    • Politics and IdentityPolitics today intertwines with issues of race, identity, and controversial policies. Critics are often silenced by accusations, complicating discussions. The value of honest work versus corruption is highlighted, urging careful engagement with complex societal matters in an age where quick, superficial information dominates.

The conversation highlights the intricate relationship between politics, identity, and social issues, focusing on how certain politicians leverage their immigrant backgrounds to promote controversial policies like the Great Reset. It also discusses how opposing voices are often silenced through accusations of racism, making political discourse more challenging. The importance of thoughtful engagement and discernment in understanding these complex societal dynamics is emphasized, advocating for hard work and honesty over corruption and shortcuts in achieving success. This reflects a broader commentary on societal values and the impact of modern communication on attention spans and discussions around significant topics.

    • Racism and PrivilegeRacism and privilege are challenging issues often misrepresented, leading to division and resentment. Many feel disillusioned by politicians prioritizing identity over merit, with rising concerns about communities and immigration creating further tension.

Racism and privilege are complex issues in society, often misunderstood and misrepresented. Many feel that policies intended to promote diversity may inadvertently create divisions based on race and class. Some political figures appear more concerned with their identities than their abilities, leading to disappointment among those they are meant to represent. Accusations of racism are pervasive, but they can lead to resentment among different groups, especially if certain populations feel blamed for systemic issues. Additionally, as immigration increases, concerns arise about community safety and integration. Overall, these dynamics contribute to a challenging social landscape where dialogue is crucial, yet often drowned out by accusations and extreme views.

    • Corporate InfluenceMany believe societal changes are driven by corporations rather than grassroots movements, leading to division among communities. Politicians are viewed as instruments of larger agendas, undermining the true representation of diverse voices and creating distractions from genuine issues.

There is a belief that significant societal changes, like new legislation on issues such as trans rights, are heavily influenced by large corporations and institutions rather than grassroots movements. This shift often appears to create division among different racial and ethnic groups, with politicians, regardless of their background, serving more as instruments of larger agendas than as true representatives of their communities. Critics argue that this can lead to a lack of authentic diversity and meritocracy in representation. Rather than achieving true equality, the current focus on race and identity politics may act as a distraction, undermining the real concerns of people across all backgrounds. Institutions prioritize their agendas, often sidestepping genuine discussions around individual beliefs and values in pursuit of compliance with corporate narratives. Hence, some believe this trend reflects a broader strategy of manipulation and control rather than a sincere commitment to diversity or social justice.

    • Merit Over RaceEmphasizing merit over race is vital for true equity. Increasing diversity without addressing deeper societal issues does not foster genuine discussions or opportunities. Real progress comes from valuing individual capability and fostering honest dialogue.

Focus should be on merit and individual capability rather than race or ethnicity when discussing representation and opportunity. Many believe that simply increasing diversity in media and leadership doesn't address deeper societal issues like economic inequality or systemic corruption. It's crucial to encourage genuine diverse thoughts and opinions, rather than using superficial metrics to define diversity. This practice often stifles honest discussions about race and power structures. The aim shouldn't be to simply alter appearances, but to foster an environment where all voices can be heard and where real discussions about societal issues can happen without being labeled or dismissed. Individuals should be recognized for their skills and contributions, not their racial or ethnic backgrounds.

    • Erosion of TrustDistrust in doctors and educators is rising as they are seen prioritizing careers over patient and student welfare, leading to concerns about indoctrination in education and compromising trust in traditional guidance roles.

Many people feel a growing distrust in doctors and educators, as they believe these professionals have prioritized their careers and reputations over the well-being of their patients and students. This has led to a sense of betrayal among the public, who expect honesty and integrity from those in healthcare and education. Instead of providing a supportive learning environment, some educators are perceived as indoctrinating children with extreme views. This has caused parents to question the credibility of teachers, unlike in the past when teachers were seen as guiding figures. The emphasis on controversial topics in education has shifted focus from traditional learning to promoting specific ideologies, leaving families worried about their children's upbringing and understanding of the world. Ultimately, many believe that medicine and education should be about nurturing trust and responsible guidance rather than being platforms for ideological promotion.

    • Cultural ControlSociety is experiencing a rise in control through cultural indoctrination, where dissent is suppressed, and politicians align with powerful entities rather than the public, leading to a loss of personal freedoms and critical thought.

In recent times, there's been a noticeable shift in societal dynamics, with concepts like wokeness and cultural indoctrination entering institutions and workplaces. Many believe this parallels historical cultural revolutions, creating an environment where dissent is suppressed and people are controlled. Politicians appear to have lost touch with their constituents, aligning instead with powerful global organizations that prioritize their agendas over public welfare. This has led to a modern form of totalitarianism, as individuals who disagree with mainstream ideologies are quickly labeled and marginalized. People are encouraged to conform for job security and societal acceptance, leading to a loss of personal freedom and critical thought. Ultimately, there seems to be a collective realization that true change requires a united stance against oppressive governance, as echoed in Jefferson's notions of the rights of the people to overthrow a destructive government.

