Let's go to everybody. Welcome to Shot Show 2025. This is the ghost of Clover podcast live from first up. My name is Trey with ghost tactical. My cohort here is Chris from Clover Tech. We've got some special guests. We're running through today. We've got some guests here. We've got guests coming on in twenty more minutes and then twenty more minutes. We are loading you strong. Twenty twenty twenty twenty twenty twenty. Thank you.
We do want to say things to our partners of this burst up and walk and talk America. So thank you for that. First off, let's introduce our guest, Roth with burst up. We have John Foner from GOA and John Galleco from GOA. Bring you in. Rook, we thank you, Roth, for once again having us this year. We appreciate you. It's a pleasure, guys.
You guys are kind of breaking up the industry today. Y'all are having some fire today. It's been a good first day of the show. We feel we're disrupting with a few things in a good way.
You know, we introduced last year our suppressors, but they're only just now starting to ship. And those are, you know, they're completely different than anybody else's suppressors out there. There's all kinds of patents on them and, you know, put it short and sweet. They're smaller, they're lighter, they're more accurate.
and their quieter. And you can find all about them on our website. I would love to bore people with details, but we've only got 20 minutes. And it might just be behind you, too, if you use the Google phone. Google that, and you'll be all right.
You know, and last year we introduced our 1911s, which we've been shipping all year, which are great, but a lot of people are seeing them for the first time today. So you want a great value, they are. But the big deal today has been our new 2011 style pistol, 1911 double stack, whatever you want to call it, and politically correct. But it's called the M2 Xi.
Um, and, uh, it's been absolutely been drooled over all day and getting great, great response to it. It's been awesome. I've been different places up down everywhere and everywhere I've gone. Either they've been talking to me or I've heard people in past and talking, Hey, have you seen the verses 2011 yet? So it's, it's getting around already and it's day one. That's awesome.
the slide, the slide the frame smoothness on that is on the level. When you're going to piss off the industry, it's just like with our with our suppressors, when we started building suppressors, you find out how much they cost to make and you're wise everybody else.
So high, you know, I guess because they can dirty corporate greed. That's right. So, you know, we come in with a really good price for one of those and it's just like with this new gun to come to a time. We know what it costs to make and we're making it. Anybody that's even close to a surprise, either they're coming from overseas.
or the materials are different. You know, ours is full 416 stainless. It's got tritium sites, it's hand-lapped. It's got a custom tune trigger. It basically has all the custom features of a much higher price gun. And right now, it's an MSRP is 1500.
and people are telling us that, you know, it's, it's just to cut on a third of the price or how I was literally actually heard the exact words is it's just to cut a staccato at 1500. Yeah, like that's exactly for those words. We will start shipping those in about.
45 to 60 days we're waiting on the new new grips because the grips are on it right now Didn't work the way we wanted them to so we got a new mold built and we're just waiting for that to happen But I'll tell people if you've got a dealer or if you're a dealer and you've got a distributor Order them now because they won't be 1500 of us are be by the end of this year, right?
We've known this and we're getting the feedback. We know we can get more for it. And right now, we're making very little on it just to make that impact that you hear people talking about. But just like everybody else, we got to eat. That ripple makes a wave and that way is going to get stronger for the year. It's certainly an introductory price. But we're excited about it.
what it's doing. Sweet. And, uh, yeah, we got GLA. We got double G. We got, we got two John. So good thing is, I don't know not very smart. So having one name for two people is amazing for me. So I appreciate that guys. You're making my life easier. Well, we got a ginger and a John. Well, yeah, that's true. That's true. Does this ginger have a soul? No, I think no, no, no. Okay. All right. No. All right. Um, go ahead and introduce our friends here.
Yeah, we've got John Parker. What's up, man? What's up, buddy? Right. Tuesday, Tuesday, Tuesday. Tuesday, Tuesday. It is Tuesday. That's what I've been doing today. So yeah, my weekly club tests on Tuesday and John's on there a lot, and we do a little Tuesday Tuesday. It just so happens. It's Tuesday today. So it works out as far as your role with GLA, John real quick.
I am a senior development and marketing officer. So I do a lot with the market team, help with goals, help with the podcast. So I did say the second podcast for GOA. So anything marketing and stuff comes through the department and my boss who's not here, but I bought my boss. Hey, she's not here for a very valid reason. Yeah.
How was mama doing? She's doing great. Good. So that's great. Good. And we got the boss's boss. It's great to be here with you guys.
and not your role with the killer. The executive vice president, so it's more administrative, but my heart's in the lobbying side. I was a lobbyist beginning in 2001. So you're in the fight. Like, yeah, you're in the fight. So we took on things like from the beginning of when I went on to Capitol Hill was arming commercial airline pilots, and that was a huge project and worked on for over two years. We were able to repeal the gun ban that was in national parks for a long time.
