    • Political AwakeningThe speakers share their experiences in politics and health, discussing the divisive nature of Brexit and societal challenges. They stress the importance of critical thinking and resilience in understanding political and health-related issues, encouraging discernment among listeners for a healthier society.

The conversation highlights the journey and struggles of individuals who engage in politics and health discussions. Both speakers share their experiences with political campaigns and their feelings about Brexit, emphasizing the divisive nature of politics and the challenges they faced from colleagues. They discuss how misinformation and public pressure affected their views and actions, demonstrating the importance of critical thinking and resilience in challenging times. Personal awakenings about political events also led them to rethink their beliefs and advocate for discernment among the public regarding health and societal issues, stressing that sharing personal insights can promote awareness and lead to healthier minds and communities.

    • Awakening AwarenessAwareness of societal issues has grown during the pandemic, leading to unsettling realizations about financial systems, personal rights, and the nature of government support, highlighting the need for resilience in facing these challenges.

People are becoming increasingly aware of the complexities and issues within society, especially during the pandemic. As individuals explore various topics like the reliability of the PCR test, financial systems, and personal rights, they often feel like they are uncovering hidden truths. This journey can be unsettling and challenging as it shifts their understanding of the world. Many who are self-employed and independent have found this awakening to be a harsher reality, especially when compared to those who benefited during the COVID era. Financial struggles and rising living costs are a common theme for many, as they question the fairness of the tax system and how money is allocated. This growth of awareness often leads to a desire for resilience, adaptability, and community support in navigating these unpredictable times, as ignorance may feel safer.

    • Cycle of ControlFrustration emerges from a system that allows the wealthy to plan for generations while ordinary people live paycheck to paycheck, yearning for change and hoping for a collapse of an unfair financial structure.

Many feel trapped in a system that prioritizes short-term survival over long-term planning, much like hamsters on a wheel. The conversation reflects frustration over financial constraints, limited resources, and a lack of awareness of larger societal issues. This perspective critiques how wealth is controlled by a powerful few, enabling them to plan generations ahead while the average person struggles just to make ends meet. There’s a looming worry about the financial world and a hope that the current system will collapse. People desire to break free from this cycle of debt and taxation, expressing the need for change in how society perceives wealth and financial security. They highlight the disconnect between the powerful and the common citizens, who often feel lost and without options. Such discussions reveal the deep anxiety and desire for a more equitable system that supports everyone rather than just the elite.

    • Skepticism in HealthMany people are questioning trusted systems, seeking alternative health practices, and emphasizing the need for critical thinking in evaluating information, especially amid overwhelming societal narratives.

In today's world, many people feel overwhelmed by information and are skeptical of mainstream views, especially regarding health and societal structures. Individuals are increasingly questioning what they have been taught, preferring to explore holistic health and alternative remedies rather than conventional medicine. There's a strong emphasis on using critical thinking to evaluate information and recognize biases in education. Additionally, the conversation highlights the importance of discerning truth amid the noise, especially when it concerns opinions shaped by academics who may lack overall critical thinking skills. Many are inspired to take charge of their health and wellbeing, suggesting a collective movement away from traditional systems they perceive as flawed or harmful. This journey towards personal health involves experimentation with diets and remedies, leading to a more individualized approach to wellness.

    • Empowerment Through HonestyResisting authority and valuing honesty fosters personal growth. Lifelong learning and open communication are essential for breaking down indoctrination and building trust. Empowering conversations outside mainstream narratives can lead to positive change.

People who resist blind obedience to authority often come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, making them more perceptive and honest. The speaker emphasizes the importance of breaking down indoctrinated education systems and advocates for open communication without judgment. They highlight the value of paying attention, listening to understand, and telling the truth without attachment to outcomes. Life experiences teach that change begins within, and embracing lifelong learning fosters growth. Ultimately, sharing knowledge through platforms like podcasts can empower individuals and facilitate meaningful conversations outside mainstream narratives. Recognizing and addressing personal traumas can also help people process their reactions to those who challenge the status quo, leading to a more informed and understanding society.

    • Navigating ChallengesYoung people, especially young men, face unique challenges today due to shifting societal norms and media portrayals. Family support and critical thinking are essential to navigate these complexities and build resilience amidst societal pressures.

