio-focals on.
He said, so this was after he had me hop the fence. He got win, okay. So he found out, so they just told him that I was there with a guy. But once he found out it was a football player, and this football player, when I tell you, is fine, does the day. He said, what up? Let me know when you see this, trying to send you some info. Just wanna make sure you're the right person. So yeah, he basically,
Every time I'm ready to move on or I've moved on, like this man can't take it. So it's like, if I'm all of this, if I'm this crazy, let's just say like that, why haven't you been to court to get your kids away from me for one for two? Why haven't you gone to court because I'm keeping your kids from you? Like, why?
It's just an abusive relationship. There's just so much that I just wish people were smart enough to see. And I would say there's a lot of celebrity women reached out to me, like big name women that were like, listen, what you did is nothing compared to what X, Y, and Z made me do. And it's like, you be surprised how many men, and I'm saying it's right, but men literally purposely
antagonize provoke women. And then when they lose their shit, it's like she's crazy. She's this, she's this, that they never tell the whole story. It's reactive abuse. And that's part of controlling the narrative. If he can't control you, he wants to control what people think about you. And after this podcast, if people can't see what's going on here, especially now that you're distancing yourself from him and saying, Hey, you know what?
No more. Just let this dude crash out. I would never let this man touch me again. I mean, he's going to crash out on his own. I mean, he's crashing out already. So moving on from Safari, though, and no matter what this man has done to you, you have literally just risen from the ashes like a fucking the Phoenix that you are, you have done this your entire life. It seems like to be a theme for your life like no matter what fucking adversities
life throws at you. Yeah, I don't know how I really have like 10 lives. I would say nine, but I know you always have a couple of lives on me. I'm telling you, you always come back full force. And now you have a dating show coming out on Zeus. Tell me all about this. I'm super excited about that. I feel like this show, I mean, it's definitely Zeus. So it's crazy. It has its elements. But what I love about it is that Lemmy and LJ, let me create a format where I still gave them Zeus.
But I wanted to tap in and show how fun and sexy and wild, you know, being a bisexual woman could be. What I love about it is I got to be myself, you know, in the sense of like, once I'm like in my world and in my element, I
Sex is like my favorite conversation. I love to talk about that. I'm a Scorpio. So I love to talk about sex. Do you know what your moon sign is? I don't because she said you're gonna ask me She's like, oh I find out She's like you gotta find out your moon sign cuz she's gonna want to know like fuck. Okay, good to know But yeah, I love to talk about sex. I just feel like you know in a space place
We all do it, like literally, right? So I've been an open bisexual for like years and I love love and I haven't been lucky in it, but I know I'm deserving of it. And one thing people don't know is how fun and crazy and, you know, wild I am, wild, yes. But like, you know, I think we all know you're fun and crazy in a while. But like in a fun way, where it's not like hip-hop drama.
People know me drama crazy. Now it's like fun crazy. Turn up crazy. Like tap into like how fun it is to be around me when I'm in, you know, a good healthy environment. You lead with love and everything you do. And if people can't see that, then it's like you said, they're just not wanting. It's also about seeing people for people. The fight before that, I'd sat next to Don Jr. and his whole family, his wife, daughter, I sat next to their whole family.
And what a sweet guy. Yeah. You know, as a human, right? Like as a human being, like he was self-deprecating. He was funny. He made light of himself. Like he was charming. He was just fun to sit next to. You know what I mean? It's like a dude's a great guy. You know what I mean?
The time I spent with him, what a great guy. So it's like, you start meeting these people as humans, you know? Yeah. When I got to spend an hour talking to Bobby Kennedy and Tulsi and they were really telling me what their plans are and help addicts and what their plans are to kind of change the healthcare. I don't want to speak, but they got real plans on how to help my people. America. Yeah. People that are really struggling, you know, and an epidemic that's happening in America. So.
Moving on from that amazing story, because it is amazing. You're going on tour with Posty Maloney. First, you're going on tour in Canada, and then you're doing post. Yes. Well, yeah. I can't believe that they were finally getting into Canada. We're going to do Canada March.
It's my first time headline in Canada. I mean, I did those three festivals last year. This is our first headline in arena toward Canada. And you don't want to fuck with someone who has a weekly podcast. Yeah, I'll say whatever. I'm also a loose cannon. So let's talk. Let's talk about your podcast really quick. What is the name of your
podcast. I want to listen to it. Let's be honest. Yeah. It's, you know, wherever you get your podcasts. Yeah. And it's a mix. You know, that's what I love is having creative freedom with, you know, on common James and the podcast to talk about whatever I want to talk about. I mean, you get that. If one week I want to talk about, you know, fucking Scott, just sliding into my DMS or interview a neurosurgeon. Yeah. You know, like I have that freedom, which is really great and keeps it exciting for me.