And then we moved on to concealed carry reciprocity and we were instrumental in making that constitutional carry friendly all the way back to the only 2000s. And that really opened the door for the wave of constitutional carry states.
to come because it's 29 if I believe. Yeah, but it's a reciprocity required a permit. It would have put a wet blanket on all of those states. It would have been very hard to pass that fire. Yeah, it was interesting because actually John and I on my podcast, I don't know, a few weeks ago, we were having a thing where
I originally was for reciprocity, then I was like, you know what, if we open the door for them giving us something, does that lead down the roof for them to take something? And he was explaining how you guys are trying to word this in the bill that it's going to expand rights, not constrict rights with the reciprocity. Can you just for a few seconds kind of go how you guys are fighting with the writing of the bill that might be great for everybody? Well, I think the most important thing is our philosophy is rooted in the second amendment. Well, Reagan.
regulated militia, necessary security of a free state, we're free people, then the right people to keep them bare arms shall not be infringed. It's not shall not be infringed. That's right. And we embrace the whole Second Amendment. Yeah. So we know those are strong four words right there. And that is our legal philosophy, our lobby philosophy. So we look at any law regulation rule. And does it match up to the Second Amendment? Is it an infringement?
If it's an infringement, it's unconstitutional. And that's when we take those battles to the legislatures and to the courts. So permit to carry is anathema to the second amendment. Background checks, you know, before 1992, you didn't have to go through that background check system.
You know, these are relatively new inventions. They certainly don't meet the criteria of the brewing test of a couple of years ago. Absolutely. So, you know, we oppose any government interference with the right of the free people to keep their arms. And we think, hey, let the police throw plenty of bad guys out there. We're going to misuse guns. Let the police focus on them instead of the 80 million gun owners.
who have to be regulated and go through background checks and think about how much law enforcement resources are taken up by just going, keeping an eye on the good guys. Leave us alone, go after the bad guys, and we're going to be a much better, freer country. Yeah, I wanted to follow up, you know, with coming up in the trenches in the locker, right? How has that, I'm sure it has, so I'm just going to frame it this way. How's that prepared you for the position you have now with the organization?
Well, it gives you an understanding of what you're dealing with in the legislature, because your Washington was an actual swap, and now it's a metaphorical swap.
organizations to get sucked into that. You know, how do I get invited to the cocktail parties? How do you get a seat at the table? Yeah, we don't really want to know how the sauce is made, but you need to know how the sauce is made, right? We do. You are board of directors as over 100 years of experience.
doing this. And if you don't know the nature of what you're dealing with in the legislature, you will get sucked in, pulled onto the other side, and you end up like a lot of organizations doing it. I'm not talking about only gun organizations, but just in general, you end up representing the views of the politician to your members instead of the views of your members to the politicians. And that's what GOA is
adamant about is that we're a conduit between the belt wing and everybody out there in America. And without that experience of grinding it out on Capitol Hill, you know, that you develop a mindset that, okay, we represent our members, always first, middle and last. That's what we do. And we're not part of that swamp. We work in it, but we're not of it.
Now you bring up the members real quick and there's a lot of our viewers out there that are members of the Gunners of America. For those that may not be aware of GOA, obviously the lobbyists and all that, but what is an essence?
The track that G.O.A. is trying to lay down for the next few years. If people don't know who you are, what would they know about you? I would say for people who don't know about G.O.A. is if you want to join up, roll up your sleeves, let's get to work, because we're a grassroots, a lot of organizations. It's not about me, it's not about John, it's not about the people who walk the halls of Congress. It's about the millions of people out there
send the emails, make the phone calls, go to the town halls. All we are is, I'll say it again, a conduit of information, of what they're doing, what they're up to, giving the people. These are the facts. This is what they're trying to do, whether it's the ATF or the Congress or the courts or state legislature. And we ask our people to get to work. We don't do the work, all the work for you.
But people need to make their voice heard because the Congress people care only about getting reelected. So the leverage that we have is we use voters to contact their own legislator and let them know what they think.
We're going to go into some free flow conversation. But before we do that, we've got a few minutes here with us, with our guests, and we'll get to those. We'll take a quick pause here, I think, and say that this year we're doing something a little special podcast here. We've got a very special item actually hanging on the wall right out there. That is this sign right there. You guys out there are going to get a chance later on. We can't do it when we're live here. The chaos that is ensuing.
But later on, we're going to option that. We'll raffle it. We're going to do something to raise money throughout the talk America. You can go ahead and do that. Jump over on WTTA.org and make a donation right now if you feel like it. But if you want to participate in that later on and there is a cool little airsoft price, I say little or 400 plus dollar airsoft price package that's going to be a part of that too. So stay tuned as we get through the shot show podcast here and we resume to the normal ghosting clover.
over into probably early February. That'll be a thing. So be looking for it. So yeah, let's just move into some rapid fire. Yes, I listen. Let's do it. We won't make this awkward at all, guys. Just say it's not awkward at all. Are you awkward? Ever? What do you mean? No, no. Hey, well, that knows me. I'm a very straight center guy. So, you know, yeah. Real quick. Let's do this one. Is a hot dog a sandwich? What do you think? Absolutely. It's meat and bread. I don't like you anymore, Rob.
That helps for all. That helps for all. That helps for all. That helps for all. That helps for all. That helps for all. That helps for all. That helps for all. That helps for all. That helps for all. That helps for all. That helps for all. That helps for all. That helps for all. That helps for all.
So, let's say it's not a sandwich when you start, but by the time you end and it's all split apart, it's a sandwich. It's a good question. It should be a politics, right? It's a good thing. It's a good thing. What he's saying is it's a sandwich in transition. That's what he's saying. Whatever it is, it's in transition. Do you want to follow that?
I don't know if I can follow that. Hot dog is not a sandwich. I don't stand the right to the hot dog. You will stand on your hill to the end. John, what do you think is a hot dog sandwich? Well, in all these years, I've never ordered a hot dog sandwich.
