Gabe’s negotiation tactics during tribal councils were a hot topic:
- Weight of Words: Gabe explains how his speeches at tribal councils may have caused unease among fellow players, as his strategy led to perceptions of him as a significant threat.

Everybody what's going on Rob Sesterino back with a exit interview here after a very exciting episode number 10 of survivor 47 today We're talking with the latest player voted out of the game. That's Gabe Ortiz who says he'll be back
at the end of the episode. Maybe this is maybe the first of many exit interviews with Gabe. We will see as he joins us here in just a moment then. Kind of fun this week in survivor history coming up with Jordan Kalish after the exit interview last night.
It was a great one on the post game show, a cue bird debt, somebody who I think that maybe he could be back on Survivor. One of these days was on fire during the post game show. Really fun one. And then Steven is all queued up for the know it all today at three p.m. So lots of great stuff coming your way. Plus our survivor patron Q&A on Friday at three.
But we've got Gabe here on the line. Let's go ahead and patch him in. Hey, Gabe, what's going on? Rob Sesternino. And I've been looking forward to talking to you because I just I have the feeling that you're going to be somebody who is not going to be shy on a podcast.
Why would you ever think that? I've been looking forward to talking to you. All right. So let's talk us through this vote last night. How about on the way out? You said to Caroline, you are a snake. What made you say that to Caroline? So that was actually directed towards teeny. That wasn't. Oh, yeah. That was about teeny. I looked at you right in the eyes and I went, you got a little bit of snake in your heart.
Because Tini was so worked up over the Solvo and was so worked up over how Genevieve handled it, keeping Tini in the dark and taking out the number one ally that the whole day I was one person I wasn't worried about was Tini. I was like, Tini's gonna vote Genevieve. And Tini told me that all day long. And Tini was not a sneaky player this entire game. Tini had her allies and, you know, Tini stood by him.
and uh so not to say that i was one of those allies but it was more about teeny standing by saw in that vote and and other than james saw you even hear in the confession to open the episode everything i do for the rest of the game is to avenge you what did i do to saw other than just go with the plan that everybody else is jennedy is playing you want to avenge saw take out jennedy you know uh but it was a great play by teeny and that's what that was is that it's like
you're a deeper player than you put on. And it was the moment that I realized that about teeny was like, you got some snaking you, you got some gritting you that's going to carry you, you know, through this game and probably has carried you through this game in ways that I just didn't clock. So yeah, that was about teeny. Was it a real compliment or were you trying to throw some heat on teeny by saying that?
No, it was just a very spur of the moment genuine comment, you know, and like it was like a it was a complex soul. It was a compliment in soul, you know, I wanted teeny to feel a little sting from it. I remember that. In retrospect, I wanted to be understood that it was like you're more of a player than you let on. Okay. And so that that was what that was.
Gabe, I love the moment when you and Genevieve were talking. It's either going to be me or it's going to be you. Did anything else come out of that conversation about a third option? I threw Andy out in that moment, but it was a total decoy. The whole reason I even had that conversation was because we were all sitting at the shelter in silence.
and me and Genevieve just kind of like kept like side-eyeing each other and it was so awkward and it was so weird and nobody was talking for the first time that day and every it was like when you have me and Genevieve weren't angry at each other or anything but it was like when you're sitting in a room with two people that everybody knows like have tension.
and everyone's just like, oh, this is kind of weird. So I was like, for the sake of everybody else, let's get up and go talk. Just so that everybody can take a breath and we can then say that we had this conversation and just kind of acknowledge, it's you or me tonight. Let's not beat around the bush here. It's either gonna be you or it's gonna be me and we don't have to pretend that we don't know that's the case. What was your reaction to seeing Kyle throwing your name out when he went on the reward?
Um, not super surprised. You know, I was, I was a little shocked that it seemed like, and what I heard is that he was the one to open up that conversation. So that was a little shocking to me. Um, I thought somebody else would throw it out there and then Kyle would be like, I'm down for that. But Kyle was the one who was like, Gabe's this really big threat and we got to get him out of the game. And you know, on a personal level with shock because me and Kyle, we were just homies out there. That was my, that was one of my homeboys out there.