Navigating today’s world can be challenging for young people, especially young men who may feel marginalized. Conversations reveal that the portrayal of gender roles in media and societal pressures can create a heavy burden. There’s a feeling that success requires extra effort, but staying informed and critical thinking are crucial. It's also about family support, as seen in a mother-son dynamic where they learn from each other. The impact of alternative media and social platforms plays a role in shaping perspectives, offering avenues for truth that many young people are now exploring. Ultimately, fostering resilience and understanding complex societal changes can help the younger generation thrive in a seemingly daunting environment.

    • Balance in LifeFinding balance between work and personal life is crucial, as is embracing gratitude and seeking support from others. Engaging in activities outside of work helps shift negativity into positivity, fostering personal growth and healing.

It's essential to find balance in life, especially when dealing with challenges and negativity. People often overlook the power of gratitude and the importance of asking for help. Embracing gratitude can shift your mindset and help you let go of past anger. It is equally valuable to engage with life outside work—whether it's spending time with family, reading for pleasure, or simply enjoying nature. When we make space for positivity and connection, we allow room for personal growth and healing. It's about integrating both the light and dark experiences to manifest a fulfilling life, while understanding that support from others is crucial. Recognizing those who care can empower you to move forward and reclaim joy, even amidst life's struggles.

    • Uplifting LightEmbrace positivity and humor to combat anxiety and foster connections with others. Everyone has unique talents to share, and by supporting one another, we create uplifting environments that help heal the collective struggle for belonging.

Creating a positive and uplifting environment is essential for both personal well-being and the success of a business. In times of confusion and anxiety, people crave spaces where they feel loved and accepted. Embracing light, humor, and self-belief allows individuals to overcome fear and inspire others, fostering connections and a sense of belonging. Everyone has unique talents and contributions to offer, and recognizing their potential can empower them to face challenges courageously. By staying focused on positivity and supporting one another, we help heal the collective struggle against anxiety and disconnection, leading to a brighter world. Ultimately, the message is clear: by being a beacon of light and encouragement, we not only uplift ourselves but also uplift those around us.

    • AppreciationExpressing gratitude for meaningful experiences and the people who enhance them enriches our lives. A beautiful setting can be the perfect place to acknowledge this.

There is a strong sense of appreciation and gratitude expressed by someone towards Deborah. The speaker highlights the beauty of a place, suggesting it holds special meaning or memories. Ending a journey in such a lovely place feels significant. By thanking Deborah, it emphasizes how her presence or contribution has positively impacted the experience. Acknowledging someone’s kindness or support creates a warm atmosphere, making it clear that the relationships we build along the way make experiences richer and more meaningful. Ending on a positive note indicates a fulfilling closure and cherishing moments that leave lasting impressions. Moments of gratitude can uplift spirits and strengthen connections between individuals.

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: In this chat, I sit down with Dr Liz Evans to discuss why we need a medical freedom movement here in the UK, especially after everything we've seen during the COVID-19 pandemic. We talk about the ethical concerns around vaccine safety and informed consent. Liz opens up about her background as a former NHS doctor, her shift into complementary medicine, and how her Christian faith plays a huge role in her commitment to medical ethics. We also discuss how the UK Medical Freedom Alliance came to be and the worrying changes in public health legislation (Scotland, Canada, and now Northern Ireland) that could lead to government overreach. The conversation highlights why public resistance is so important and why we all need to take a stand. Ultimately, it's about fighting for a society that respects individual freedoms and upholds medical ethics. Ahmad x Links

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: THIS IS AN EXTREMELY IMPORTANT PODCAST - PLEASE COMPLETE THE CONSULTATION WHEREVER YOU ARE IN THE WORLD, AS EXPLAINED IN THE PODCAST, OR SEE MY SUBSTACK POST FOR GUIDANCE. OUR FUTURE AND THAT OF OUR LOVED ONES DEPENDS ON IT. Melissa is an independent researcher and investor. Last week, my friend Marianne Walsh brought a video posted on 22nd September 2024 to my attention. In it, Melissa Ciummei interviews Michael Brentnall, a Human Rights Solicitor. They discuss the proposed Northern Ireland Public Health Bill, which is out for public consultation. I’ve read the proposed Public Health Bill, and if it gets passed, it will be a complete and utter disaster for medical ethics, informed consent, bodily autonomy, and freedom. The Public Health Bill (Northern Ireland) consultation, with responses required by 14 October 2024, raises significant concerns about government overreach and the erosion of personal freedoms under the guise of public health protection. At a minimum, email phbt@health-ni.gov.uk and state in as many words as possible that this proposed Bill should be quashed as it violates medical ethics, bodily autonomy, informed consent, and freedoms and is gross government overreach. Much love Ahmad x Links