    • Polarized DiscourseToday's discourse is marked by polarization and self-censorship, limiting meaningful discussions on sensitive topics. Fear of backlash leads individuals to silence, fostering an environment where only certain views are accepted and intelligent debate is stifled.

In today's society, discourse around sensitive topics like politics and social justice has become heavily polarized. People who once stood against division are now engaging in name-calling and labeling others, reflecting a disturbing trend of self-censorship among those who fear backlash for expressing dissent. Many individuals feel compelled to remain silent rather than risk being labeled as 'anti' or 'apologist' for various causes. This state of affairs restricts meaningful conversation and creates an environment where only certain views are permissible, often leading to the erosion of rational debate and understanding. As a result, intelligent discourse has been stifled, making it difficult for individuals to discuss complex issues without facing severe social or professional consequences. People are increasingly avoiding discussions on important matters like the Israel-Palestine conflict or the Ukraine war out of fear for their reputations, ultimately hindering their ability to engage critically with significant global issues.

    • Governance and ComplianceGlobal governance is shifting towards authoritarianism, with recent lockdowns testing public compliance. Citizens must recognize the interconnectedness of global issues, as they directly affect their freedoms and rights.

The commentary highlights the alarming state of global governance and civil liberties, drawing parallels between historical events and recent societal changes during lockdowns. It suggests that people's complacency allowed authorities to test the limits of control over individuals. The interconnectedness of global issues, from vaccination policies to housing rights, shows that citizens must pay attention to government actions, as these decisions affect everyone. The rise of technocratic leadership signals a shift towards authoritarianism, where democracy appears merely perfunctory. Amidst this chaos, there remain positive elements from community building during lockdowns that should be nurtured to resist oppressive systems.

    • Community ReawakeningCommunity rallies against corporate control reveal discontent with conventional politics. People are urged to prioritize critical thinking over blind loyalty to leaders, fostering real change from the grassroots level. Understanding and unity are essential to combat tribalism and promote meaningful dialogue amid societal divisions.

Recent protests in the UK showed a powerful revival of community spirit, as diverse groups came together to stand against corporate control and defend individual rights. Many people are disillusioned with mainstream politics and no longer see traditional voting as the answer. There's a growing desire for critical thinking over blind allegiance to leaders, as many political figures promote division rather than unity. Real change, it seems, must come from grassroots movements, and everyone should take responsibility for their beliefs instead of relying on heroes. There’s concern that backers of various causes, whether against wokeness or in support of Palestine, can promote harmful ideologies while lacking true understanding. Ultimately, tribalism is dangerous, and the real power dynamics are overlooked amid the struggle for belonging. In this context, it’s important to recognize how communities can come together and how critical thought can help navigate complex issues without falling into polarizing traps.

    • Zionism and HumanityZionism's link to anti-Semitism is questioned, advocating for equal rights for all in one shared country. The conversation underscores the need for poetry as a means to reclaim humanity and foster understanding, especially in the context of oppression and conflict.

The conversation highlights the complexities surrounding Zionism and its connection to anti-Semitism. It argues that many Jews initially wanted to stay in Europe rather than move to Israel. The discourse shows concern over increasing hostility towards Jews based on actions by the Israeli state and emphasizes the need to separate Jewish identity from the politics of Zionism. It also discusses the psychological effects on Israeli soldiers and raises a fundamental solution for coexistence: one country with equal rights for everyone. Additionally, the importance of poetry is stressed, suggesting that engagement with the arts can reconnect society with its humanity and counter oppression. This talk sheds light on the impact of dehumanization in conflict and the importance of nurturing compassion and understanding through cultural expression.

    • Unity in DiversityCultures worldwide possess unique beauty, and we should unite rather than divide. Everyone fundamentally desires the same things, and recognizing this can help foster respect and understanding between different societies.

Every culture brings its own unique beauty to the world, and it's crucial to recognize the richness that each society, like the Chinese, Indian, and Persian, has to offer. We must understand that all people, regardless of their backgrounds or beliefs, fundamentally desire the same things in life. The division we feel is often fueled by those in power who want us to think of others as inferior. Instead of allowing this division to grow, we should strive for unity among all people, embracing our differences and celebrating our similarities. By fostering mutual respect and understanding, we can create a world where everyone feels valued and connected, moving past the narratives that seek to separate us. Let's remember this essential truth: we are stronger together and can achieve more when we work as one collective human family.