But then also, I thought that Kyle wouldn't come after me because I was the only thing hiding Kyle. I was the only person on Tuku who was a viable option other than Kyle if he was vulnerable. So for him to choose to take me out when he was invulnerable was a little surprising to me.
I was like, I feel like this is a vote you want to burn when you are on the chopping block because it's almost like having, you know, a borderline immunity necklace if you can throw the votes on a bigger threat than yourself. So I leave and around when you're safe. And then when a round comes when you're not safe, you're not going to have me to throw the votes on. So strategically, it surprised me for sure that he came up with the plan at the reward, at least. And personally, I was like, I don't know what we're doing here.
Gabe, you were very vocal about the shot in the dark trade for the rice and how Sam should jump on board and do it. How do you think that that affected the way people saw you?
Um, so there was this day where Saul came up to me and Saul says, Gabe, you got to chill at tribal. And I was like, what are you talking about? Like, I don't throw anybody's name out of tribal. I'm not like, you know, where's that coming from? He was like, all I'm going to say is that like the answers you're given are freaking people out.
And I was like, OK, I didn't realize until after the game that I think around camp, I was like this total goofball. Like I got on great with everybody. I was the guy who was always telling stories and cracking jokes and playing around with everybody else who was on the island. And then we get to tribal and I would flip a switch.
And I would start giving these really complex, elaborate answers and start speaking very eloquently. And I think it freaked a lot of people out that like, who the hell is this guy? Because this is not the guy we're sitting at camp with for eight hours every day. This is not the guy that we're seeing in challenges. So if he's able to just flip this switch,
what else is he hiding? How is he talking in conversations that I'm not involved in? And we all know that this is the game that's going to be sitting at final tribal council. It's not going to be goofy game that's cracking jokes and telling funny high school stories. So I think that that rice negotiation speech I gave to Sam just further reinforced that it's like, oh, well, okay, real games coming out again. And he won the negotiation. So it's like,
This guy can't be sitting at final tribal next to me. He just can't. So I think that played a little bit more into this fear of the lesser shown side of me around camp. What was the dynamic of the relationship that you had with Sue and Caroline?
So day one hour one, I go up to Sue, and you see the scene where I say, you know, I bleep and got you, Sue. I got you. And from that moment on me and Sue were good. I didn't even need to reassure anything with Sue. Like every single day, Sue would tell me everything she knew in the game, she would tell me everybody that threw my name out, she would tell me any advantage or idol that somebody had, they revealed to her.
me and super rock solid from that very, very first conversation. And she obviously stayed with me till the very end. She's the other person who wrote Genevieve down. And when it comes to Caroline, Caroline did not want to work with me early on. And Caroline had a pretty rocky start to the game emotionally. And I'll let her discuss that story more.
Um, but when I first go up to camera, I'm like, I really want to work with you. Caroline tells me me and Sue are on the bottom. And if we go to tribal, we are both playing our shots in the dark. And from their perspective, like, yeah, like nobody was really talking to them. Nobody was taking their input very seriously. And so that's where the wounded birds comment comes from.
is that Caroline was talking to me in tears saying like, I am on the bottom, I am playing my shot in the dark. As is Sue, we know we're out casting, know that we're not really in this game right now. So if it was Kyle and TK who were in that position, then they would have been wounded burdens. But it happened to be Caroline and Sue. And so I look at Caroline, I'm like, no, I want to get TK out. And if you can't vote because you use your shot in the dark, I can't do that.
And she's like, well, that just sounds like something that somebody would say if they didn't want me to play my shot in the dark and boat me out. And then that's when I showered the idol. And then it's like, OK, maybe I can work with you. She wasn't sold yet. Then Sue thou just won't be privately to Caroline. And then we're locked in.
