Welcome to Double Tap Episode 39 for your host tonight. Jeremy Paz Derek from Rivers Edge Tactical in Valley City, Ohio. We got Nick Lynch checking in from Montana. Dr. Aaron Krieger is with us. As always, my name is Sean Herron. Welcome to the number one question and answer gun podcast that that has ever existed in the world. Yes. Has ever existed in history. We were historical if you, if you really think about it.
And I think you should. I think about all the time. Yeah, we're historical. Yeah. We're the number one gun Q&A podcast hosted by Nick, Aaron, Sean, and Jeremy. And sometimes why in the universe. Why being savage. You feel this edgy way. You feel this edgy?
Yeah. Someone said that they heard it as your trigger finger zitching. And I was like, that's cool. But then I guess I ruined it. I don't know. Listen, it's open. It's like art. It's open to whatever you see it as, whatever you hear it as it can be. So we should have a contest. Okay. I've got it. We have a contest of people's submission of what it says at the beginning. Let me play it for reference here.
Okay. That so email automated. We like shooting.com. What you think is saying there and then next week we will pick the one that we think is the funniest and we will put it in quotes on a WLS shirt and whoever wins will get a free shirt. And then anyone else who wants to buy one can also buy one. What do you guys think? It makes me feel itchy to play it one more time.
Okay. You should, you should put a poison ivy on it. Well, we'll definitely do something up. It'll be great. It'll be, it'll be, it'll be huge. That's better. You've ever seen actual poison. It'll be huge actual real poison. Oh, okay. Yeah. No, I'll definitely, I'll definitely do that. It's the hugest.
Yeah. Well, welcome to the show everybody. Uh, I just want to remind everybody that we're the holy high point of Antioch went to me this year for Krampus. So I'm going to send it to a cult member. I think we have this week and maybe next week, but join the cult and we will get that the gun cults.com and you will be entered in the running to receive that for the year. And you can enjoy it. Shoot it. I don't even know if it works to be honest, but it's like a, it's a rite of passage.
You know what I mean? Stop. Why are you looking at me like that? I hate it. No, thank you. No, thank you. Let's get in. All right.
Well, I always go to Brownells.com and try to figure out what we were talking about. So what were we talking about in the beginning? Where I look at you. I don't like that for sure. I don't even want to tempt fate with that nonsense. What were we talking about? Itching? Sure. I mean, that seems weird, but let's try it. OK, no thanks. And I'm going to go bring it up.
Uh, I bet there's nothing for itching. Holy shit. There's three things. Uh, so we got strike industries, Bravo, chassis. I didn't even know they sold these actually. Hold on a second. Then they've got two grunt style shirts, bolt gun smithing, ain't easy and 1911 smithing, ain't easy. Oh, Nick, you need the 1911 one. Smith and ain't easy. Yeah.
grunt style. Would you like to put it on the most bulked out fucking mannequin ever? Right. All of the grunt style people look like. Look, there's like back back muscles on that thing. Jesus. I'm kind of jealous of a goddamn mannequin. They should they should put a put it on a fat mannequin.
It doesn't come in large. Sorry. Actually, so Target uses fat mannequins and I hate them. I'm like, stop normalizing this shit as I eat a cheeseburger. Well, I'm just saying if they want to appeal to their customer base, you know, usually when I see somebody in a grunt style t-shirt, they don't, they don't look like that mannequin.
Absolutely. Absolutely. And they only had small and medium. So there's going to be like a sausage, goddamn casing. There's going to be some problems. They sold out of the big ones. Yeah. Well, they only had small, medium and large. I'm like, talk about not knowing your fucking audience.
But anyway, yes, so they have the Strike Industries Bravo chassis. And one thing I want to point out is since they removed so many other restrictions for our coupon code, everything that I pulled up tonight is eligible for the coupon code, which is WLS10 at brownells.com.
All right. It's time for dear WLS. Go to we like shooting dot com slash dashboard. Click on dear WLS. It's a mature question. And you could be just like these dudes. Aaron, would you please take the first one? You're muted or something. Yeah. Oh, I was totally muted. Oh, yeah. There we go. We're good. But I want you guys to say something. One of our listeners asked me to ask you guys to say this.
And I have to find it really quick. We'll see. We'll see. Gideon Optic said the correct answer is Matta Kiefel is a G. OK, submit that shit. Here's what I want you guys to say. Say name. What was the last one? Cuff. Puff? No, Cuff. C U F F O. Hold on one second. No, thank you.
I'll just say it. I did say it, but I muted first because I was like, is this one of those like sofa, king? No, it's not. It's not. It does. It's someone trying to like clone our voices and they just need those consonants. No, just just say it for me. Si, cuff, name, but say that order. No, thank you. So listen, there's a rattlesnake somewhere in here. I just don't know where it is yet.
is that I swear nothing's going to come up and bite you do this. There is a rattlesnake. There will be a bite. Oh, OK, how about this, Nick? You say, say, I'll say name and Sean, you say cuff. OK, OK, yeah. All right, Nick. Say name cuff. There we go. Perfect. OK. What is what does this even mean?
Uh, you'll find out bill bull ass by dudes. What does it deal with 13.9 and 13.7 pendant welds? This you have to get a 16 inch since you have to get 16 16 inches at the end of it all. And 14.5 gives you plenty for suppressor mount or break. It just seems like a 13.9 and especially a 13.7 pin and well, just gives you a long dog muzzle device.
the same overall length and a bit less muzzle velocity. What am I missing here? Love the show. No notes. Bill Bull. Nothing. Like, yes, exactly.
So the, the benefit of, or the reason to go with like a 13 seven or a 13 nine is that some muzzle devices like suppressor adapters and stuff are longer. And if you're trying to keep it as short as you can and you want to be like right at that 16 inch point, then some of those muzzle devices would put you over that 16 inch point with a 14 five. So you cut a little bit off just to try to, you know, scooch that back. That's, that's the whole point. Yeah.
Yep. But yeah, that that's pretty much it. Just getting there. Nick, next question. And tactical considerations watching said, yep, exactly 16. All right. All right. Oh, tactical considerations will be excited to see this. Oh, tease him. No, he likes these things.
I'm showing him the ramjet in the afterburner and the rating weapons guardian. I like these. Anyway, go ahead, Nick. I'm sorry. The first make knitter.
I feel like maybe I just said something that I didn't want to say, but I'm not sure what. What's up fellas? Hey, I have recently acquired a black rain ordinance silver Trump FX. That's an all caps custom AR 15. I was wondering what you would do with it range princess wall piece or.
Keep it brand new for future trade slash sale. Thanks. P s Jeremy is cool. Everybody else is a con. P s no notes. Interesting. Okay. So my personal thought on this very rarely have I ever seen some sort of. Specialized gun being like, this is the gun that you need to buy. It doesn't, I don't think it actually adds value to it. You know what I mean?
Yeah, it's a good look at gun. They did really they made it classy. They didn't overdo it with like Trump pictures everywhere all over it. It's pretty clean. And the magazine with it really sets it off well. I think that's good. However, again, I wouldn't have got it. Yeah. OK, so I'm not a huge fan of black grain ordinance, but I got to say that the presidential seal engraved on the side is fucking cool.
Like the other stuff, not too down with like, I wouldn't have it, but I'm glad that somebody likes it. That's, that's super cool. But the presidential seal there, that's awesome. I really like that. I'm going to engrave that on one of mine tomorrow. Oh, boot liquor. I think that's cool as shit, bro. Yeah, I know you do. And on the other side, I'm going to have the department of government efficiency. You have a dog as well, the doge dog, maybe we'll see.