You were a hot dog, right? You were a hot dog. But when you order a hot dog out of, he's going indeed when you are a smart person. You don't say money, Christo sandwich and it's very much a sandwich. I say a club sandwich. I say club sandwich. That's true. That's true. That's true. That's fair. Okay. I'm not saying you changed my mind, but you've given me seed to think. It's, it's a very
It's a cloudy answer to a cloudy question. It's an important place for me to be answer, folks. You're all better over, John. How do you like the steak? Medium rare to rare. Oh, so you're going to Hall Midraire. There we go. That's what I'm talking about. Medium rare to rare. There you go. Medium rare to rare. I find that if you're in the city, order medium rare. If you're outside of a city, go rare because they tend to over. I just got a test from a buddy of mine, Midnight Rancion, who is a chef.
he's listening right now he said two out of three eight a hot dog is indeed a subcategory sandwich he thinks because he went to culinary school that he's an expert
Last question real quick, shot show vibe this year. What are you feeling so far? What's the vibe on first day of shot show? A lot of energy, a lot of excitement for what happened yesterday. It was a great day for America. The new year begins now. Ginger? We are so back. Are we back? We are so back. Yeah. From the industry side, I'll tell you what.
For, I think this, this side of the show has been opened this is the third year, or is it over here, 2022, 23, this is the fourth year, actually. Now, 2022 was the weird year. So let's just include the last two years.
We'd like it over here better. It's brighter. It's cleaner. You can walk outside easily, whatever. But the last two years, we were worried about being over here because the traffic was, and you'd walk over there on the Venetian side and it was packed. This year, everything changed.
There are a ton of people over here for whatever reason. But I'm looking around, like John said, tons of energy, tons of goodwill, tons of interest, and just a good vibe and lots of energy in the air.
We'll see what happens, but it's it's it's start off with the bank. One of the one of the things I'm going to that might not be the case is just slow learning. And the reason I say that is, you know, over here in the Caesar form, the Venetian next door is is the main entry point that's been that way for years and years and years. Everybody's used to it.
But I just learned this year that a lot of the hotels on the strip and everything, there's the skywalk to go directly over into Caesar. I don't even know you can do that. That's the way we come in. We're going to go into Monorail stations right there for people.
But we're at the link. And so maybe many folks are finally figuring out that instead of instead of fighting the big crowd coming in and all that at Venetian, they can come this way. And it's like you said, it's equalized. And in January, we'd see a much busier day tomorrow because people were starting over there. But today, all day, it's been really busy over here. But to your point,
the vibe's been really, really good. Yeah, awesome. Yeah, that's kind of the thing that I always look at day one is I don't spend the first half the first day like going to a lot of places, go see how to my friends and my partners and all of that. But I'm just waiting to see what the vibe is. And the vibe was pretty cool as one. I was like, okay. All right, I think 2024 and for a lot of people 2023 were rough years for the industry. And it's nice to maybe see a little bit
hope and energy coming back to the industry. Good try, Dan. Yeah, yeah, that's there you go. Real quick, Roth platform social media websites. Where can people learn more about, um, person, person dot com versus USA dot com. I'll take you to the same place and, uh,
I don't really know what are. We're on Facebook. We're on Facebook. We're on Facebook. We're on Facebook. We're on Facebook. We're on Facebook. We're on Facebook. We're on Facebook. We're on Facebook. We're on Facebook. We're on Facebook. We're on Facebook. We're on Facebook. We're on Facebook. We're on Facebook. We're on Facebook.
Oh, I thought it was going to be bursa dot com. That slash telemundo. Wow. No, you division. Wow. You division. Okay. That works too. Get division right. You can do it if you want. I just don't walk out the door.
John, John, John, John, uh, GOA. Where can people find you directly? They needed marketing things and, uh, John Bleco right here. Uh, if people want to have questions, maybe about how to get into the fight on the lobby side, where can they reach you guys and what can they do to, uh, to get involved? Well, you can find everything at gunners.org, uh, marketing and everything. There's a number you can call.
I don't know. I'll give you John's cell number. Do I give John my cell number? It's for sale. It is. That's included in the package. It is. Absolutely. Yeah. The big thing is to get involved, you know, we have it takes 30 seconds to fill out the form on our website. So this is a number of times, 30 seconds to contact the senator in congressmen through gun under that award.
You're a template for you people really sit up its input for you real quick something I don't I don't think you mentioned it the podcast. Yeah, yeah You can find stay the second I say the second on all social platforms. Yes, you can YouTube and that
But the big thing is, like John said, it's time to get into the fight. It's not time to sit back. We've got about a year and a half of this. So we've got to continue to fight, push hard, and contact your center of Congress and then go to gunnerics.org. There's a template there. Let them know that you want national reciprocity. Let them know you want things to change. And let's just, uh,
I'll say it to you. Yeah. Yes. Yes. Please. Mr. Valleco, thank you for joining us. Ginger, we had to put up with you. Rob, thank you as always. Guys, we're going to take a few minute break. Tell me in golf, we have Gideon Optics and Walk the Talk America. So we'll be back here. And I want to say it took four or two and two, but it might be about five. So give us some time to get your guests set up and all that. Thank you guys for everything. Thank you for everything, guys. You need a gold Rolex to pull a good two and two.