And what me and Caroline realized back on Tuku was that we were the only people that were really thinking deeply, deeply, deeply about this game. And we would have these conversations at night that went on for hours, just vomiting strategy back and forth. Just every thought in our brain about the game, big picture, little picture, post merge, pre merge, Tuku, whatever came after that.
And the idol play or me showing her the idol you see and all this, but that is what really built our relationship, where those long conversations, just like everything we thought about the game, everything we thought about all of our tribe mates, everything we wanted to do in the game, just laying it out for each other, that's for me and Caroline really got close. And we were, you know, strategically, but also emotionally, each other's rocks on Tuku.
Like we were, didn't really fit in with everybody else as good as they all fit in with each other. And, but me and Caroline knew that we were playing harder than everybody else. And that's where we really got close. I'm glad you went all the way back. I wanted to ask you, what made you play your idol at that tribal council? Because that was something that a lot of us had questions about back at the TK vote. So there, there were multiple reasons. The first one was
If we ended up having a tie, I want it to be safe. So if Tianna doesn't flip on TK and we go to a tie against 3-3, I want it to be safe so that I could look at Tianna and say, you went from having a 25% chance of pulling a rock to a 33% chance of pulling a rock.
And if you're going to stand by this guy and take those weakened odds going into a rock pool for this guy who called us all losers, what are you doing? And I felt very confident that she would have flipped on a reboot, having that heightened chance of going home. I also didn't want to play it for Sue.
Even though that was something I talked about in the episode as a possibility, and I felt pretty good the votes were going towards Sue, because I didn't want people to know that we were working together. I didn't want people to know how close we were. And you hear in TK's ex-suppress and you hear in Tiana's ex-suppress that they had no idea how close me and Sue were. And I wanted that to persist for as long as possible.
So even if you don't think that me playing an idol for Sue directly brings us together, it is something tangible that people can use in the game against us and say, well, gay played a idol for Sue. Well, I'm like day three, you know, and I didn't want any of that. I wanted it to be as in the shadow as it could possibly be. And the worst case scenario that night was a reboot. They like Caroline and Sue weren't going to flip and vote with TK and Kyle. That was never going to happen.
Okay. So the worst case scenario was a re-vote where I play my idol and I'm safe and Tiana flips back to us because she doesn't want a one and three chance ago. And also, okay, sorry, I know that we're on short time here. Also is day four? I don't know these people and you don't know where the tribal line stands or you make your vote. I also wanted a free pass to see how everybody was going to vote for the first time. That was important to me.
Okay, we're going to go into the two-minute offense now, okay? All right. So tell me that the tribal council that you went to with Tuku and Rachel, what was going to happen had Rachel not left? Rachel goes, huh? Okay. How are things with Tiana after the blind side of Tiana at that tribal council?
Every time I've met Tiana in real life again, it's been nothing but very, very pleasant. We get along great. Okay. Have you heard from Ray Lewis since you brought his dance back to CBS television? Yeah, I got a little shout out from Ray. It was personal and it was just like a kind of like a thumbs up message of just like, Hey man, love what you're doing. Like, you know, represent Baltimore. It was very short. It was very sweet, but it was cool.
When you were telling Rachel that the vote was going to be for Caroline, how did you come up with that plan to tell Rachel? And did Caroline know about it? Caroline did know about it. She didn't like that it was her, but the concerns I were telling Rachel were very, very real. I was very concerned about going back to the tribe with five turkeys, but I still wanted to do it because we send Rachel home who I perceived as a massive threat in the game.
And then when we get back to camp, I can then offer up Tiana as the next vote and be the person that is perceived to break up the Tuku Alliance. So that was my game plan was get Rachel out tonight as a big threat and then cross fiber lines and offer up Tiana who's somebody I actually really, really won out of this game. And I don't really want to be a part of this Tuku Alliance. But then I'm the guy who extended an olive branch and said, I'll give you one of our own. But really, it's my biggest rival in the game. Hey, did you know about Sue's idol?