I admire the fact that you can do podcasts by yourself. Do you never do them? No, I haven't mastered that. I feel like nobody wants to hear me talk that much. Oh, that is not true. You would be so good at it. I would probably, they'd be like, by the time I got done, they'd be like, does she have five personalities? Because she literally made herself laugh and she couldn't stop laughing. And then she got pissed off. Like, what just happened? It is. It's weird. It might be bad for me.
I remember when I started doing them, I was like, this is the most unnatural awkward thing on the planet. I'm just talking to myself. It's weird. But it's a muscle. You would be so good at it, Bonnie. I feel like you should try it. I don't know. Listen, if you guys see me talking to myself, it's because Kristen told me to do it.
So, let's talk about the Montana boy. Okay. Okay, because listen, I was fucking rooting for you, dude. You were so cute on TikTok. I was like, let's just fucking live, bro. Thank you. I know. What was the age difference? Thirteen years. I mean, it's not terrible. I mean, you know, the thing is, I will stand by this. I still think age is just a number and, um,
It was so interesting for me to see how up in arms people were because I was older and I'm the woman compared to how it is for men. But Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher got away with it and they were the cutest thing ever. Well, and there's so many people. Talk about Jason Statham. I think he's like 20 something years older than Rosie. I mean, like there are so many relationships out there and people don't bat an eye. But when a girl does it, that really pissed me off. I was like, what the fuck? Also, it's not like, I don't know.
So, okay, actually, here's my real opinion on it. This is what I think. I don't think people give a shit that I was dating someone younger. I think it's that I can do whatever the fuck I want in my life. I'm out there doing what I want, and a lot of people can't do that, and that's what's triggering for people. Amen. Yeah, and so, yeah, it was fascinating for me to see that whole thing. To see the reaction. Yeah. Life is.
So I'm so grateful for breast cancer. And I went through it, got two surgeries. It was stage three. They told me, you know, I was always gonna, and I don't believe any of that. I believe that I understood what gave me the cancer. And if I can make joy a priority in my life, if I can eat the things that bring me joy, make me feel good, and do the things that make the choices for myself, that I will be able to live
a healthy, happy life. And it's been 20 years and I think I can brag about it now. Yes, ma'am, you can. You earn that, right? You earn those stripes. I am a firm believer and I preach this on the podcast. I know they're so tired of hearing it, but what the mind feels the body will follow. 100%. The body is in reaction to the mind. The mind, like I said, meat soup, total meat soup. Absolutely.
I know instantly. I can tell it's like, oh, this hurts. That hurts. Oh, that's because you get things and it's, wow, I've been feeling very closed down. Of course, my back's going to start hurting. I don't feel supported. Just all of that stuff.
It makes our bodies make sense when when you have the belief that oh Something might happen to me. I might get cancer out of nowhere. I might get heart disease out of nowhere That's not how it works. It's right here. You'll feed. Yes. Thank you. You know it all no first I just on that you're on that journey
Well, I had to, I got sober and I, you know, went on, I saw the dark night and went on my spiritual journey and I'm telling you, I just got misdiagnosed with an aneurysm last month. And I told myself, like, I thought I was going to pass out when I got the news, said it was on my carotid artery and my mom actually had one and almost died. So I felt like I was going to pass out anyways, long story short, because this isn't about me, but it's just,
I didn't believe it. I was like, this is not, and if I do, and if I do have it, I'm gonna have surgery and it's gonna be fine or whatever. I was getting a CAT scan. I heard the loudest voice in my head and it said it's not an aneurysm. Went to two neurosurgeons, turned out that I have two identical
blood vessels on both sides of my crowded arteries. That's just my part of my DNA. So I was just like praise you, you know, like it's a miracle, but you have to literally just no matter what. I think our our life lesson is to learn how to have faith. You cannot control everything and you have to just sometimes you have to say, you know what God, whatever your will is going to be or whatever higher power you know, it's just whatever your will is let it happen and
It's hard not to say ritual because people just take it and run. A ritual is something that you do over and over and over again. It doesn't have to be something satanic. No, not at all. That's what's so sad. OCD people have rituals. I have rituals. Right. But what's so sad is that magic is so real. It is. It's been erased from our entire history because it's so scary to know that we all have the power to
create a product out of a dream. And, you know, even, you know, if we're just speaking about, you know, moon phases, like the beauty of tapping into that, like, you know, when people struggle with fasting or something, like if they would just tap into what it like Ekadashi, which is an Indian practice of
fasting which is 11 days after the full moon or new moon either one the the pole of the moon is a lot less so the demand for your body to have food and water on that day is
is the least. Mm hmm. I love that that's fascinating because the moon makes women have their periods. It makes the times. Yes. So there's so much power in that. So much power in that. So it's it's there. There's the least amount of pull from the moon on that day. So you're able to go that whole day without without really feeling that urge. If you, um, you know, work up to that point and you could just start there. It's a really, really special day if you're ever trying to, uh,
get into that because it helps your body kill all the sicknesses. When you practice those things, your cells turn over and it's a lot of magic and just that practice.