I don't have his hair either. Like, Chuck worries like a good looking guy, man. Like, what the hell? Uh, but we're not good two or two. Is that right?

All right, we are back once again live from Shot Show 2025. This is the Ghost & Clover podcast. My name is Trey. This is Chris. We've got, well, two more guests, our good dear friends and superhero of our industry in a lot of ways. And super model. And super model. You know, his call sign is Google Boy. So, you know, that's all good. Our dear, dear friends and
Man, just a human being that I'm proud of call it friend, Michael said any from walk and talk America. Real quick, I want to bring you in and for those that may not know, which if they don't, I get it, but there are people that still may not know. Tell people.
Walk the Talk America story and I mean you're passing you, you sold your company, you have given everything personally to this and it was just amazing and I love you for that. But can I tell people the Walk the Talk story, man? First of all, thank you for having me guys. Yeah, absolutely. It's always fun.
Walk Talk America is the first, pretty much only pro-mental health, pro-2A organization that's no compromise on your rights. When it comes to behavioral health and suicide prevention, we're always listening to people outside of our industry tell us how to be responsible and what to do with our mental health. So I started this in 2018, basically look for innovative ways to get gun owners
Not just vets, that's our importance, obviously. But all gun owners help in a time of crisis without fear of consequence because we lose 74 people a day to suicide. And that's a number that gets used against us, right? So if we take that number, we own it and we start as the industry applying, you know, our programs, things that we do to kind of, you know, make gun owners mentally aware that guns and mental health aren't mutually exclusive. And there are places you can go. I think we'll have a better society.
Yeah, and I think one of the greatest things, you know, 2018, 2019, when we first met, and he started the Walk of Talk America movement out of a conversation in New Orleans, I believe, which is amazing. But you told me that one thing has always stuck to me. And I always bring this up to you. And you're probably sick of it. But you said, I won't be able to talk about mental health. And it's like to do a common cold.
I think a lot of gun owners are afraid to talk about mental health because they're afraid of losing rights, they're afraid of the infringements that could happen more importantly, they're afraid what people might think of them by letting them know people know that they may not be okay or sometimes the fact that you're willing to get a free mental health screening on your website anonymous
Breathe mental health screening until anyone knows, say, hey, if you're having issues, there are people. And I love what you and Jake said, DB and some of the other guys are doing, trying to find more mental health doctors that are willing to say, hey, I'm a gun owner too. So that might be a big thing, you know? Yeah, absolutely. Like I said, it's all about education. I mean, we do a lot. And you do talk very, it's not just free and anonymous mental health screenings, but
You know, we have pretty much when you think of the term gun violence, which is a ridiculous term. Anyways, there's no such thing as like microphone violence. I wish there was. This would be the guilt show if it was. We're talking about negative outcomes of firearms. We all know like the majority of its suicide, there's homicide, but then there's negligence. Like we have a program for everything that has nothing to do.
with rights restriction in ways that we don't get to the root cause of the problem. Root cause mitigation is a huge thing for Walk Talk America. And that's what it should be about, right? Because I'm trying to get the firearms industry where the alcohol industry got what do you want. Like nobody blames Johnny Walker when somebody gets behind a car and kills a family of six, right? That's the person. And it should be the same thing with firearms. Yeah. Absolutely. No.
Um, yeah, you know, we were, we were walking over here in the Caesars. I think it's what, no, we wouldn't. We were over in the Venetian earlier today and standing around and, you know, you were, who you were talking to, we were telling somebody the kind of the thing and, and it was really cool that you were talking about how you, and you take a lot of heat for this sometimes, but you, you speak the most millennial.
Liberal watch we are going with this. I mean he might be right here He's taking the goofy language that they use yeah, and like he turns it against them like talk about that and that's just so cool yeah, I mean it's just like terms like corporate social responsibility right like if I'm
When I go to speak, and first of all, I have two audiences, right? I'm in all the conventions and I'm in all the gun shows and things like that. But then I'm also in the behavioral health side, right? And behavioral health side tends to be center left.
And the expectation level of me when I go in there is that I'm going to eventually default to pride from my cold dead hands. Right? Or at least that's what they expect. That's what they expect, right? But when you go in there and you start showing them the solutions that the gun industry has thought of and we were the first for a lot of things.
You know, then it's a totally different story because they're like, wait a second, here's the gun guy up there talking about corporate social responsibility showing that Ruger does have it. And Bursa does have it, right? And Armstrong does have it. And High Point does have it. And when they hear like, these companies are all putting free anonymous mental health screenings in the boxes of their guns to promote better mental wellness and possibly suicide prevention for their customers because they actually care about them. Then it's like, okay, I can't, the gun guy right now is,
doing more than we do. The gun industry is doing more than we do when it comes to these things. And they don't like hearing that, I'd imagine. Right. And there are kids at King's program, right? Which I think you're doing probably on here. When I get up there and I say, this is a
This is a program that that is catered to the underprivileged underserved community. And a lot of these kids in these these areas have never been introduced to firearms in a healthy manner. And they don't know that they could be the next gunsmith of the community. They don't know that could be the next firearms instructor or.
competition shooter, right? And it's like, let's teach these kids about, you know, emotional functioning and trauma and PTSD and also teach them how to be responsible gun owners because the second is for everybody. Yeah. Which is a transition because Tony Simon will be on here in a little while. So I know. Yeah.
of no, I got something really funny. I got to read this because large, you talk about microphone balance, large other says, no such thing as microphone balance. Clearly, Mike hasn't heard me sing karaoke. So before we get to getting into Bobby real quick, for those that may be just joining us, we're welcome to live from shot show podcast.
and remember, keep in mind, follow Ghostsing Clover, you know, subscribe to all that stuff because we will be doing the fundraising thing for Waltz Talk America once we get that shot. I'm not sure if Mike knows about this. Mike does. We'll just thank you. Okay. Sorry. With that.