I did not sue told me that she promised her daughter. She wouldn't tell anybody if she found an idol and the only person in the world who could supersede her island son was her real life daughter. Okay. And then you left tribal council. You said, I'll be back. Back to Fiji? Back to Fiji. Back to Fiji to play the game and finish my unfinished business.
Okay. Do you stand by that today? Oh, absolutely. Yeah. Of course I stand by it today. Absolutely. Gabe, great job, man. Hey, appreciate you covered a lot of ground.
Yeah. All right. Gabe, all the best to you outside the show, okay? Hey, thank you, man. Likewise. Can't wait to talk again. All right. Looking forward to it. Take care, man. Bye. All right, everybody. There you have it. Gabe, we did cover a lot of ground. Love the two minute offense. That was really great at the end of the interview there with Gabe.
I had said that I think that Gabe is going to be a really good podcast guest because I think that especially like in the future, I feel like he's somebody who is not going to shy away from bringing hot takes to the podcast. And I think that he might go against like what the conventional wisdom is on some of these things. So I think that he's going to be a very interesting person to talk to for the foreseeable future about survivor.
All right, we've got this week in survivor history coming up with Jordan Kalish. We'll be back right after this.
up their game and that is exactly what I have done with the T-Rex 3. You don't get to be a knowingest know it all without a smart watch and I've had some other ones and let me say what I love the most about the T-Rex 3 is that it has a 27 day battery day not hour
I'm not supposed to say this, but some of these other watches, you're lucky if you get 27 hours. 27 days, that's longer than a season of Survivor, and it tracks all these different activities, whether I'm walking, it picks it up automatically. There are things that it can track that I would never do, like skydiving or snorkeling. It's amazing all the things that it can track. Plus, it has an AI assistant that also you wear right on your wrist.
And what I also love is that it looks great too. It looks like a real watch and not like I've got this black square that I'm just wearing on my wrist where I look like a child. I actually look like an adult wearing a watch. So check out the T-Rex 3 by Amaze Fit at major retailers like Best Buy, Target, Walmart or Amazon or

And I appreciate you being there for me.
But another person that we don't always get to thank enough are ourselves. And sometimes we need to remind ourselves that we're trying our best to make sense out of everything in this crazy world. And it's not easy. So here's a reminder to send some thanks to all the people in your life, including yourself.

Alright, we're back for some more. This week in Survivor History, let's bring back the King of Survivor trivia. Here he is, Jordan Kalish, Jordan Harrio. I'm doing great. You don't even have to put trivia in there. Let's just call a King of Survivor at this point. The King of Survivor, Jordan Kalish. Everybody knows it.
Everybody calls him. Okay. All right. So we're back for another week of this week in survivor history all season long. I've been taking on some of the patrons who are very excited to be here to take me on in survivor trivia, but it's been a pretty good run for me. What am I like?
says seven and two, your general manager is not getting fired. Sam Moore is safe because you're on, you're on quite the streak this season. It looks like you're going to at least get playoffs. Yeah, for sure. Yeah, even in the NFC, I make the playoffs. Anyway, here with us today is August.
August, how are you? Dude, I am doing amazing. I'm bewildered right now. I'm like mind blown just talking to you. I'm so excited to beat you today. I'm so excited to beat you. Is that what you said? I'm trying to, you know, get the confidence. You know, I'm locking in. I'm getting ready to. I've never heard that before. I'm so excited to beat you.
I love the trash talk. Yes. Well, I'm competitive. I'm competitive. Yeah. I love you. You're one of my favorite survivor players of all time. Amazon's one of my favorite seasons, so I'm excited, but hey, sometimes you gotta. Okay, I'll bring it. Oh, I guess. Okay. All right. August, where are you calling from? I'm from St. Louis, Missouri, and I'm in my apartment. Okay. All right. Yeah. Nobody ever answers that question where you're calling from and tells me about what type of building they're in.