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: In this chat, I sit down with Dr Liz Evans to discuss why we need a medical freedom movement here in the UK, especially after everything we've seen during the COVID-19 pandemic. We talk about the ethical concerns around vaccine safety and informed consent. Liz opens up about her background as a former NHS doctor, her shift into complementary medicine, and how her Christian faith plays a huge role in her commitment to medical ethics. We also discuss how the UK Medical Freedom Alliance came to be and the worrying changes in public health legislation (Scotland, Canada, and now Northern Ireland) that could lead to government overreach. The conversation highlights why public resistance is so important and why we all need to take a stand. Ultimately, it's about fighting for a society that respects individual freedoms and upholds medical ethics. Ahmad x Links

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: THIS IS AN EXTREMELY IMPORTANT PODCAST - PLEASE COMPLETE THE CONSULTATION WHEREVER YOU ARE IN THE WORLD, AS EXPLAINED IN THE PODCAST, OR SEE MY SUBSTACK POST FOR GUIDANCE. OUR FUTURE AND THAT OF OUR LOVED ONES DEPENDS ON IT. Melissa is an independent researcher and investor. Last week, my friend Marianne Walsh brought a video posted on 22nd September 2024 to my attention. In it, Melissa Ciummei interviews Michael Brentnall, a Human Rights Solicitor. They discuss the proposed Northern Ireland Public Health Bill, which is out for public consultation. I’ve read the proposed Public Health Bill, and if it gets passed, it will be a complete and utter disaster for medical ethics, informed consent, bodily autonomy, and freedom. The Public Health Bill (Northern Ireland) consultation, with responses required by 14 October 2024, raises significant concerns about government overreach and the erosion of personal freedoms under the guise of public health protection. At a minimum, email phbt@health-ni.gov.uk and state in as many words as possible that this proposed Bill should be quashed as it violates medical ethics, bodily autonomy, informed consent, and freedoms and is gross government overreach. Much love Ahmad x Links

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Jack Wilkinson is a shopkeeper, entrepreneur, Doc Malik Podcast Supporter and a dear friend. In our conversation, we dive into various topics. Everything from the benefits of cold baths to the paywall controversy and why supporting content creators is so essential. We chat about the power of podcasts, and our favourite shows and even draw parallels with Nazi Germany, looking at the influence of big tech and media, how politics feels rigged, and whether voting makes a difference. We also touch on homelessness, poverty, and the state of cities like London and Brighton, where both issues are on the rise. There’s a thought-provoking discussion about whether revolutions are being engineered by the wealthy elite and the consequences of growing inequality. We highlight the need to be prepared for disruptions in the food supply and the benefits of diversifying where we get our food. Living closer to nature and the calming effects of being near the sea also come up. Later, we reflect on the pressure of being a podcast guest, the normalisation of war, and how the media manipulates narratives. We dig into the potential future of CBDCs (Central Bank Digital Currencies) and why building parallel economies and communities is essential. The key takeaway? Don’t just go along with the status quo. Think critically and create your own path. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

    #228 - Supporter Stories

FREEDOM - LIBERTY - HAPPINESS SUPPORT DOC MALIK To make sure you don't miss any episodes please subscribe to either:

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: For too long, the COVID 'plandemic' has been portrayed as a faceless entity, with the media primarily focusing on charts, graphs, and confusing statistics. Science was corrupted, people were manipulated on a global scale, and misleading numbers, along with statistical trickery, were used to misinform and control public perception. I’ve been deeply moved by the messages from my dedicated supporters, who represent diverse backgrounds from all over the world. I’ve received remarkable emails, spoken with brilliant individuals, and connected with many inspiring souls, learning so much in the process. Now, I want to give these people a voice. Everyone has a story worth sharing, and through the Supporter Stories podcast series, I aim to highlight their experiences. The first of the two guests is Dr Michael Taylor, who describes himself as a sceptical scientist with expertise in polymers. In this conversation with Michael, topics range from politics and Brexit to personal awakenings, education flaws, and the impact of COVID-19 and taxation on the self-employed. They discuss the disappointment with Brexit, the divisive nature of politics, the need for critical thinking, and the importance of transparency and honesty. The conversation also touches on community groups, financial struggles, health, and concludes with advice on listening, avoiding judgment, and living truthfully for a fulfilling life. My second guest is Deborah Holden, a small business owner. She owns a cafe and shop and rents two-holiday homes in the beautiful South Downs. In this chat, I share with Deborah my experience of starting a podcast and the challenges of learning new skills. I talk about how gratitude and forgiveness have played a big role in my life. Deborah jumps in with her perspective on feminism and young men's struggles today. Together, we discuss the power of humour and how important it is to balance the darker moments with light and positivity. We also discuss the importance of self-belief and discovering one's unique talent. The conversation wraps up with Deborah's words of wisdom: "Stay in the light. Be the light. Bring the light to others." I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Leigh is a Functional Medicine Practitioner, CHEK Faculty Instructor, Emotion Code Practitioner, author, and podcast host. With over 26 years of experience, he’s developed a holistic approach to health that has helped many clients where other methods failed. Leigh has studied under some of the top experts in the world, including Paul Chek and Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, and has been teaching at the renowned CHEK Institute since 2010, presenting in Europe, the U.S., and Australia. He’s also authored five health and fitness books and offers online education programs. In 2022, Leigh launched The Radical Health Rebel Podcast, breaking down health and wellness topics into easy-to-understand, actionable advice for listeners. Leigh brought me some gifts, and we had a great conversation about his latest book on eliminating adult acne. We then discussed Paul Chek and the Chek Institute, which takes this awesome holistic approach to health and wellness. We both agree on how vital it is to consider the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects when thinking about someone’s well-being. Everything’s connected. I shared some of my background, too—my journey in health and wellness, the work I do with clients, and how I’ve navigated the podcasting world. We both know how tough it can be to run a podcast, and we talked about the grind and the challenges of keeping up with it. One big theme was our frustration with the current medical system, especially the lack of critical thinking from so many doctors. We swapped stories from our experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially the pushback we got when we questioned the mainstream narrative. Leigh shared his wisdom on holistic health and his four-doctor coaching model, which revolves around happiness, rest, diet, and movement. He also talked about tapping into intuition and connecting with universal consciousness. We wrapped up with a great reminder to live each day fully and, most importantly, have fun. Enjoy the chat, folks. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Dan Astin Gregory is a podcaster and activist. He hosted the Pandemic Podcast and is now the host of the DAG podcast. In this conversation, Dan talks about his journey working in the corporate world for a large multinational bank, to a personal development and business coach, to a podcaster and activist. Dan and I dive into his journey from the corporate world to becoming a well-known content creator and activist. We chat about how his podcasting career has evolved, his impact on entrepreneurs, and his challenges while shifting from corporate life to coaching and personal development. We also get into the role of economics in understanding how society is structured, how the Pandemic Podcast came to be, and Dan’s activism—especially around initiatives like the Road to Geneva and the Free Humanity movement. As we continue, we explore the complexities behind global goals, the role of protests in activism, and why building solidarity within communities is so important. We also touch on the upcoming People's Reset Summit, focusing on how it’s all about finding solutions and empowering communities. Throughout the conversation, we highlight the need for diverse perspectives in the freedom movement and feature some key insights from speakers who will be part of the summit. Initially, I was sceptical of The People's Reset Conference, but my interest was piqued after three supporters (Jack, Jay, and Deborah) recommended that I attend. After speaking to Dan about the podcast, I decided I would like to attend. I was motivated when Dan explained that the event focuses on solutions rather than the problems we see worldwide today. I’ll be attending on Saturday, September 28th, and Sunday, September 29th, in Bath. If you want to attend, book tickets at the following link , and remember to give me a hug. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

The books are available as free PDFs from his website,  www.checktheevidence.com. In the memory of those who died on 9/11 and in the aftermath, to ensure their lives did not die in vain, we must not forget the evil that was committed. In this podcast, we discuss the impossibility of the official explanation for 9/11 and explore some of the alternative “conspiracy” views and their validity. Where did the towers go? Please look up Dr Judy Wood's website below and order a book from Andrew, again links below. The book by Dr Judy Wood is one of the best-referenced, researched books I have read. Full of pictures, illustrations, mathematics, and witness accounts, it is truly a work of art. Please order a copy from Andrew. Please read my Substack post for more information. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: James Delingpole is an English writer, journalist, and columnist who has written for several publications, including the Daily Mail, the Daily Express, The Times, The Daily Telegraph, and The Spectator. But he is now most well known for being host of the Delingpole podcast which he started in 2019. James studied at Oxford in the 1980s where he studied English and Literature. As early as 2009 James has been vocal about the Climate Change scam. In 2010 he gave a speech which you can watch on YouTube titled “Climategate and the War against Man, Bear, Pig.” James was also an early sceptic and critic of COVID-19, the lockdowns, mandates and the experimental jabs. It is not hyperbole when I say James’s podcast kept me sane through the COVID years for which he will never know how grateful and indebted to him I am. James doesn’t shy away from topics and goes places most people would avoid. As a journalist, I believe he is always seeking the truth and is now guided spiritually by his Christian faith. I was truly honoured to have James as a guest. He was one of the first people I reached out to over a year ago. This year he replied to me on X and here we are! I wish all journalists had the curiosity, open-mindedness and bravery that James has. Please read my Substack post for more information. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links