But what's on the other side? It's got Trump there. The other side has a fucker. Oh, wow. God damn it. No, man. I'm glad that you're happy with this. I would I would not buy this. I wouldn't buy it either. I mean, the thing is it's a White House on the other side, by the way. The thing is, it's just it's just like the memorial guns. You see them all the time. They're just not that great.
So they don't they don't gain value and they don't hold value. All right. So what were our options range princess wall piece or keep it brand new wall piece? I mean Fuck you're probably be able to sell this at some point to some some dude for more than it's worth and Tactical consideration said it probably won't run so wall art it Yeah Yeah, I would I would hang this on the wall if you're
If you're happy with it, I would do that. It's a job of buying another gun. I think we all should, but I would buy a gun that I would use.
Yeah, it is well done. I will say it is well done. They got Donald Trump signature on one side of flag and they fucking went nuts with their laser engraver. Yeah, they did. Even even the magazine I noticed is laser engraved, but it's done in. It's not three colors, but three temperatures. So like you can change your your power and stuff and get different colors out of PMAGs. That's pretty cool. It's pretty cool. I don't want it, but it's pretty cool.
Spectacular rec says, so fellas, is the staccato really that much better than a CZ TSO feeding reliability, trigger and accuracy? Yes, Jeremy may be a cunt, but Aaron is definitely a blue waffle. I love waffles. Let's see. You like blueberry waffles? Dude, I had blueberry pancakes for breakfast yesterday that I made fresh. Yeah, did you? Okay.
where the blueberries fresh. Did you go out and pick them yourself? I did not. I got them from a grocery store, like a normal fucking human being. Say, well, when we go out on our hike street, pick blueberries and we, uh, we make pancakes with them. The two feet of snow on the ground says that's not going to work today. And you also have to, and there's always little bears out there too. Cause they like blueberries as well. I'm also lying. We don't have two feet of snow. Oh, I thought you meant us. Yeah. I bet you don't have blueberries right now, though, but I did mill my own flower. Does that count?
That's so fucking gay. That's fucking hipster. Yeah, I know. It's like, you know, I need a hipster. Well, they'll let you know. What's up with our heads? Like fucking small, medium and large. Could you guys please get like now? It just looks like an EKG. Yes. I ground my own.
Coffee, basically sourced, fair trade, flour. Yeah. Speaking of fucking hipster, uh, CZ TSO. I wonder which staccato he's talking about. Is he talking about like the new staccato, the HD or just any staccato? Probably just means like in general. That is a really tough question. So I don't have a TSO, but I do have a TS two.
And that gun is pretty, pretty awesome. This is you drinking tea. I also have a staccato curls ends of mustache. Um, I, man, this may not be popular, but I got to say the TS two that I have is half, if not even more than a staccato.
So, and it's like half as much as a staccato? Yeah, half as much, if not more than half as much. Okay, I was like half as much or more than it. I was like, Jesus, that's a fluctuated cost. I said that really dumb. But yeah, what I mean is it's more than half less. Wait, it's more than half. It's less than half. Yes, it's half the cost, if not
Less than cost or less. That's the cost or less. Yes. Oh, God. Damn it. It's still bad. It's still not good. My head. All right. So feeding the only time I've ever had problems with the staccato was one batch of PMC bronze ammo and there were other people's guns that were all having trouble with it too. There was also a Glock that shot it just fine. So, you know, that'll say what it will. I don't think I've ever had a problem with my TS two.
But then again, I haven't shot that same thing. Feeding, they both feed really good reliability besides that failure that's the only one I've ever had. Trigger, I got to say 1911 trigger, 2011 trigger, staccato takes the advantage. Accuracy, fucked it. This is one of those things that bugs the shit out of me. You go watch a gun review on YouTube and they're like, and yeah, this subcompact pistol hits at 100 yards.
And we do that for fun sometimes, but I don't think that matters really. And I think it's just weird and it's just a flex. And I've put it in my videos before and I stopped just because it doesn't make any sense. Like accuracy for a pistol is going to be contact distances and more. I go out to like 50 yards just to shoot them just for fun. But they have both been shot at 50 yards and they are both accurate in that. But for contact distances, yes, they are both equally accurate.
I think that's one of those things where it's really only super noteworthy if it is very bad. Yeah. Yeah, I agree. Or if you're shooting it from a bench and you're getting like one inch groups at 100 yards, then I want to hear about it. Yeah. I mean, I had a 10 inch gong at 100 yards. Like, cool. Okay. Yeah. Fucking stud.
But I mean, again, accuracy has a lot to do with the shooter, not the gun. It has something to do with the gun. Like I figure if I go to 50 yards and I'm hitting a quarter if six steel target, then everything's going to be just fine. I call that my alleged Dickens drill.
quarter or an ipsec target? It's a quarter ipsec. So it's a quarter. It's a quarter of an ipsec target. It is an ipsec shape. Twenty five percent scale ipsec target. Thank you, Nick.
They're called I mean, like, it's just a square box. It's like, no, it's the, it's like the cardboard target that looks like that kind of. So it's got the little hit. It's like in, um, uh, ace VR, like those cardboard targets are mostly quarter. They're mostly Ibsick and mine, my steel target is a quarter Ibsick. I'm going to do that right. Yeah. I guess. So yeah, I,
Those are my opinions and on both of the guns that I have. And yeah, like cost is a big huge thing, but they're also pretty badass. I don't know. I don't know what to say. The staccato HD is probably the next. So I was going to buy one of those fancy camber 2011s, but then the staccato HD came out and I would rather have that. Which one's cheaper? Uh, I don't, they're probably exactly the same price.
Yeah, I, those, those, uh, camber 2011s, they just, they look so good. So who knows, uh, real quick, we're going to do this.
And we're going to talk about our friends over at Swatfox Optics. I talk a lot about the Warhawk, which is my long range scope, five to 25. I've shot that the farthest on my personal gun that I've ever shot, 1584 yards.
And for something that is like a $600 scope, to be able to do that and do it pretty consistently, I think that is a great thing. So go check them out. You can get them at Brownells. Brownells.com coupon code WLS 10 will save you money on that stuff. Croak over on X said Kimber is like 2100. No way the HD comes out under 25 close enough. But yeah, I agree. It'll definitely be 25 or more.
Let's see. There he is. Jeremy's here, everyone. I figure I didn't announce my present. Yeah. You got the show notes up? Yes. Take the next question from Nathan. Oh, shit. We're way down here. Nathan Loser says, I could only assume because it says Nathan L. Yeah, I assume. I assume he is taking an L as the kids say these days. Yeah, he's a skibity.
I don't, actually he's a toilet skippity, Ohio, Riz. Stop. Thanks, I hate it. I may kick a child. If somebody said that to me, unironically, I may hit a child. Man, there's some like talking about things. At least like the slang I used as a child, like Riz, Riz I get, because it's charisma. Yeah, I get that.
But like skippity, like what skippity, toy little hat, like I don't even know what that means. I don't think they know what it means. Yeah. I think it means bad. But yeah, definitely. But I would just say bad. Well, while Jeremy reads this, I'm going to look up the source of skippity.