Hey, someone's got to be a first for everything, right? How many you live from August's apartment? Yes, sir. Okay. All right. How's everything going in St. Louis these days? It's going good. It's going good. You know, it's getting a little bit chilly. Everyone's getting in that holiday festivity spirit. Everyone's, you know, working overtime to get money for the Christmas presents. I'm giving everyone hugs for Christmas. So we're getting in the vibe. Okay. You still got the arch? The arch is still there. The arch is still there. I'm going to give everybody hugs for Christmas. Love the arch.
Anthony, great news. I already got your Christmas gift. Woo. All right. August, you know how this game works? Yes, sir. Okay. Jordan is going to give us six different seasons, maybe a mystery box. That's what he did last week. And we're going to talk about everything that happened in episode 10s in survivor history. All right.
Jordan, what do you have? All right. The six seasons that we're covering, no, no mystery box this week. I did, I did like doing that last week. I liked the question, but, but I went to straight seasons now. We have a Borneo cook islands Fiji, Samoa, 41 and 46. So as usual, two new era and four pretty old era.
Okay. I guess you get to choose the first season that we cover. Yeah. That's that's Borneo, Cook Islands, Fiji, Samoa 41 and 46. Correct. Correct. Yes. I think I'm going to go with Borneo. All right. So we're going all the way back to Borneo. Almost nobody ever goes. Very old school season to start.
And I think it's, well, it makes sense because his name is August and I believe Borneo is the only season that aired episodes in the month of August. So this makes sense. Makes sense. I think it went into August. I was a camp. Okay, so while the majority of firemaking challenges in survivor history have occurred at Tribal Council, the first one took place on the beach and served as the final seven immunity challenge. Who won this first individual firemaking challenge in survivor Borneo?
I believe that was the first winner ever of Richard Hatch. And I believe he blew the competition away. So they say that fire represents life. He kept his life throughout the game. And he did win this challenge. So August, I'm going to do the dance that Richard did when he won after I beat you today. Oh, run around a circle. Did he do the gritty Rob? He did not do the gritty or the red Lewis celebration. Yeah.
Yeah. Uh, that was, that was, I was actually watching this, that episode next to a big Ravens fan who, who was like, it's a real event. They, they, they freaked out. They love the, uh, the Ray Lewis dance. Um, so okay. We have, uh, Rob, you can choose the next season. I'm gonna go 46. All right. 46, uh, the alternate end of the spectrum here. When Q won the reward challenge, he first chose Tiffany and then chose Maria to join him for the Applebee's reward. Yes. Who was his third and final selection for the reward causing Liz to totally lose it.
You said you mentioned Maria and he picked Tiffany and Maria first and second. And then he chose a third, which is what cause the third person that went to Applebee's. Yes. Kenzie, they're getting the pre merge team back together. Rob, you get two points. We are tied August. Are you going to go old again? Are you going to take our other remaining new era season?
I am going to go old again because I'm a big fan of Fiji. Believe it or not. So I'm going to go with Fiji. Love survivor Fiji. Which player first suggested to their alliance that the that they vote for a guard. Oh, instead of Mookie or Alex, therefore neutralizing the four horseman idle play. Whose plan was this? I believe this was who?
I'm trying to remember. So it wasn't dreams because they let dreams vote wrong just to test his loyalty. I want to say either Earl or Yao man, I'm going to go with Yao man. Yao man, great strategist, but did not come up with this plan. So you were incorrect. Rob, you could steal a point here. I think it was Stacy.
Stacey Kimball, not always known for her strategic expertise, but that is the correct answer. She was, they were, they were decided between Mookie and Edgardo. The syndicate did not know what to do. And then Stacey comes in, why don't we just do Edgardo? Great move. Rob, you steal a point. Tell us about your survivor fandom, because you don't seem old enough to be an OG and watch it straight through. So how'd you find the show and how'd you watch it all?