Bob's in the house, Bob. That's a tough act to follow. Come on, Bob. No problem. The spotlight is fully on the end. So other than the best handgun optics in the business today, we'll confirm, can confirm. What can you talk about?
So excited to be here with us. Our third shot show, right? We're almost two years, right? We've been in the industry, Jordan and I, you guys. Yeah. Yeah. We've been in the industry for every 10 years, but we're just coming up in April, be the second two years since we sold our first product. So I'll tell you guys, like you guys and folks out there. Yeah. Somewhere, right? Oh, almost. Who was it? Okay. But it was a little boring. A lot. Just had our name on a little sticker on the side of it. And people like you, right? People like those folks out there watching. We're here again.
uh because y'all believed in this man we thought there was a place for us there was a place for a affordable reliable optics that weren't gonna let you down and folks like me and Jordan that have been here for over 10 years man just standing behind me just outside the box thinking like like crazy stuff like one of the things that blew me away when I first heard of you guys
is you offer green and red and every single frickin model. Yeah. Nope. Nope. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No. No.
Awesome, man. We're just not compromising. We're bringing in two more, too, man. People that's for and close, right? So yeah, you get that. That is the best. Is that the next thing? The baller and two things. We've been teasing it for like a year now, and I'll be honest with you, that's one of the, I guess we're going to use the word no compromise. We had a product. We could have sold this. As good as everybody else, right? People would have bought it.
but we decided to continually refine it, right? We'd see this or that. I don't like the way this is showing up on here. I don't like the way this glass looks. That makes sense. We wanted it as perfect as the technology could bring us for under 300 bucks. So yeah, it's finally available. It's going to start shipping the end of the sequence. That's the cool thing is because it's not just the design of the optic itself. It's not just the quality of the glass. You guys have come out with some interesting reticles that are pushing boundaries, but
You think of it when he first got his first and he's like, holy cow, this thing is monsters. He's like, I don't know if I like that. And I got to like, this is badass. Like, okay. You don't know what to expect. And I remember the first time I'd heard of you guys where we were introduced to you guys was a trigger con of 2023, I believe. And that the buzz around true con quickly was you guys. And just seemed like a year and a half.
Like, I don't think you guys been around, but like in that year and a half, it's unbelievable where you guys have gone. It's incredible. Yeah, I was late walking up here because I could not get away, right? I don't want to say I'm not used to that, but it's gone from we had some traffic with the Tuesdays usually this slower day. It has been nonstop. We got seven guys down there and it's just people, people wanting to ask questions or to tell us what they bought from us last year, year and a half.
I mean, that's something that's that's something right there. That's something that we want to do. We're glad that old stuff's still working pretty well. We will not.
want to say we're here for the long haul right we want whatever you bought a year and a half ago to be the reason you just go buy more just go buy more guns so you can buy more optics right there you go yeah yeah let's uh let's move into a little bit of you know freestyle what we do i want to i want to kind of show something you probably not gonna be able to see this but you know i'll do my best uh bobs just uh drop some of the shot patches and their baseball card looking
cartoons of the truth is mainly oh yeah we can talk about it if you're around there's going to be there's a difference for each day Mike right if you didn't notice I'm learning a baseball jersey I'm either one of my Pete Rose jersey one day for you and Jordan and of course Bob and there'll be a different patch series every day as well it's awesome these are
I tell you what, the detail works pretty amazing. So where are you guys? He's done a job. I did most of the designing. Did you know we had somebody else do the face art right? Take our selfies and tournaments. Yeah. First question is Jordan, is he upset at the amount of great detail that was put in that beard?
I did not catch that. I'm getting all these samples that I look at the images and I'm like, yeah, yeah. And I see the gray in the beard and I assumed it was me. I did. And I just approve, approve, approve, approve, man, because we were kind of running out of time. Well, last year, we only did, we did a different patch each day. Yeah. And this year, Jordan said, why don't we do all four of our faces? 16 patches. Yeah. The patch guy needs more time.
Right. So he basically from Thanksgiving until now to make 16 different designs. Wow. Russia. But no, he has not mentioned it. He probably will now. Hi. You're welcome. Thanks. Appreciate you. Hey, man. I'm here for you brother. I'm here for the microphone violence. That needs to be a patch. That's a patch. Yeah. Preventing microphone violence is 2025.
I want to, it says we, you know, we kind of went off on obviously to get in optics. We'll ask Mike here, your thoughts on, cause this is a contentious thing. I don't think it's as contentious as it used to be. But where you come down with optics on every day carried? I mean, look, I, as someone who used to own bursa. By the way, that was, that was a, that's a pretty heavy name. I used to own this shit.
I'm like, you sold a company, why do you mean it's not for me? You cannot follow this man. No, here's what I would say about that.