Or like we had rad, right? Which is just radical. Right. But it's short. It's easier, like bad, shorter than Skippity Rizzo Toledo, Ohio, you know, toilet. First off, Toledo's a shithole. They have to zoom, man. They have to zoom. But yeah, it is a shithole all around the zoo. You know, the worst part about the Ohio Michigan war is that Ohio won and got to lead out. But really in the end, I feel like Michigan won. You get the UP.
which is pretty damn cool. Oh, wow. Okay. So, Skibity is not an inherent negative. The word itself doesn't have a direct meaning. It comes from the music video for the song Skibity by Little Big or Russian Rave Band, released in October 2018, where they do a quirky, absurd dance called the Skibity Dance, where participants make wild movements with their arms and legs, often with exaggerated dead pain expression. We call that mashing.
Um, it's a nonsensical term used. Uh, it doesn't translate. It's not inherently negative, but Skibity toilet is. What does Ohio come into play? Let's see. What is it? Skibity. Toilet. Ohio. Yeah. It's like fucking typing Sanskrit.
Okay, these words make sense on their own, but together what? Skibity Toilet comes from a surreal and comedic YouTube series created by Defuck Boom. It features strange characters with human heads. The Ohio joke stems from the Internet's obsession with portraying Ohio as a surreal or cursed place where only strange things happen. When people say Skibity Toilet Ohio, they're humorously combining these tubes or trends. Fucking never mind. Fuck it. Fuck kids. Fuck Gen Z or whatever retails at the room. John. Does she have headphones on? I don't give a fuck.
She can't hear. I know. Okay. Well, Aaron, what's your favorite question? All right. Uh, let's see. Nathan L asks, the cast is going on a coastal bear hunt. Brown bear hunt. Everyone has one job. Who's doing which job? The jobs are guide, hunter, pack, mule, cook and bait. I feel like when I go hunting, these aren't the options. All right.
Yeah. Savage is bait. Oves. Jeremy is a pack meal. No. Jeremy's a cook. No. Jeremy's a pack meal because otherwise we got to carry that bullshit. Get out of here. Okay. I'm with you so far. Okay. Nick is the cook because he's a good cook. Okay. And that leaves me and you for God and Hunter. I'll be the hunter. I will be the guide. Okay, we're fucked.
No, I own an app of my phone. It probably won't work in the middle of nowhere. Well, that is not true on on on X does. So I do want to show you these pictures. I can't. This Peter outside my house like right outside the window. Yeah. A bunch of deer walked up and rolled around on the ground like a bunch of deer like they were actually like rolling around on the ground and just left. I don't know what the story was with that. But it was wild thing. They were just like they
I don't, I don't get it. They were hopping something. Yeah. This is, this is the place. Okay. So I think we all agree on that. Um, so Jeremy, Jeremy, that, uh, that question from him with a guide hunter pack meal cooking bait. If the cast is going to be those, what, what would you say? Um, guide.
Well, I'm obviously the pack. Exactly what I said. We all agreed on that. Yeah. I can obviously carry the most shit. 100% yes.
Um, Aaron is definitely the bait. I knew he was going to call that interesting. We put savage. Um, yeah, but there's only four. Oh, I guess there is five. Okay. They're okay. He did not use an Oxford comma. So. Oh, yeah. Okay. I mean, he also made a space then a comma, which is confusing as well. Right. Um, so I would say Aaron is bait.
Savage is the cook. Nick is the hunter because he's going to die soon. Okay. And that makes him like it's like a make a wish. And then you are our guide until my phone dies. Yep. Because you have the GPS watch. Oh, good point. I forgot about that. See, we're fine. Already. I will flip the script because as bait, I will jump up with knives and kill the bear.
Interesting. Yeah, it didn't say you were going to die. Let's go. Let's try that. You know what? I'm a brown Baron in the UP. I'm going to smother you and honey and we only we only have black bears up there. The headline in four months is brown bear has weird hybrid baby. Oh, I thought I figured we all would, but OK, give Jeremy the treat. Yeah, once it goes in, I'm done.
Jeremy, how about it? You take the question from Jeff C. Which you know what that stands for. Con't. I was going to say cook. Last question. Jeez. Oh, weird. Cash straight.
There you go. I like it. Your recent discussion on olives discussed 350 legend chamber pressure. I have a regular city of nine that I use on a 16 inch 350 legend as well as a 10 and a half inch 300 blackout or pig hunting. Rugged says that while it's rated for legend, it's not rated for 300 black subsonic. Isn't the chamber pressure max is the same as the legend. I have asked Rugged directly and got a canned response that is just not rated for 300 super.
Is there any reason I shouldn't just send it and use their warranty if it comes to it? Yeah, I would. Yeah. I mean, what you should do is you should go out and buy a verse nine and actually have a good sounding... Or not verse nine, verse 375. Yeah, I was just... Like verse nine, I think you can do the sub-350 legends.
Yeah, 300 blackout supers and 350 legend. Don't they have the exact same ballistic pressure? It's like 50 that 50 K some shit like that somewhere around there. Yeah. And don't they have almost exactly the same muzzle velocity? No, super. No, no, 21 is I'm looking right here. 21 to 2350 FPS.
For velocity. For what? For 300 blackout supers and then 350 legend is 21 to 2300. What was 300 blackout? 21 to 2350. Oh, maybe. Now the muzzle energy. I guess I've never thought about comparing those two rounds. Yeah, I think they're so close. Like, listen, first of all, if you void your warranty, that's on you. Don't listen to anything we say and we're not responsible if it explodes and you die.
I would stop shooting rifle cartridges through a fucking pistol suppressor. I don't care if it's rated for it. I'd actually get a suppressor that could handle and not have to fucking worry about it and be quieter and better sounding. Like, come on. Packstams come back in like a week now. Like, go, go, go get a better can. Yeah. I mean, that that is the real answer. But obviously not everyone's as rich as Jeremy. So that's a thing.
But you probably got more money than me. Probably. If they say 300 super is fine or not fine, but 350 legend is that seems silly because I think they're the same. Like functionally the same. The only difference is the size of the bullets because obviously they're going to be a hell of a lot bigger. I think throwing a blackout is 110 to like 150. And then for 350 legend, you're like 145 to 190 or something.
Does that matter? No, it shouldn't matter. Yeah, yeah, it shouldn't matter at all. But again, you're responsible for what you choose.
Uh, I know what I would do is go get a watermelon. Yeah. And I'd stick the muzzle in the watermelon and then I would shoot and it probably wouldn't suppress the shot at all if it did any, but you have chunks of watermelon all over the place. So, you know, I guess that'd be cool. Yeah, that would be cool. It would be. It would also be illegal.
Would it to blow up a watermelon? If you put the muzzle inside the watermelon, it would be a sound suppression device and covered by the NFA, correct? Oh, it's how you suppress it. It would absolutely suppress it. It's how you open a watermelon. It would just, it would just pop it immediately. Yeah.
We should try this. There's only one way to find out. Right. Exactly. Call the ATF serial numbering watermelons. Yeah. Tell them what you're going to do. Embed a small metal plate inside of a watermelon so that we can serialize it. Well, I mean, you could just write it right down with a Sharpie on the side, I think, can you? Then Sean, you can let the ATF know that you manufactured a watermelon can. We'll have to engrave it. Yeah. Well, that's what the metal plates for.
and then get one of those cool Japanese ones that's cube-shaped. Oh yeah, those are cool. Yeah, get one of those, do it with that. That's so like, you know, they're always complaining about pigs and stuff and the conditions that we put them in so we can have bacon. They're putting these poor watermelons in a fucking cage and making them grow square. That's just weird. That's fucked up. It is. It's like they don't make your veal grow square, do they? No. No. No. I wish I'd do apples though.
