Hi, my name is Dan Honan. I'm from Columbus, Ohio. I own a custom audio video and automation installation company. So my main focus for coming here was to learn from a business standpoint what it takes to run a business. I know how to do what I need to do, but I don't know how to go about getting more business and keeping customers and the kind of business tasks that a business owner needs to know.

Maybe all the people stand up and work. I'm not sure. There's usually some music in the background. There's phones ringing.
Just like the conference, it seems to be very, very much high energy, a lot of enthusiasm in the workplace here. Kind of seems like a fun place to work. I might want to work here if I didn't have so much fun in my own business. I think if you don't attend the conference, the biggest thing you're missing out on is the ability to grow your business.