Yeah. So during COVID, I started binge watching the amazing race. It was like the first thing my dad and I kind of connected on. And then he was like, well, if you like the amazing race and if you like total drama islands, which I did, survivor. And so I started binge watching survivor from season one with my dad during COVID. I was like addicted and hooked. And I've seen like every season at least twice about two thirds of them. I've seen three times and maybe like a quarter I've seen four times. I'm a
That's awesome. Is your dad in OG? Was your dad like a day one survivor fan? He was. He was a day one survivor fan. He was telling me about all the stuff he remembered, like where he was when this happened and watching it like with his buddies and stuff. And I'm like, man, this sounds cool. I want to check it out. And he stayed with it the whole way through.
He kind of fell off about like after 2007 and stuff, because he just got super busy with his job and stuff. But now that after COVID happened and we started watching it, he watches it every Wednesday. Even if I'm out there with him, he looks like texts about it in the family group chat. Yeah, that's awesome. I mean, that's really, that's survivor. It loves those stories.
Yeah, it's I love survivor. I keep showing all my friends because it's a great like example of like the way different people react to different bangs. And I just I just love it so much. Yeah. And August, you told me before we started recording that you're you're sporting a mustache today. And that's in honor of a bitch. Luckily, I that's what you told me.
So we'll go with that. We'll go with that. Actually, that's why Rob seems so at home right now. My molyte was inspired by your survivor character from season 19. If you guys want to take a guess. A molyte character from survivor 19. Shambo. Yes.
Yes. Okay. So you're bringing it all together. All right. So in honor of Shambo, I'll go with season 19. All right. Rob is taking his, his three to two lead to Samoa at the final 10 vote who flipped on the re-vote in order to avoid going to rocks. I'm going to say,
John Fincher. John Fincher is correct, Rob. You get two points. That's a total of five. You have a five to two lead. Yeah, Fincher, he ends up going in the next in the next episode, but he did potentially save himself by going out in a game of chance there. He was not stoked on some tie.
No, he was not stuck that time. Very good. August, you get to choose the next one. And I believe you do need to get this question right. Hey, I think you have to do the opposite. There has been has been people come back from that on Twitch. People have come back from that on Twitch and and in other other things too. But August, I believe you do. I think the way that the math works that you would need to get a two pointer here. So you can go either to cook islands or we have the 41 question still on the board.
I think I'm going to go with 41. All right. So we're going back to the new era immediately after Shan was voted out 6-0 after the initial tied three to three to two vote, who did she say had her vote for a million dollars? So on her way out of tribal council, I think it was actually on her way to get the torch. She said, you have my vote for a million dollars. Who did she say that to?
Okay, there's two people. She said two things. One, she said, you're a snake to someone. And then I believe she called to sauna snake and I think she said, Ricard, you have my vote for a million dollars because Ricard was her number one and helped engineer her blind side. So I'm going to go with Ricard for you.
So August, you have my vote for two more points in this game. That is good. You're also right about the, uh, the Deshawn fact to you. She did call Deshawn a snake. Uh, so you're right back in this game. Rob, you can seal it with a correct answer here. Or if August is able to steal the point, he's going to tie it up. So the stakes are pretty high, but I like States never room. All right. We're going to, we are going to, uh, cook. I was one.
All right. Cook Islands. Yes. At the last tribal council before the merge, a twist sent Rebecca Borman and Jenny Guzan. I love you Bay out of the game and back to back votes. Besides the two boots, who was the only player to have their name written down at this two for one tribal? Jeez Louise. Well, what the hell is this? Um,
I'm going to take the multiple choice. I got nothing to lose here. Multiple choice? Yeah, this is probably the right move. Was it A, Candice, B, Nate Gonzalez, C, Parvity, D, Penner? I'm going to say it was my guy, Penner.
So Jonathan Penner has received a lot of votes in his survivor career. And that includes three in this double tribal council. He received one from Rebecca Borman, one from Jenny Guzanbe. And then at the Jenny Guzanbe vote, Nate Gonzalez voted for him. So Rob, you get the point, six to four. That is the game. But August, you did a fantastic job. Thank you. I tried. I put up a good fight. Got close at the end. Yeah. It's okay. You win some, you lose some.