There's a lot of magic in everything. And if you can just, I wish more people didn't demonize it as much as they do. And I just feel like even, you know, not to get into religion because I don't really talk about religion that much on the podcast, but you know, even Christianity has taken so many things from
pagans and you know there's just there's a whole world out there that if people just kind of explored it they would see that it's not bad and it's not evil it's not like what they portray in the movies and it's not like good witch bad which of course there's bad people who do bad things with good things that they're given but that doesn't mean that that's how it has to be yeah but I guess I also enjoy that it's a
a scary idea because it would then just become oversaturated and true. You know, I don't know, you need some people to be over on that side so that. I always say we're the kids from the witches that were burned.
I don't want to see this bus again. No, we're clamoring to get back on tour. We can't wait to get back on the bus. It's good to miss it. And Vegas helped me do that. And it also just was so fun with the production stuff, because you could just take it to a whole other level, because you're not putting it in trucks every night.
I'm really thankful for it. And I got to love your city. I mean, the strip isn't Vegas. No, it's not. And that's all I knew of it from going to the ACMs for 18 years in a row. But I really learned to love the outskirts. We stayed in the burbs. And I walked my dog every day and made eggs.
had a real life there. And I love the desert. And I really went to a night's game. I loved it. That's my first hockey game to ever go to. It was really fun. So I just found the things of Vegas that aren't.
How beautiful are the sunsets? The sunsets are incredible. The weather in December is amazing. Yeah. Yeah. And the food scene's amazing, even off the strip. So like I just really, I grew to really love like the locals too. Like I mean, friends with a lot of people that I've seen there for work, but they like live there. So we go to their house for dinner and it felt like, oh, this is just a really great community. Not that I don't love the strip, but for two days and you're good.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. No, I had never, whenever, cause we're selling our house out there now, but whenever I would go out there, people are like, do you live on a strip? And I'm like, absolutely not. No one looks there. I will not go to the strip unless there is a reason. Like my husband has to be having a show or I'm going to see you or like, I'm never gonna set foot on that strip unless I have to. Yeah.
The house that built me, by the way, when my dad passed away in May, was the only song that got me through. I think I cried my eyes out for like a month straight with the house that built me playing in the background. So that song is such a blessing. Like it's just one of those songs I'm so thankful to have. It is beautiful. Like if you listen to the words, just you literally paint a visual in this song. And like you just walk people through just a moment in your life, a snapshot in your life. So I'm entirely just going to be shocked. What?
that I'm going to talk about this part. Okay. Um, I love that she's just got your back. She's like, okay, here we go. This is really going to shock her because it's, uh, so my, um,
I got my baby in my mind, you know, and before I leave for Iraq, I mean, I'm all over her. That's my, my, my daughter and I got another one on the way. Okay. So it's, it's all clicking to me like, okay, this is, this is going to be the rest of my life. But I'm, I'm a part of one sixth infantry. Second regave first armor division. We're in Iraq. Thank you for your service, by the way.
Thank you. Um, and my first encounter was with an eight year old Iraqi boy. And, uh, that's is where the PDD came from. It's right there. Um, because he's eight on paper, but he's our age in reality and he's shooting.
And I've got a decision to make and either accept that or, you know, take that life. And the latter is the decision that I had to make because it's at this point, it's between him and Michaela.
And when those kinds of things happen, they just happen in the war. It's a part of war. You just keep rolling. And I wasn't built like that. I mean, the most things I ever did in the streets was fight. And I got stabbed and I made it. But when you have to take a life, it changes you.
It changed me. And then the rest of the fighting changed me and then realizing that, um,
Our freedoms do come at a high price. And then when you have a connection with God, you're like, God, like keep it one with me. How do you really feel about this? Because that's my brother over there. I know that we don't, we don't really act like it right now. And we've got a history of fighting with each other on earth, but the truth is we're all brothers and sisters. And so how do I justify?
my actions. And when his father and mother are doing the same thing I'm doing, you know, so I can imagine. Yeah. So I had a lot to carry into 2010.