To me, whatever makes you comfortable, whatever makes you feel better, whatever we should feel like a better shooter, like do it. I don't subscribe to you have to do things a certain way. So the man who spent time in the White House
He's become appalled. That was pretty political reason. You're not going to offend me because I'm going to say, I do not buy my product. I don't think you have to fix your poor form, right? You have to train either way. If you can't do it with your irons, don't buy my stuff because it's not going to magically make you a master. Yeah, no. I swear. I swear. Man, the songs are getting better. I'm going to show there was some time frame on the side of the box.
That's what will make you the better shooter. No, we'll make you a better shooter, but you forgot the question mark.
Awesome. I do agree with you. I was joking, but I think that people, whatever gets them into carry, if they like optics, that's going to help them bike another carry gun and get an optic for it. If you want to, you know, I've never been an optic guy until, well, until about a year ago, Gideon, Gideon's been getting in a couple of optics. And I said, I'm going to try them and I put them on like a kinder and a couple of things. And I was like, shit.
I like it. I don't know if I'm going to be an EDC optic guy, but I appreciate what it brings to the table. I think more than anything else, it may not make you a better shooter, but I think it brings more confidence. It does look, and it's certainly easier if you train with it.
right and then put the office is like anything else. It's repetition where they say it's a perishable skill. You've got to train with it. I am better and I was the same way. Yeah. I tried one piss off like five years ago until we started doing this. My only optics were on rifles. Right. Red dots. That's the same way. And then we started doing this. So I started getting more time behind them and got more comfortable. Yeah.
And it got to where when I pull that up, it's almost like a video game. Once you train enough that you can repeat it, that makes sense. You pull it up and you just put the, it starts to feel as, uh, yeah, feel almost like cheating because you're just getting a little, a little red circle where you want to pull it together.
And I mean, we got a close start this one out. We do have another section that Anderson manufacturing a big time from the second is from everyone like that. Big time. I want you to close out with getting in where they can follow you on socials, you know, all that good stuff. But before you do, I mean, if you if you've got comments on this, because we talked about the crystals under red dots, but you brought it up a valid point when you said, Oh, well, you know, the objects were rifles and stuff. We guys do that too.
Yeah, you do. I see them moving out of the warehouse, right? I know people love them, but every time we come to one of these shows, I'm surprised how many people walk up and say that it's just the best thing ever. I never used a red dot on these magnified skills, which I can't see. It's radical. Really does change people's lives. So you could say the advocate doesn't need an advocate.
No, now it advocates for itself. Okay, I'm pro microphone violence now. I'm done. I'm done.
that's right that's right the guy that you have to wear 3D glasses to understand the guy's shirt what are we talking about here come on I love that pattern yeah it's good we're jumping off it's all one word twitter it's the great people in and then you told me not to either do it it's hard to do it if I leave me a talk something doesn't work you have to you have to do if you want to get the shorty balls stuff like this is it right there oh that's not all right that's not all right that's not all right that's not all right that's not all right that's not all right
I've got a little, I've got a little very fly. Oh, yeah. Yeah, getting up to dot com and the, uh, the granted, we didn't talk about that, but the granted, the granted competition in our more. I'll start shipping this Friday as well. So those are really cool. Oh, baby. Broke, we got a $2, uh, super out there, mandatory care. Really? Thank you, brother. Working, but I was going to walk talk to America too, by the way, all super chats. This is going to walk talk to America. Yep. Thank you very much. 100% brother.
Uh, speaking of that, working, uh, they follow fine. So give them an answer. I mean, w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w w
Remember, everybody, when you hear this, it's no compromise. We are against red flag laws. We are against all the things that, you know, this is from, this is us by us, our community. Right. And if, uh, and if you're out there and you're listening and you own bugleboymodel.com, I think, I think he's interested in buying that. You may want to come. I'm 49. I look a hard 57. I'm ready to get back to modeling. Why not?
I'm sold. I'm sold. You know, it's just what we told us every time like this is a piece of I Have worn this now for six years almost brother. It hasn't come off like it has not come off
I love what you're doing, man. And I really do appreciate what you've done. Personally, I know that you have worked really hard with the VA and trying to help to be understand what all of our guys out there are going through. I've lost three this year alone.
I personally know that there's a lot of people that don't trust the VA and people like you were there to try to get the VA to understand why. And what can they do better to help our guys? It's not about the vets only. You're for everybody. But on the vet side of it, in our industry, there's a lot of them. And not a lot of people are trying to help the VA understand what they can be doing better. And I appreciate that personally for all that you do for everybody. Yeah.
No, thank you. They're here. They're here because of Walk Talk America. I love that. I love that. We got coming up. Like I said, we've got Anderson manufacturing and big Tony Simon. The big Aristotle himself will be here. We're gonna be back in about five to six minutes. We're standing by. Stand by.