A square apple. Yeah. Because like when I cut my apples, you know, it'd make it cool if I could just make like chips from that. A fucking scrapple would be pretty cool. Fuck it. Make them all square because they stack better. They ship better. Scrapple. You can fit them in a box better. A square apple. Scrapple. Well, no, scrapple is a thing. I know scrapple is. I said scrapple, bitch.
Wait, Scrapple and Squapble? Yes, Squapble and Square Apple. Not Scrapple. No, I said Scrapple. Scrapple, not Scrapple. That's Q-U-A-P-P-L-E. Squapble. No. S-Q-U-A-P-P-L-E. A Squapble. A Square Apple. That's what I fucking said. As opposed to S-C-R-A-P-P-L-E. Correct. Scrapple, yes. I mean, Scrapple's fine, but a Squapble is where it's at. Okay. That was like... That word is Scrapple?
What are you saying? We're going to ask whack numbers. Uh, when you compare, when you compare scrapple to squapple when you're playing the game of Scrabble. So pops your uncle. So the name of the show is squapple. Oh, 100% already wrote it down. J J. J. West and squapple Ohio risk.
I hate you. Nick, would you do the next question, please? But in an English accent. Please. Why don't Bob's your uncle says, why don't pistols use 1913 pick rail on top?
for mounting red dot. Most slides are wide enough to accommodate the pick rail. It would solve the problem of using different mounting plates and make everything uniform. I know Lone Wolf offers the 1913 cut as an option for Glock slides. Thanks. No notes. I mean, height, but then he's talking about one that's like built in. Mm hmm.
I have literally can still go lower. Yeah. With a, with a dedicated cut. Yeah. Yeah. Um, I've never seen this before. I don't think 1913 would be a good. Back to front.
Like the little tiny screws that hold your red dot down, just hold it down. The back and fold, like they don't take any pressure in a good cut. They don't take any forward to backward pressure. That's like in the cut or the posts that are there. So like they're just holding it down, which doesn't, that's why they can be very tiny with like, you know, three, three threads per. Um, but that's, that's an easy solution. You just get a mount that has lugs on it.
Yeah, but you'll have to have the exact same diameter as those slots in the pick are which I would have it would have to feel like a really tight like you're right now You can't like because like most of them do they got a little wiggle room in there. You couldn't have that at all Yeah, I know I would do with this Well, I would mount a broomstick There he go
Uh, one of those, one of those four grips that's mounted on the ball so you can loosen it up and pivot it whatever direction. Oh, yeah. I would mount one of those and then hang it off 90 degrees to the side and I would use that as my charging handle. Hell yeah. Then you'd look like some USPS a competitor. Yes, but cooler. Way cooler. Um, what a suicide now on a pistol slide.
This is a March 13th, 2020. I bet they don't make these anymore if I had to guess. Holy shit. I, uh, I need to, I need to make a charging handle, a pistol charging handle and call it the suicide shifter. Uh, they actually stealing that from you, Jeremy. What's that? I said, I'm stealing that from you suicide. Now I'm on a pistol. By the way, these are in stock. They probably still have the first one they ever made.
I'm sure they sold at least three, dude. Interesting. Yeah, I don't know. Thanks. I hate it. Wait, you know what? Use the way back machine and see how much they cost originally.
All right. You could use that to mount like a pick. It needs it needs to pick it's any front and rear. So I could put M bus sites on it. Yes. Yes. Oh, 45 offset. Yeah. Yes. This idea is getting better rings for a split mount for a bolt. You should call them and be like, look, we know you've never sold any. We need five of them.
All right, we see go to 2022. Don't worry about it. And then we got December 10th, 2022. We got a snapshot. Let's take a look. See how much it is. I bet it was like, if it's lone wolf, it was probably like 300 bucks. We're waiting. Archive.org is very slow. Anticipation is killing me. Oh, you know, it's all guess. I guess it's going to be 125 199 450. Fox 70 exact same price. 75 dollars.
Okay. Yeah. He can't raise the price. He can't lower the price on something he never sold. Well, that's why he'd lower the price. All right. Anyway, who read that one? Nick, Nick, Jeremy, can you take the last one? Yeah, that was, that was just them doing the cut, right? Yeah, it's a slide that come. Well, no, you buy a slide and give it to them and they do that cut. That is correct.
Wait, that's just the cut. I thought you were getting a slide for that. No, it's just the cut. It says, uh, forget the adapters, let us machine your slide to accept to pick it into your Weaver direct mount systems. Wait, wait, wait. That was a fucking show. 75 bucks. Well, it's all C and C for them. Yeah. It's just a program. Oh, 75. Okay. Sorry. I thought you said 375. I was like fucking what?
They can machine machine all lone wolf or alpha wolf slides not available on any previously cut slide MOS slides or anything with the cavity cut on the underside such as G 17 L or G 41s. Anyway, next question. Show back USMC. Huh? That's really question.
Oh, am I reading it? Yeah. Oh, can the Midwest Industries MP5 suppressor handguard attached with the suppressor mounted or does it need to be removed asking because my SW5 is pinned with a barrel extension. I don't know. I fucking don't remember. I want you to borrow Midwest Industries, Inc.com.
Let's see gun type No gun type. I mean you'd have to you'd have to unpinit to get the old one off Right Not necessarily playing around not here with me. I Have them over there. I Don't think so because in order to stop
man. Look, I actually, it might work. I mean, this would just come straight down. Yeah, you take that screw out and then and then this guy suppressor on there. Let's does it does do I have to take the site off as well? No, no, you just you just punch the pin on the forehand. Mine's a school. It comes off. So yeah, I would assume on the Midwest, you could just slide it on. And as long as you had like a little bit of a wiggle room to get it past whatever you needed to. But does it will go over the site though? No. Oh,
It goes around the site. Right. So, but it's two pieces, right? Is it two pieces or is it one piece? Fucking Jeremy and I both did this and suddenly I can't remember. All right. I'm bringing it up on the screen. So there it is. Could you get an overhead view of it? Yeah.
Oh, yeah, it looks like it looks like it'll just go. You don't have to pull it off. Yeah, it goes in front of the site. Yeah, you're good. I think it depends on how fat your suppressor is. Yeah. Like, I don't know if you'll be able to make the angle depending on how thick and long it is. Damn, a lot of thick and long. So Aaron will be fine. I probably couldn't do it. So you have to take
the screw or the pin out of the front of the forend. And then you have to put their little U bracket in there. And then you would have to slide the entire thing back. It might work. I don't remember. Aaron, you're getting this tomorrow, right? Yeah. Okay. Aaron will let us know. There is literally no way we're going to remember this next week.
I will. Okay. Aaron, Aaron, Chris, put in the show notes. Yeah. We rely on Krista. If Krista puts it in the show notes, we'll remember next week. If not, thank you for the question. We appreciate it. Uh, the winner of the winner. Yeah. I said good day. Winner of this week's swag pack is Bob's your uncle. Email automated. I'm just going to keep playing music to learn. Oh, there it is. All right. It's a new year. New you get a new med kit or.
You know, I never, I never go by the expiration dates on any of that stuff. I don't think it matters, but I do rotate my stuff. So like, especially the stuff that I keep in the truck, just because it goes, it's hot. It's cold. It's hot. It's cold. You never know what's going to go on in Colorado. And even nylon and stuff like that breaks down like internicates.
