As usual we will deconstruct this into simple steps and install them into your daily habits - to make them unconscious. Understanding that urgent 'stuff' is NOT the things to do first there are outcomes that take 20% of your effort and return 80% of your success - THE IMPORTANT STUFF. We'll think about a way to close your day and have a life outside of this and make that part of your plans to create quality time in everything you do - Now that's got to worth a listen ;0)