what? All right, moving on. So with Walk the Talk America, we want to send a shout out to our good friend Tony Simon Tony was in a meeting. Hey, that's what this shot shows all about. You get stuck at a meeting. Some things happen. So luckily we've got Kevin here from Walk the Talk America and the podcast, which is
I, when you guys are on, you should come on regularly on Friday mornings and it was like part of my Friday morning. And now it's whenever you guys have gas and all that. If you haven't checked out the Walk Talk America on YouTube or all of the podcasts that mental health, what is exactly called these days?
guns and mental health process. Yeah. So Kevin is the host with, uh, he's one of Wrangles in mics at any most of the time. So good luck with that. Even jaker had deavis. So, uh, kind of. I'm just trying to be nice. They're they're deavis. Uh, I'm sure they would accept a case of Snickers if you, uh,
or the threat of a snicker. Well, that's true too. Yeah. So I'm about what's new. Can I go in your path when you join Wealth Talk America, what you're doing with them and talk more and more about the podcast because your podcast, I was into it all the time. I'm always trying to be there alive when I can. You guys have had some amazing guests and you're trying to bring a great message out to there about mental health and not just the forefire and it's just going to help in general.
And that's a big thing right now. So can I give your background your role with what we're talking about podcast? Absolutely. So my name is Kevin Berry. I joined way back in 2020. That could be all back. For the most part, I stay behind the scenes kind of being the creative mind anymore.
creative marketing efforts, website, all of that. And then may I step in as any role needed from producer behind the scenes of the podcast to being a guest host and all of that. But yeah, we've been blessed with a lot of guests to where we just get to be curious and talk about a lot of different areas of mental health and try to evolve the culture of mental health with gun owners.
So I don't want to get too personal. I don't want you to open up any doors you don't want to, but your path and your passion with Walk of Talk America, was it because of something personal or a family or yourself with mental health or how are you drawn to Walk of Talk America?
I think it was just the connection. So I worked with Jake, played summer baseball with us, retired, old athletes. He's how we got that connection, and then did a little work with this company. I mean, the three second year of the NBA draft this year, I get to be drafted. I'm thinking I might need to hire a new agent if you know of anyone. You'll be the only draft pick eligible for the whole thing for too long. How can you only draft pick eligible for Social Security here before?
Sorry, go ahead. But yeah, no, no huge personal connection. My wife lost her uncle to suicide by firearm. But I think it's just love of working with those guys and the work we do, the people we get to meet.
and see the growth. It can be frustrating because you want to see it right away. But to see the culture of all from 2022 now is noticeable. And I'm excited to see what we can accomplish in the next four years. Absolutely. To my knowledge, he hasn't curled up in a ball on the shot to a floor and cried yet. So I'm curious. It's been a few hours. It's almost the first full day in a book. So what do you think?
It's, it's impressive. It's a lot. I think 60,000 people walking around like crazy people. It affects people different ways. Things are fucking cool. That was a good thing. It was a good thing. Good thing. And the funny thing is, is you might be the safest place in America right now. I could promise you. I think Jake earlier.
the worst thing you got to worry about is cutting your finger on your own pocket knife, I think. That's fair. That's fair. No, that's fair. We need to get a tourniquet to him. We might. For his thumb injuries, he may lose a thumb, folks. We're just saying. We've had our first casualty of shot show. Yeah. Yeah.
And I appreciate the fact that you're here. I know that in years past Mike and Jake have had a booth and it's been, they've had us sometimes, hey, man, can y'all come run? We've got meetings and all that. And I like the fact that they decided not to go to the booth, but brought more people and now we can kind of, you get some spread, the message, take more meetings and have those conversations and people can't come to you. Now you can go to them. So how, I know it's only your first day, but
How has that worked with being able to meet people today? Have you been working pretty smoothly? It's great. I mean, my background's in business. My family was because they own casinos in small town, Nevada. So that's more my background to where it might come from.
My family owned a casino. I'm sorry, you know. But it's a lot of flex. It's cool. It's back-to-back meetings. It's a long day, mentally. And it's day one, brother. It is. It is day one. But a lot of seats planted to where we've had meetings where it's the first kind of contact where companies are like, hey, we're interested. We won't finally want that meeting. It's talking with partners with it. We've been working with for two, three years and working on current projects. So it's fun to just
Go through all the different relationships and it's impressive. I never expected boost to have multiple meeting rooms. Oh, yeah, exhibit. Yeah, there's this is an actual meeting room. And then there's on the other side, there's walls. I know they use it for storage, but I ended right there. So I think in the last five years, probably since the cough cough.
And I think what happened was during the cough cough, in 2022 when we came back, it was a much smaller shot show, but it was phenomenal for the best shot show ever. But what made it so great is you could have more quiet conversations. Now that the crowds back, these companies are going, how do we get back to those quiet conversations? Well, I guess we're building an office and a place to meet now. So that probably might have been the best thing that came out of the cough.
And there was a comment earlier, maybe there was Jacob out there. I don't remember who'd forgive me if it wasn't. So I'm not scrolling back to look, but said that, you know, the audio is phenomenal.
Yeah. And realize we're in one of the meeting is open. There's no ceiling on this. And the whole show is around us with those 60,000 people. Yeah. So what you're hearing is taking place. So it speaks to, you know, how important getting that solitude, you know, having other conversations. Absolutely. Yeah. And so all that. Yeah. I appreciate you guys. And like I said, you do a lot behind the scenes, but it's nice to get you in front of a camera and
and get you involved in the production of the podcast. I think that you bring during the podcast, when you do bring good questions, you do bring part of it, you bring an aspect that isn't Mike, and it's not from the physician side of things with DB or Jake and all that. It's an everyday person to say, Hey, I want to know because you have some great guests on. And so you do bring a great aspect to the podcast as well. So I really enjoy having you on there as well.