As long as you don't have it in direct UV or anything, you're probably going to be fine. But I do swap them out occasionally and just replace things that have any signs of wear or degradation at all. And then I put some, I usually go from my truck to my range bag.
And then I go from my range bag to my desk at the office, but I rotated around, try to keep things moving. And that means that I have to have multiples of everything. So Aaron, do you have a med kit in your truck or car? I do. Excellent. Do you have one within?
a short walk of you right now. I do. I have an I fact near me and I have a full med kit in the car. See? All right. Well, you're doing good. All right. I love it. But if you need med gear, if you need to swap something out, if you need to buy somebody at turn to get that they need, go to medical gear outfitters.com use coupon code. We like shooting to save money.
fucking same audio embarrassing fucking rookie mistake let's go into some gun industry news fucking January shit done lots of shit going on what you got this is like a third of what it was out there dude oh dude fucking I was going through a pure report today yeah oh my god so much stuff yeah right and I was like oh my god there's so much stuff I would say it's like
I like putting like half or more or less, more than less than half. And I put, I put the stuff that you didn't put in into the other show. Yeah, it's crazy. I put the stuff into the other show that he did put in here. Oh, well, delete that stuff. Yeah, delete that stuff out of here and we'll talk about it in the other show.
Thank you. I was like, Oh, I had that one. That's okay. I had two more. And then I scrolled through and I was like, fuck, they're all here. Yeah. Just delete them. I meant to do that before the show. I'm going to be a hundred percent honest. I forgot. Okay. So the first, do you have the first one, Nick? Um, no.
OK, so we're going to talk about the new Taylor and companies has introduced the TC 73, which is a badass lever action, right? Lever action is cool. Case hard. What is it? Maple stock, but it's a nine millimeter. It's pretty sick. Like I have a lot of nine millimeter already. Grabbing some lever action that shoots it. It's cool. Huh. Nine by 19. Interesting. Yeah, holds holds 10 rounds.
And $2,000 for saying retail, or at least the price is listed in this news story as $2,000. It might come out cheaper. But I mean, I have a $357. I have a $22. I have a $45.70. A 9-millimeter would be a nice addition to my collection of lever actions. Jeremy, as the connoisseur of lever actions in the group, what do you think of this? And I'm not going to call it 9-millimeter. I'm just going to call it $357 short.
I want to know that it worries me. It's exactly the response that I have. It worries me because nine millimeters, not a rimmed cartridge and lever actions, traditional style 1873s. Things with like a rotating locking bolt don't tend to have the same problems like the BLR or
You know, things that feed from a box magazine don't, don't have the problem that tubular magazines do because they use the rim as the shell stop. And then the, you know, the tapered case, there's no shoulder. Like it just, it screams to me, you're going to have, like, don't even run. I, I'm actually a dealer for Taylor and Go. Like, I like their shit. I own a lot of their stuff.
But that in nine millimeter scares me because I don't trust it to run reliably. I have a lever gun in a non-standard cartridge and it doesn't work good. And it's an old Winchester, but I bought a Winchester 94 in 45 Colt, not a 92, which is the pistol cartridge and the geometry is all wrong and it just doesn't work great. Yeah, that's interesting. Also $2,000.
Well, it's tailoring code. Yeah, I know. It's got a threaded barrel if you want to suppress it. It's yeah, they did everything right side loading, threaded barrel.
I mean, that's a 73. That's a 73 as close as you're going to get a 73 minus the, you know, some, a little couple of modern amenities like the sites and shit like that. Like they, Taylor's does really good. God, they're beautiful. They really are. They are. Good job. Um, they're TC 86, which is a 45 70 government. It's like that blend of like, that's actually made by Kiappa. I don't know who makes this, but Taylor's is just the importer. Right. I think, but there, I think it is Kiappa. I hope these are good. It's so cool.
It probably is Kiappa. Um, I don't know. Oh, no, it's 100% made in the USA by tailors and go. Oh, then well, my dealers may. Yeah. It's white labeled by Taylor and go. Yeah. Um, this fucking website, Jiminy Christmas. This is new fucking run on sentence here. Word salad. Jesus ran into that wall. But yeah, the fact that it's a non-rimmed
non-shouldered, like a Savage 99, it works with a rimless cartridge because it's all in bottlenecks so you can headspace it off that shoulder and then it can't fall too deep because you have the rim of traditional is what keeps it from falling into the chamber. So if you have a tapered cartridge, I guess we have the machining well enough where it could be like a revolver cylinder where it's there. It just, I don't know, it bothers me.
It's like it shouldn't work, especially out of a tubular magazine. I assume that they've got that part figured out if they're really sick. I'm sure they do. It bothers my brain.
You know, bothers me is these people in this picture, like, they both still look like they just look like a Seattleist commercial. Yeah, they, they look like he's like, my Seattleist is kicking in and she's like, Oh, fuck. But smiling up to a hill that has two bathtubs on it. Nance. We're about to get in the bathtub.
Best I got to the gun. OK, Greg. All right. Anyway, next story. You know, I'm going to jump around a bit because there's a bunch of lever action. You should I'm going to just go ahead all that real quick. OK. H&R and Vales are classic lever action rifles. So H&R is launching a new line of retro level lever action guns. They have various barrel lanes, cartridge options, and stock styles. It's reintroduced re-introducer classic styles.
Uh, there's no availability yet or, or price on these guys, but if you're, you know, it's just letting you know that they're coming out here. H&R is helping out some lever. I'm lever. I was. PSA now, right?
I don't know if they like bought PSA, but I, or if PSA bought them, but I know that they are releasing some shit under PSA. Yeah. PSA owns H&R now. Okay. Yeah. That's what I thought. I couldn't remember if they released a bunch of, uh, was that the DOE? There's, there's a bunch of H&R like retro rifles at, but they're only on Palmetto state. Yeah. Okay. And these are retro lever guns.
I want to know who their model that there is. He's a model that they're a Winchester, a Remington, or I'm sorry, a Winchester, a Marlin, a Savage or a Browning. Because they're not like a new one. Let's see. No, they're 100. It's a completely original design. Yeah. It looks like they are top ejecting. So Winchester. OK. Yep. That's a Winchester action. Very interesting.
Yeah. Well, yeah, that designs over a hundred years old. So it's not like there's a, it's not like there's a patent left. True, true, true. And honestly, old Ali died fucking a hundred years ago. They'll be probably just fine. Yeah, those are cool. And since it's PSA, they'll probably be reasonably affordable.
and PSA quality. Good luck. Oh boy. Chappa and Vailster futuristic cowboy guns. Okay. I did not click on this link earlier specifically because I wanted to look at it with you guys. And so basically it's an 86. They call it the 86 wildlands takedown. What are you looking at this? Oh, you're skipping around, man. Yeah. Yeah. He said I was going to. It's fine. But I like I didn't. I wasn't. You were looking at it. I was like, where the fuck are you?
Okay. Yeah. Just I want to get a lever guns out out front. What is going on with the receiver on this thing? I don't. I don't understand. That is the. Oh, I see. Oh, no, I don't see it. So side loading. Yeah, scroll. There's another picture that's a close up of the action. Scroll down. Oh, there it is. Yeah. Okay. So side loading. So this is an 1886 receiver. Is that top ejecting?