Yeah. It's OK. Hey, Rob, hit the hit the dance now. We need the dance. Yeah, we need the dance. Hit the gritty. Yeah. There we go. The spinning drums, baby. I almost forgot.
Hey, that comes with a win. Sing Rob Dance. That's a win in my book. Yeah. Nobody turned that into a GIF, OK? All right. Let me come again. All right. Jordan, is it that time for it? It's that it is that time. The patented verbal rebus puzzle. The verbal rebus is here. So August, even though you did not want to do like the verbal rebus, is that part of the family group chat?
I love the verbal rebus. The only problem is I can never get it for whatever reason. My mind doesn't work that way. So I love seeing the creativity behind it. But I just always struggle trying to like figure it out. Okay. All right. August, I would kill for my mind not to work this way. Okay. Here we go. The player, this player tried to play David Wright's fake idol. Okay. Not the met David, right? The other David Wright. Plus the last remaining original Sam Buru in survivor Africa.
The last remaining original Sambaru. Okay. Minus Omer is obsessed with this kind of animal. Okay. Plus the first Canadian to play survivor. First name only. Plus, plus Aaron Lobdole once asked, who is this Jack blank?
Alright, so I'll give you the opportunity to talk it through. Did this one make any sense to you? I got the first one. I couldn't remember. I got the second name. T bird and then birds of T bird minus bird, which is BT. But the first name I can't. OK, so what was it again, Jordan? The player who tried to play David Wright's fake items. Jay.
Jay. So we have Jay and then we have T as you as you said before, August. So then we have the first Canadian to play survivor, maybe not the most memorable, but definitely the first. You know this one. I wanted to say like, is that Tom Layton? Tom Layton. It's Tom. It's Tom. Very good. Plus Aaron Lopdell once asked, who is this Jack blank? Jackass. Yeah, Jackass. So who do we who do we have?
I had if I totally lost it. J. T. Thomas. J. T. Thomas. That is correct. Let me get a little ass into the, it's what we're in this. What do you, General Bear? Yeah, I could. I almost went in a verbal review. I almost went with the John McBair clue for this. Yeah. Yeah. All right. That was an awesome one. Okay. Thank you, August. Thank you. Well done, Jordan. August, anything you want to tell people to check out?
Um, I guess if you guys want to check out my Instagram, I have a fitness oriented one called survivor fit August because a survivor inspired me to get into fitness and I like inspiring others. Tell me about this. So how does this work? Yeah. So I just like post like stuff on my Instagram, like what's it called survivor fit August.
I was going to get fit for Survivor, at least fit enough for Survivor, so it got me on my fitness journey, it got me into Spartan races, and now I post like fitness stuff mixed in with a lot of Survivor memes, like a lot of Survivor memes, and my thoughts on like the season currently airing. Okay, wow. Are you applying to be on Survivor?
I've applied every year since 2020. I'm only 24 right now, which is coincidentally the same age JT one, you know, his season. Um, but I'm hoping one day, maybe, but I'm going to keep applying until, you know, it happens. Yeah. Can you see a little, uh, little baby Andy in August potentially? Whoa.
I could see the comparison there. I think. Well, good to be right. Me too. My roommate and I, we are parts of the Sandy Fan Club. We stand baby Andy. We want him to win. Or at least we want him to get into final travel so badly. And every week, we just never like, come on, Andy, come on. Yeah. OK. Yeah. Love the baby Andy, former Twitch contestant. You could put that on your similarity list. And maybe one day we'll see you on the show. OK. Maybe one day. Hey, you're so open.
All right. And then Jordan, what about for you? You could follow me on on Blue Sky at Jordan Kalish. I'm still an ex too. I still have it. You can follow me there. You got the Instagram at Jordan Kalish everywhere. And as always, check out the the viewing parties in the city. Always a great time. August, if you're ever in New York, hit up the the viewing party.