Yeah, and we appreciate you guys joining in in the chat and kind of putting in your value too. My 11 cents, not my two cents. I kind of, I put my, I'm very vocal in the chat. Sorry about that. Oh, we got a cow. Jump in here, baby. Hey, what's going on? We have non shirtless Kyle today. We can make it shirtless if you want.
Not yet. It's maybe Thursday. Too early. Yeah. We're just getting started. Bear Chested Marine. Bear Chested Marine. That's my YouTube channel right there. It needs to be.
Yeah, shirtless Kyle and for this, he's bare chested marine and it's going to be spelled and he's got a song for you already also. Oh, he hasn't heard that. And he is not. Oh, we will play that. This is the last last guest segment of this day. Kyle will hear his theme song. What is there is a legitimate theme song for you.
I'm nervous. Yeah, you should be. You should be very nervous. We're not here for that. We're here for the theme songs. We're here for raffles. Yes. We're here for handguns. We're here for Anderson. Cool. Shit. What do you got? Yeah, well, um, really where it's part of showcase this year, Cliff. Yeah, you are. Yep. But that's what you guys do. That is. People don't know that about it.
you guys. I know, I know. And that's, that's one thing that we're kind of going into that direction now to where we want a lot of the focus to shift from the B to C and kind of balance it out to the B to B. So being in supplier showcase gives us an opportunity to kind of demonstrate what our manufacturing capabilities are. A lot of people don't know that we're making our own bulk carrier groups, the gas keys, the bolts, the bolt carriers. They don't know if you're making stuff for other manufacturers.
Well, they don't know that. Yeah. We're under NDAs on that one. But that's saying who. I mean, no, 53 other companies depend on us. Well, everyone out there that has at least two ARs. I already found it. You may not realize that you've got something probably from Anderson. While you're hitting Anderson, you're shooting Anderson.
Which is fine about me because they probably like it. They just don't know what it is. I don't know. And that seems to be the case too. You find out at range days, people are amazed when they get to our booth.
But yeah, no, it's really cool to do this supplier showcase. It's my first year up in supplier showcase. How different is between being in the booth versus upstairs? So I like it down here. I do like it down here on the floor. Now, but being upstairs, there's a lot more business being made. So I try to tell people, like, if you've never been like the supplier showcase, it's kind of like the stock market when you just go by, by, by, by, and it's just like business and people just buying like materials. It is not.
It's not firearms. It's materials, fabrics and equipment and all that. It's crazy. And we talked about it a lot about like how the 2A comes together, but you really actually see it real time up there. You got guys stopping by who are like, hey, we do this finish. We do this type of nitride. We sell this type of tooling and you really get
I guess a more in depth aspect of who's out there and what they're doing. And like, there's a couple of guys, I can't remember the company's names, but they're right there in Kentucky. And we're not working with them yet, but we got the intro just because we're up in splires. Showcase. So nations, man. That's it. That's it. You come to shot.
You know, people come to shop for various reasons. But if you are coming to shop for an investment in whatever endeavor you're about, whether that's mental health awareness, whether that's the industry, whether that is a creator. It's the relationships and the connections and the other things here.
I guess it's relationships no matter what it is you're doing, right? The quick thing. So, and this is why, and I guess since this is the last segment, I'll say this, but you know, I went out to a little get together at an Airbnb. Several companies represented what not there.
uh i was invited to that by and if you're hearing that somebody is taking something down in a booth that isn't a group or someone's going through enhanced interrogation tactics they do offer they do offer things they do offer on-site i'd be serviced here so maybe they do root canals too i don't know if that's a woken out but
So went to an event and it was laid back and you have to meet a lot of cool people and hopefully build some relationships and some other things. Some gray legit tacos, not my people tacos, right? Yes, true. And here's the thing, I was invited to that event by somebody that before last year, I did not know. Not even know. Because it was somebody that I met through you. Yeah. And then I met all those other folks this year through him. Yeah. So just an example of how that
that works when you have these events like shot it's those connections and relationships and that's how that's how shit gets done hundred ten percent yeah it's it's interesting because it all starts out in a weird usually a weird awkward introduction
And for some reason, sometimes you hit it off. I am. Yeah. I'm just, you know, you exchange the business card. You might throw an email out there and then you might get that awkward first phone call and then you see them at N-RAM or whatever. And then six years later,
They're like one of your best friends in the world, not in the industry, like, legitimately, like, they're part of your family. And that's a cool thing that these shows and the spider web talk about of everyone that we know will know anyone in here. So somehow, some way we all know
Everybody and that's a cool thing. Yeah, so Kevin, real quick, you do a lot of marketing sets of people that want to contact World Talk America, tell her they can find that. But if they need to reach out to you directly for some marketing things, can they reach out to you as well? Maybe the podcast. Is there a schedule for that? Kind of how do you all
There used to be a, there used to be a great schedule every Friday at like 10 o'clock my time. Can you get a schedule so they're not gonna put out a graphic and maybe we get more than YouTube just showing up in the live chat, but we're still working baby steps. Wait, what they're trying to say is they don't want us to show up anymore. So that's fine. Probably. They're trying to dodge us. Like, hey, you gotta ghost us. I get it. The tenant ghost us. I get it. The tenant ghost us. I get it. The tenant ghost us. I get it. The tenant ghost us. I get it. The tenant ghost us. I get it. The tenant ghost us. I get it. The tenant ghost us. I get it.