No, it's like 45 degree ejecting. This is a heavily modified 1886 receiver or action, I should say. Why did they cut the side of the action off? Because it is top eject and they're trying to put a rail here. So they had to redesign it to eject at a 45 is what it is. Oh, it is a top eject. OK, weird. So why not just go with the side ejecting?
because that's not what an 1886 does. And they make the TC 86 that I have from tailors a coat. Kappa makes that. So they already have the plans. Now, the fun part is these are actually off the old browning dines. Um, like really close to a T, at least in the receiver, but it looks like they had to do a lot of shit. So man, I was really excited about this and I kind of hate it.
Chiapa, if you go to, uh, if you go back to Taylor's and Co's website, yeah, there's a bunch of, look for the TC 86. Go to Taylor's and go and look for, or just go to a long guns or cartridge long guns and look for the 1886 model. Taylor and Co. Taylor and Co, 1886. Yeah.
You know, 1886 standard. So any one of them. Yeah. All of these are pretty much made by Kiappa. So right here, this is, this is the, this is a Kiappa rifle. All they've done, if you can zoom in, I don't know if you can. Sure.
So same lever, same side gate load setup. All these things they've done is they have modified. So you have these two locking lugs right in front of the hammer. That's what locks the bolt in. They've cut away the right side of the receiver. And I'm sure that they've modified the extractor or ejector in some way so that it shoots out slightly to the side instead of straight up.
Very interesting. I, I expected to love it and I hate it. They go back to Taylor's. They have actually some. This is like, this is like Kiappa going further than Taylor's one of them to do. Yeah. Go back to the list of 88. Go back to the list. Like the last page. Yeah. Yeah. So there's some like more modern ones in here. If you look around, um,
Let's see. All. Yeah. The internet works really good. Now we don't need to keep doing that. Let's see. I guess this one. Yeah. There you go. The board buster shadow rifle, which is essentially the rifle that we're looking at except. Yeah. They've they've Midwest to stock and it's like Taylor Sheridan designed this one. Right. Just extra.
Uh, yeah, I fucking, I hate it. Like aesthetically, it's not, it's like they saw all the, all the space, space cowboy guns that are out there and then they were like, we can do that too, except they did it with their eyes closed 50% of the time. Good initiative bad judgment. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
I really thought that I was going to love this. I literally know. Reno. Reno. Do better. Do better. As somebody with a hacked out top eject lever action, I don't think that they're a good choice for that.
Like there are a couple of what like the Marlins look really great. The Henry's look really great. You can put that top rail up there and everything. And it's more practical because you can put like, you know, a decent magnified optic on there or whatever. I feel like the top eject stuff just doesn't look right. Yeah, it's weird. And then they had to like make changes because they wanted to put a rail on it. Man. Yeah. Damn.
I don't know. I'm underwhelmed. Also $2,000. You're fucked with tradition and you don't fuck with tradition. Exactly. You don't mess with tradition or monkey. You don't piss on hospitality. Exactly. All right. Let's real quick do this.
The show notes are confusing me, but you know what doesn't confuse me ex-tech tactical. Oh, and I've got this gun right here. It's a Glock 47 and if I wanted to go to ex-tech tactical and get some magazines for it, I totally could. Did you know that? Aaron, did you know that? Sorry, what'd you say? Ex-tech guy did all has Glock mags. I heard that they were going to.
Yeah, let's look. Let's go look right now. Uh, let's see. I'm going to go look for, oh, let me put that up on the screen. So I'm going to go look to X tech tactical. That's X T E C H tactical.com. Good glock mags. We'll go glock 17. Look at that. Right there.
And that's cool. Fucking if you live in a prison state, which I seems like I'm about to. They also have their freedom series, which are neutered 10 round magazines. But if you ever move to a free state, which I'm also going to, you can, uh, you can buy the upgrade kit and not have to buy all new, all brand new mags. Moving to Michigan. That's so cool. No, absolutely not Jeremy. Start looking, start looking for a place for me.
Yeah, no, yeah, fine. Because tomorrow we got this fucking basic in all semi-auto ban going, we'll talk about it in the next show, but yeah, fucking it's not looking good.
Uh, but yeah. So Xtactactical lots of glock mags. They're out there and we're still running the double your order. So if you use coupon code WLS is life, uh, in your order and then add an order comment. If Jeremy thinks it's funny or likes it or whatever, uh, he will double your order. So Xtactactical.com. Yeah, Jeremy. Yeah. Yeah. Jeremy dead man. Uh, WLS is life will save you money.
Ruger unfails a new custom 1022 is carbon fiber Wait, Ruger unveils a new custom wait Ruger unveils yet another new custom 1022 Okay, Ruger Yeah, Ruger has a new 1022 Yeah, again this week. That's like last week. They had a new 1022. Guess what? They have another one this week
I mean, somebody in product development at Ruger just like wake wakes up every Monday and they're like, man, we need to add more 10, 22 SKUs. And they're like, but we also need to add more carbon fiber to our 10, 22. Yeah. Yeah. I'm glad that they did this because nobody, this is basically nothing that anyone has ever seen before. Definitely not. Is that a dude or a chick old? Okay. That's hop. Don't even.
Who he's hop flight. That's everybody's favorite lesbians. Hoplup file. Hile. I don't know who that is. He's just hop. No, I don't fucking know. Yeah. Thank God, because clearly I'm having issues. Yeah, right. I think that's why that's why I changed it. I think. Yeah, let's. Oh, it's not even hot. It's not even hop doing the fucking. It changed it because lesbians.
Yes. No, they changed it because nobody could pronounce his old name. Well, at least he got it. At least he grew a beard for the interview. Wait, did I just dead name him? Did I? Did I just dead name hop, hot plot file? It literally was hop, like HOP, L-E-I-F-H-E-I-L or some show like that. Yeah. All I know is it looks like a chick. I couldn't tell. Okay. That's just.
It's legit, man. You go back and tell me that it's not a girl. First of all, how dare you? Second of all, fucking nailed it. Okay. So anyhow, Ruger's got a new gun. Great. Congratulations. All right. Moving on. Better costs $100. What's real? Oh, you know what? Hey, I miss the HK P7. I was wondering why you skipped that. I totally forgot. Like HK unveils a brand new old gun. If you're sick of squeezing your dick, squeeze this gun.
like seriously. I mean, it's go ahead. This isn't the, this isn't actually the, the HK. This is the remake that we talked about previously. That's insanely expensive. Oh, yeah. The H is in K P seven.
He's seven M13 slim. This is, this is gay and retarded. Oh, this is that one that we talked about. It's not HK at all. It's a misleading headline. James Reeves. It is. It is the fucking short cut enough circulation to your balls. Um, yeah, this is something that would be really cool if it wasn't so insanely expensive. Yeah. I like this. If it wasn't pricey, I also fucking hate this gun.
Why? It's just P7 Pro. Here we go. Let's $3,000. And there are images on their website. Don't work. Yeah. Probably have that or less. Hold on a second. They have Cordova. Let me go look. Can I figure yours in stock pre-configured? No, those are no. I want the P7 Pro. Okay. I'm going to in custom P7.
Don't want a standard or a standard carry. I want a standard trigger guard, pick a titanium beretail, obviously frame material titanium. Obviously. Okay. You know, you can't, uh, modern. Yeah, I want modern. So slide cuts cost an extra thousand. Oh, no, I want to optic modern optic cut. So the slides and slides, gradients and the optics cut are a thousand.