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Jack Wilkinson is a shopkeeper, entrepreneur, Doc Malik Podcast Supporter and a dear friend. In our conversation, we dive into various topics. Everything from the benefits of cold baths to the paywall controversy and why supporting content creators is so essential. We chat about the power of podcasts, and our favourite shows and even draw parallels with Nazi Germany, looking at the influence of big tech and media, how politics feels rigged, and whether voting makes a difference. We also touch on homelessness, poverty, and the state of cities like London and Brighton, where both issues are on the rise. There’s a thought-provoking discussion about whether revolutions are being engineered by the wealthy elite and the consequences of growing inequality. We highlight the need to be prepared for disruptions in the food supply and the benefits of diversifying where we get our food. Living closer to nature and the calming effects of being near the sea also come up. Later, we reflect on the pressure of being a podcast guest, the normalisation of war, and how the media manipulates narratives. We dig into the potential future of CBDCs (Central Bank Digital Currencies) and why building parallel economies and communities is essential. The key takeaway? Don’t just go along with the status quo. Think critically and create your own path. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

    #228 - Supporter Stories

FREEDOM - LIBERTY - HAPPINESS SUPPORT DOC MALIK To make sure you don't miss any episodes please subscribe to either:

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: For too long, the COVID 'plandemic' has been portrayed as a faceless entity, with the media primarily focusing on charts, graphs, and confusing statistics. Science was corrupted, people were manipulated on a global scale, and misleading numbers, along with statistical trickery, were used to misinform and control public perception. I’ve been deeply moved by the messages from my dedicated supporters, who represent diverse backgrounds from all over the world. I’ve received remarkable emails, spoken with brilliant individuals, and connected with many inspiring souls, learning so much in the process. Now, I want to give these people a voice. Everyone has a story worth sharing, and through the Supporter Stories podcast series, I aim to highlight their experiences. The first of the two guests is Dr Michael Taylor, who describes himself as a sceptical scientist with expertise in polymers. In this conversation with Michael, topics range from politics and Brexit to personal awakenings, education flaws, and the impact of COVID-19 and taxation on the self-employed. They discuss the disappointment with Brexit, the divisive nature of politics, the need for critical thinking, and the importance of transparency and honesty. The conversation also touches on community groups, financial struggles, health, and concludes with advice on listening, avoiding judgment, and living truthfully for a fulfilling life. My second guest is Deborah Holden, a small business owner. She owns a cafe and shop and rents two-holiday homes in the beautiful South Downs. In this chat, I share with Deborah my experience of starting a podcast and the challenges of learning new skills. I talk about how gratitude and forgiveness have played a big role in my life. Deborah jumps in with her perspective on feminism and young men's struggles today. Together, we discuss the power of humour and how important it is to balance the darker moments with light and positivity. We also discuss the importance of self-belief and discovering one's unique talent. The conversation wraps up with Deborah's words of wisdom: "Stay in the light. Be the light. Bring the light to others." I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Leigh is a Functional Medicine Practitioner, CHEK Faculty Instructor, Emotion Code Practitioner, author, and podcast host. With over 26 years of experience, he’s developed a holistic approach to health that has helped many clients where other methods failed. Leigh has studied under some of the top experts in the world, including Paul Chek and Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, and has been teaching at the renowned CHEK Institute since 2010, presenting in Europe, the U.S., and Australia. He’s also authored five health and fitness books and offers online education programs. In 2022, Leigh launched The Radical Health Rebel Podcast, breaking down health and wellness topics into easy-to-understand, actionable advice for listeners. Leigh brought me some gifts, and we had a great conversation about his latest book on eliminating adult acne. We then discussed Paul Chek and the Chek Institute, which takes this awesome holistic approach to health and wellness. We both agree on how vital it is to consider the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects when thinking about someone’s well-being. Everything’s connected. I shared some of my background, too—my journey in health and wellness, the work I do with clients, and how I’ve navigated the podcasting world. We both know how tough it can be to run a podcast, and we talked about the grind and the challenges of keeping up with it. One big theme was our frustration with the current medical system, especially the lack of critical thinking from so many doctors. We swapped stories from our experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially the pushback we got when we questioned the mainstream narrative. Leigh shared his wisdom on holistic health and his four-doctor coaching model, which revolves around happiness, rest, diet, and movement. He also talked about tapping into intuition and connecting with universal consciousness. We wrapped up with a great reminder to live each day fully and, most importantly, have fun. Enjoy the chat, folks. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Dan Astin Gregory is a podcaster and activist. He hosted the Pandemic Podcast and is now the host of the DAG podcast. In this conversation, Dan talks about his journey working in the corporate world for a large multinational bank, to a personal development and business coach, to a podcaster and activist. Dan and I dive into his journey from the corporate world to becoming a well-known content creator and activist. We chat about how his podcasting career has evolved, his impact on entrepreneurs, and his challenges while shifting from corporate life to coaching and personal development. We also get into the role of economics in understanding how society is structured, how the Pandemic Podcast came to be, and Dan’s activism—especially around initiatives like the Road to Geneva and the Free Humanity movement. As we continue, we explore the complexities behind global goals, the role of protests in activism, and why building solidarity within communities is so important. We also touch on the upcoming People's Reset Summit, focusing on how it’s all about finding solutions and empowering communities. Throughout the conversation, we highlight the need for diverse perspectives in the freedom movement and feature some key insights from speakers who will be part of the summit. Initially, I was sceptical of The People's Reset Conference, but my interest was piqued after three supporters (Jack, Jay, and Deborah) recommended that I attend. After speaking to Dan about the podcast, I decided I would like to attend. I was motivated when Dan explained that the event focuses on solutions rather than the problems we see worldwide today. I’ll be attending on Saturday, September 28th, and Sunday, September 29th, in Bath. If you want to attend, book tickets at the following link , and remember to give me a hug. #223 - Andrew Johnson - Why What Happened On 9/11 Still Matters To This Day

ABOUT THIS CONVERSATION: Andrew Johnson grew up in Yorkshire, England and graduated from Lancaster University in 1986 with a degree in Computer Science and Physics. He worked in Software Engineering and Software Development, for about 20 years before becoming a technology tutor for the Open University in the UK. He became interested in “alternative knowledge” in 2003. In 2007 became familiar with the research of Dr Judy Wood into the destruction of the World Trade Centre complex on 9/11. He wrote 2 books about her research and he has written 5 other books on various topics including  Solar System Anomalies, the formation of the Earth, UFOs and the “Climate Change” or “Global Warming” scam. The books are available as free PDFs from his website,  www.checktheevidence.com. In the memory of those who died on 9/11 and in the aftermath, to ensure their lives did not die in vain, we must not forget the evil that was committed. In this podcast, we discuss the impossibility of the official explanation for 9/11 and explore some of the alternative “conspiracy” views and their validity. Where did the towers go? Please look up Dr Judy Wood's website below and order a book from Andrew, again links below. The book by Dr Judy Wood is one of the best-referenced, researched books I have read. Full of pictures, illustrations, mathematics, and witness accounts, it is truly a work of art. Please order a copy from Andrew. Please read my Substack post for more information. But he is now most well known for being host of the Delingpole podcast which he started in 2019. James studied at Oxford in the 1980s where he studied English and Literature. As early as 2009 James has been vocal about the Climate Change scam. In 2010 he gave a speech which you can watch on YouTube titled “Climategate and the War against Man, Bear, Pig.” James was also an early sceptic and critic of COVID-19, the lockdowns, mandates and the experimental jabs. It is not hyperbole when I say James’s podcast kept me sane through the COVID years for which he will never know how grateful and indebted to him I am. James doesn’t shy away from topics and goes places most people would avoid. As a journalist, I believe he is always seeking the truth and is now guided spiritually by his Christian faith. I was truly honoured to have James as a guest. He was one of the first people I reached out to over a year ago. This year he replied to me on X and here we are! I wish all journalists had the curiosity, open-mindedness and bravery that James has. Please read my Substack post for more information. I hope you enjoy the episode. Much love Ahmad x Links