Oh, okay, we're doing good here, boys. I'll get the comp one. Oh, we're modern compensated, but it's not optics ready and I definitely want. Oh, you can't put a red dot on it. If it's got a compensator, that's silly. Yeah, that's that is. So barrel threaded, obviously. I'm going to shoot this suppressed and let's go to grips. Walnut. Yeah. Yeah. So $4,490. Super worth it.
And not do those grips say $1,900 $190 extra for all that grips. I couldn't. I can tell how many zeros were there. Can. Can we please talk about how fucking anyotic these people are? Yes. Well, it's are you fucking crazy? Yeah. Are you insane? You sound insane. Super cool gun. Crazy pricing. God damn. Four or five hundred bucks. All right. Speaking of super cool guns. That's my segue here.
I'm sure I'm mad now. Barrett launches their new squad support rifle system, which is obviously not. I don't know if this will be available to the civilian markets, a 30 millimeter rifle. No, it is. It looks like a warhammer, the warhammer gun. It is a, these are each one of these rounds is destructive device, correct? I could get a chalk round, I'm sure, or a flare. Because it's over. Yeah. These are all destructive devices, I think. If they're anti personnel, they
But if they're, if they're not, then, you know, maybe it gets Starburst out of there. Tracer rounds. She's like, this thing looks like a beast, man. This is what I thought guns will look like in the future. But, but, you know, 30 millimeter would actually be like a regular round with an AC. This is, this is like the sleeker beefed up version of what was at the XM29. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
So instead of 20 mill, it's 30 mill. Okay. So you got a little bit more payload in the, in the projectiles, like, and the people and the guys that had the XM 29s loved them when they worked. Now that the XM point, I shoot the air burst rounds. Yes. Yeah. Okay. But it was 20 millimeter, not 30. So this would in theory be able to have, you know, more lethal.
Payload. KM3 Solutions said Barrett launched a clay model that didn't even have the decency to 3D print the concept. I think the local shop class carved it from wood for display. Yeah. Oh, no, shit. It just looks like aluminum extrusion with a stripped luth AR stock and some kind of A2 angle hogue grip.
And this thing is definitely going to cost like $17,000 each. I'll buy one. But holy fuck, it's cool. Again, it looks like if you cut the barrel off of a Barrett flush with the end of the handguard, the foreign. Yeah. That's what this looks like. Yeah. Like you imagine that really cool. It's probably like it probably is a 50-cal lower on that thing. Yeah. You imagine a 50-cal in this configuration? I can imagine a 30 millimeter.
with a short barrel like that. No, clear room. I don't want that. Like I don't want that. Nobody wants that. I want. I want. I do. I want a 14 and a half inch pin and weld 50 PMG. I know I do. I do. Fuck for real. Oh my God. Oh, full auto. Yes. Hey, Nick, can you tell me about your Mitchell defense rifle?
I sure can. It's right up here. Tell me more. It's very nice. One of the things that I really like that they do is they anodize it and then Sarah coat over the anodizing. Oh, yeah. We've got about that to remove anodizing in the Sarah coat process if you're not careful when you go sandblasted. And it just kind of gives you like an extra layer of protection because when you wear through the Sarah coat, you still have anodizing below.
They also use the what is it the e-series right? Sarah coat, which is kind of cool. Yeah, it's supposed to be like tougher and and more durable and it's It's got like the way that I don't know if it's how this Coding is because I've not I don't have any experience with e-coat for e-series
So I don't know if it's all a little bit glossy, but it has like a nice sheen to it. And I wouldn't say that it's like shiny. No, it's like, but it's, it's a little bit up from, from totally Matt. You've got like eggs. Yeah. You've got Matt. You've got glossy. And then what's like the satin.
Yeah, like satin, I guess. Yeah. It's, it's, it's very nice. It looks a little like classier, I guess, than just anodized black. It looks good. But it's not. Let's see or anything like that. Yeah. It's very tasteful. Yeah. Great rifles. Some of the, in fact, that is the one that I literally have sitting right outside my office door, just in case the worst day happens is my mutual defense, because that is the one of all the rifles that I have.
that I'm like, this is the one. Sorry. One other thing about that's nice about that finishes that it's easy to clean because it's very smooth that I've never cleaned mine, but like your balls.
Well, yeah. Why would I clean that smooth? Yeah. Very smooth. Yeah. And you should clean them, John. No, why? Stump waste time. Probably the part that drags on the ground gets dirty. T-shoe maker 9 8 5 3 on rumble said, I love my Mitchell defense. I think I saw a 10 man in the chat. He's also got a Mitchell defense, if I recall, had a Gideon optic on it.
Uh, K and three solution says E is glossier than H and C. Okay. He is a mixed bag. Yeah. I didn't get first on the USMC in 1911's, but Sarah Koch got it sorted.
I didn't know if it's got a hardener that they've got to mix it with because you can affect the machine with the hardener. The Charlie Sheen? Yes. Anyway, MitchellDefense.com coupon code WLS10 saves you money. Last story, Zaren. All right, we've got two more left. YHM unveils a new shotgun suppressor at Shot Show.
It's called the Victra 12. It's the first modular shotgun suppressor, which can be changed in length and fits many types of shotguns. Wait, Nick, did you have this one? Uh, I don't know. It's fine. Okay. I have three other ones. Okay. It's unique because it's adaptability and the release date and price are not mentioned, but the product is now available. There it is. Hoplop file. Hoplop.
at HOP LOP file. HOP is at the LOP file. Is that the girl's name? Isn't that what Elon Musk did and everyone's mad at him? Well, he gave his heart to everybody. Relax. It's a HOP. It's a LOP and a HOP. So, I mean, OK, so shotgun suppressors. Yeah. Are they choked? I mean, how does that work? Oh, it is a dude.
It, it's hot, dude. How do you not know who this is? I thought that was a girl. Yeah. It looks like a chick. It still does. It is choked. Dude is in serious need of testosterone. You know what? Y'all are going to get the hop Nazis on us. Who? Hopsies. You're fin. They get the hopsies on us. Cool. They can fight me.
Yeah, I mean, because, you know, in a suppressor, I would worry that the, uh, that the pellets would hit the baffles inside. I mean, they probably figured that out also. It's like two threaded rods and then a bunch of man. There's, there has to be a channel for shotgun suppressors or like rails to keep the, um, to keep the, uh, wide closed, like it has to, it has to.
So it was like a two with holes. Yeah. Zester says, we're still confused about shotgun spread at the muzzle. No, we're not. Damn it. Also, for the record, hop is awesome.
They either have rods running parallel to the boar that keep the wad closed, or some of them just have like a really aggressive tone, like cone shape. You like, I guess pop the the wad back. Why does why does pop have two Hitler mustaches over his eyes? Not eyebrows. God damn it. Leave him alone. Who is this guy? He's a YouTuber. He does fucking great night vision content. What?
He does videos on YouTube and he's got like a very particular taste and stuff. So he does kind of interesting things. No, but let's go. He just does some really strange like guns and a lot of night vision and laser stuff, but he focuses on stuff that's not insanely expensive for the most part. Yeah, I just want I just real quick one remark that Aaron's over here talking shit about the way someone looks.
There's no confusing this space for a woman's face, correct? No, but there's definitely confusing it for someone who's under 70.
No, what, why you got to defend this dude? Dude, because his content is great. I'd really suck this dude's dictate. Aaron, Aaron, you look like a, you look like a female dwarf. I don't even know what that is. Over the last few days, um, I learned I would be like watching TV or something. And, uh, somebody would come on screen and she'd be like, Oh, that guy kind of looks like Aaron.
And then, um, like, you know, I'm, I'm looking at it and I'm like, I don't know. It's just like an older Jewish dude. And then it's like the next night we're watching TV and Tyler's like, Oh, that guy looks like Aaron. God damn it. And, um, it's just like another kind of older Jewish dude. So. And like, I'm sorry. I didn't mean it to get back. Wow. She's like, wow, that looks just like Aaron. And I called her out on it. And that's when I realized that I guess they all look alike to Tyler.
Okay. Ridiculous. I didn't mean this to get so mean, Darren. Uh, let's see. Someone said here, dah, dah, dah, dah, dah, dah. You're going to give you an optics one? No, uh, anything is they actually all were Aaron. Make it said I'm having a hell of a time choosing between a BR and 180 and a Mitchell defense, 10 inch, 300 blackout upper. Vince H says, Jen three 180 makes it a harder choice.
Um, Vince H says, if it's got to be able to shoot folded, go 180, if not Mitchell. And then just trying to build an F SBR, folding would be sweet, but not mandatory. Vince H says I rarely, I rarely fold my 180. I'd pick the Mitchell. I have a Mitchell bolt and a rifle and it's sweet. Yeah, I would pick a Mitchell too. I like the 180s, but like that's not a, there's no competition there. Like they're good. I like them, but I would pick a Mitchell every day, even Sunday.
Okay. Okay. This modular shotgun suppressor, Jesus Christ, we're going along, modular shotgun suppressor. So it's got threaded rods in it. So if you want to change the amount of baffles that you have in there, you have to change the length of the rods. Is that correct?
Yes, but they only give you two sets of rods. So you either have all of them or half of them. You don't get to like pick like three, four, five, six. It's just like, you know, why Jim? They're not flat. They remind me sometimes of Bowers group. Like Tom is not a flashy man. He just cares about effectiveness. But why Jim seems like they've gone from not caring about flash to just being like, look at this fucking weird shit we made.
I don't know. Like the suppressor with the cat's bubble. Yeah. Literally that the cat's ass, bro. I'm telling you, it's a thing. Yep. Yeah. But Nick, you were just talking last week. I think it was last week about you wish you could suppress the shotgun. I mean, this would be a route to take. It'll be inexpensive. That's for sure. Cause why Jim is generally pretty inexpensive. It's going to be right around $1,000, I think. Yeah, it's not terrible.
Yeah, I have been the YHM stuff that I've gotten to shoot. I thought was fine. You know, like it's reasonably priced and it seems it seems pretty good. And the more options, the better, right? I mean, there are not that many 12 gauge silencers on the market right now. And I will be honest that I would buy YHM over most of the ones that are out there. Have you ever seen the rexcelentium?
I've seen it, yeah. They made a modular 12 gauge that's actually like selectable, like you can thread shit in and out.
Yeah, they're the one I was thinking of where the they just have like an aggressive cone on each baffle, basically. Um, Hey, there's is one of the ones where, yeah, like he said, every baffle is threaded. So unlike this, where you have to come up with threaded rods to change sizes. Yeah, you just, you know, I'm threat, however many. Yep. Okay. Where are we going for the Jeremy? Would you be a favor?
say for me. Oh my god. All right. Say no because it's fuck my ass backwards. So I already saw the thing. I was sent the same video and told to do it on the show tonight. I thought it was retarded and I had no way of playing it backwards. So I will not be saying whatever the fuck those three words were because it's dumb.
You're dumb. I told you there was a rattlesnake. Yep. What? Anyhow, set it. Thanks to arms. I think I just saved us 30 minutes of bullshit. Thanks. Thanks to arms has been pumping out a lot of shit lately, man. I mean, they started as a nine millimeter PCC company. Oh, look at it. I really suppressed rifle. Cool. What do you think of that? And then they've come out with the integrity suppressed AR 15. They call the profit.
It's got a 6.5 inch suppressor works with most AR 15 setups. And this, the profit offers better performance for shooter. Say I didn't say why or how, but apparently it does. And there you go. Rich emailed us before shot to see if we're going to be there because we wanted to want to stop by.
I will. I think it's utterly suppressed. Uppers are cool. I do too. I think this is pretty dope actually. I'll read. And I like getting status of companies. I do too. I like rich a lot. I do too though. He's fucking just wall, dude. I wouldn't want to fight him. Oh, no, God, even though he's not tall. No, he's he's wider than he is tall. Yeah, he makes for it. Yeah. No, he's definitely definitely could beat up five out of five of us.
He would choke Jeremy out, uh, dusky, he consented $1 rumble rant. More butthole, please. Okay. All right. Happy guy, three or four cent a $2 rumble rant that says how much to get Sean to drink again, more than $2 buddy. Uh, it's all I got for news buddy. Gideon optics said I didn't go to any parties last week in protest that WLS wasn't there. Well, I think that Gideon should bring WLS with them next year.
I wonder why Gideon Optics has a shot show 2024 on his profile picture when it should be 2025. It's a good point. Yeah, thanks. It's a good point. Zester says 338 base cartridge. Oh, they're talking about 338 instead of 0.350 cans.
Uh, well, yeah, I guess that's going to do it. Let's talk about our buddies over at Matador Arms. Uh, they had from all accounts, a really good shot show. Uh, we've got the extended barrel versions, extended handguard versions. We've got the, uh, statidor or the Stizatidor. I don't know. What are they going to call that? Let's look. Uh, they're working with stuff and things to do the bison on the mat nine upper. I still want that. Oh, dude. Yeah, I'm going to call it the statidor.
Call it the Kregrenator. They've also got the bullpup that they're going to do. They've got this. You know, I'd rather have the standard door. They've got the pissed. I want the bullpup and the statador. I just want to stand a door. OK, I'm three says it doesn't have a name yet. Call it whenever the fuck you want. OK, it's called the stat. Sties at a door. Sties at a door. Let's see. What does that look like?
Wait, what are you pointing at? I'm pointing it the bottom one, the, the bison Matador. It looks like something Boba Fett would carry. Yeah. It looks like something maybe Judge Dred would carry. We'll call it the peacemaker launcher. What, what'd you call it? Looks like a rope launcher, a rope launcher. That's what it looks like. It looks like it's got a flashlight on it and you're going to have sex, but blow your dick off at the same time. Yeah.
I like it. I think we'll call it. What's Judge Dred's gun name? The Peacemaker. Peacemaker. No, fuck it. OK, it's the Stizatador is the adjudicator. And that would be called Intribute to Aaron. No, we're just we named it right now. OK. And the OK, so the matter law giver, the law giver, that's what it is. OK, so the bullpup, then we're going to name it right now.
Bull pup matador mat nine is going to be the. Is there already a help up? Yeah. Yeah. About to hell hound hell hound. That that's the name right there. Hell hound. And then this pistol, which is like, it's going to be like a gen three glockish, but looks pretty damn cool. What do we call that? Gen three clock. No, I don't want to get sued.
Okay, we'll call it the rock. Oh, wait, I can't do that either. Wait, but it's mandatory arms. So what if we named all of these after fighting bulls? That is a great idea. Do you have a list of fighting bulls in front of you, Nick? No, I can get one.
Nick is going to look that up real quick. But yeah, these are these are awesome. So many cool things come in. And I bet that you'll be able to get plus they've got their the Glock mag lowers. I think MP5 mag lowers are either here or coming very soon. I see them on the wall. Yeah. Matador lots of cool things coming. Oh my God, look at the wood.
