Ding, ding, ding! It's that time of year where I get to ring the bell. I am now your host for the day. The one, the only, as Jason Tardick says, the curious Canadian, the voice of the viewer. And today's episode of Trading Secrets. My guest is Jason Tardick, the Buffalo-born corporate banker, key bank, the second runner-up on Becca's season of The Bachelorette. And after a stint on TV, Jason moved from Seattle to Nashville for his girlfriend at the time.
And almost did it again this year to Florida. He's most known for two extremely public breakups. He's a two time New York Times bestseller. Actually, he's not. But in my heart, he is. Those books were great. And he is their rewired talent agency, co-founder and CEO. Ladies and gentlemen, it's the one it's the only it's all of our favorites. It's Jason Tardik. Welcome to the show. Welcome to the show.
Oh, he's bubbling all over the floor. We're making a mess of the studio here. Clean this shit up. This is a very good depiction of 2024, a straight mess. Good, but a straight mess.
So we just pop champagne. We're sitting here in Buffalo, New York. It's JTA 2024. Hopefully your favorite episode of the year. I know it's our favorite episode of the year on the drive up from Buffalo to Rochester. I was listening back to last year's JTA. I was at home in front of a ring light. We were doing it on zoom. The best, the best that we could. You know, when you hear your voice and I was nervous, like I, I, I get why people get nervous in the hot seat, but I was nervous as a host. You know, I want to do a good job for the people, but man, is it so much better being here in person futures?
You did a great job last year hosting. Are you nervous at all this year? No, I'm a seasoned vet. So if you are a new listener to trading secrets, you might be wondering what the hell JTA is. We'll let none other than Jason himself give you a little background of the purpose of why we do our favorite episode of the year, the JTA.
All right. So we started this podcast where like it's got to be different. We can't be like every other podcast out there. So I think it's like pop culture meets money. We have athletes on comedians, industry experts. You know, this past year we had one of my favorite episodes was CEO of Raising Cane's 9.2 billion dollar net worth selling chicken tenders. And we explore the dollars and cents behind what they do and how they do it. We want to know where they made money.
Where they lost money, career navigation, all the stories, the shit we just weren't taught in the school system that can help us as we navigate our lives. And so the purpose of this episode is not to boast or brag, is not to flex or feel good. It is to really talk about when we look back at the last year.
What did it look like? What learning lessons are there? And through the numbers and through the storytelling, what can we all do to improve what's next for 2025? And specifically, what can I do? Because let me tell you, it has been a turbulent 2023 and 2024.
That is exactly why we do it. But the reason that I do it is so that the listeners at home who tune in for our great guests, but also tune in for our host, Jason Tartak. We've all grown to know and love. So I can dig some things out of you that you're wondering and wanting to know about personally, professionally and financially.
We're going to get into those three categories in an order that I will decide. You decide. You're running the show. You're the host. And I would also say that if I had to pick five people in the world that are able to get information out of me, you're definitely in the top five list. And that's without champagne. So we're feeling pretty good about that. I just want to set the table. Listen, before we got here, Jason passed me his phone. I didn't say, here are all the questions that I got from the question box that I asked my followers to ask me on the podcast today.
at the end of this podcast is I'm going to do money mafia question roulette. Okay. And I'm going to take Jason's phone. Oh boy. And I'm going to slide. I'm going to blindly put my finger on a question and I'm going to ask them. And majority of the questions are about your past relationships, as I mentioned in the intro. So if that doesn't make you start sweating, just drink up a little bit. I'm sweating. But we will get there at the end because I'm sure
majority will rule in the roulette that I do that those will come up. But I will ask Jason some questions about his past relationships as I have. So we're going to learn all about that. We're going to learn in the direction of the podcast is going. We're going to hear about how the talent agency is doing. We're going to dive into all his information financially and professionally and we're going to get this thing kicked off if you're ready to go. Let's
Let's kick it off. GTA 2024 off the hot start. So before I get into those three silos categories, I got to bring it back to last year at this very time. Okay. When I repeated your prediction for 2023 on JTA 2022, your jaw was on the floor. We had talked about the highest of highs. You said you were going to experience the craziest of lows, twists and turns and life lessons. And obviously
that came to be true in 2023. Now for a refresher for anyone that hasn't been with us the whole way 2023 started off great mid 2023 failed engagement after four and a half years and a lot of mayhem. So apparently that was in the predictor settings. What did I say 2024? Do you remember before I asked you? Do you remember? Not really. Right. So it was a lot longer, but I'm going to give it to you because I want your honest gut reaction. If you don't remember and I haven't showed you this,
So this is exactly what I predicted 2024 would look like. This is your teaser, your trailer. It's your 2024. I'm going to try and do it in the Jason Tucker voice, but I might not be able to.
2024 is going to be spontaneous as all hell. It's going to be impulsive and off the cup. Less strategic and more just go and do. I think you're going to see a much more careless Jason, just like fuck it and let's go. The way I'm looking at this here, I want kids. I want a family. I want to be married. I hope that is coming soon. As a result of that, I also recognize I'm in a really, really, really unique place. At 35 years old, I have a couple of bucks on my belt and have the freedom of my career to go where I want, how I want,
and when i want and i recognize and literally hope and pray that i don't have this window to do what i want how i want when i want for so long because hopefully i have much more responsibility and priorities in my life so i'm going to treat this year just like that i'm gonna say hopefully this is one of my last years of my life that i have the freedom or truly the only priority in my life is me it's going to be go rip it and grip it
new things get out there, take chances, don't be afraid of failure, care less about what people think the one image I think of is just riding a wave. And I think 2024 is going to be quite the wave. So Jason, after hearing all that, I'm sure I'm sure you have a little bit of flashbacks of memories of all those things where it hits in your life. How accurate.
Like we were in this like high, like we're here, we're popping champagne, we're feeling good, we're in a studio for the first time. That synopsis, it like made my heart drop into my stomach because it was a little sad, honestly, because all those things I wanted were on the trajectory of happening and then it's all, it's all went away. And now it's kind of like all the things I predicted happened and we're on the path to be. And now as we look in January,
I'm right back where I started. I almost like shed a tear at that, honestly. So it was like sad hearing that back. When I'm writing this down, I knew that you would react this way because
It's all so real and true. I feel like I could copy paste it for 2025. But when you hear that back, is it fair to say that a lot of this is just surrounded around the relationship that you had in 2024? Is that fair to say or is there a lot? When you hear that back, is there a lot of business things? There's a lot of professional things, a lot of financial things, or is it more the personal side of things that you feel the weight of that?
No, it's a personal things. It's when I was like, I want to be married with kids and I have a couple bucks. I have flexibility and freedom to do what I want, but I don't want that freedom to be much longer. It makes me sad because it's like, I'm back at the point now where I actually think I'm like three steps behind where I was. I wanted that and I had that.
and was on the path for that. And then now I feel like I'm further from that today than I was in January 2024 when I had no idea what was coming. And like that makes me sad, honestly. I'll just say from my point of view, hearing this kind of teaser trailer for 2024 and obviously being with you every step of the way through it,
I was just as shocked as you were. I think of how it played out. I got the opportunity to spend a lot of time, well, not a lot of time, but I don't get to spend a lot of time with you anyways. And the fact that I got to spend time with you multiple times, you guys together in Chicago and then had you guys to our place in Orlando for a weekend and
It was like seeing it firsthand. It was not twisted like for salt on the wound, but it was as real as it gets. You guys talk about your future and the way that she was connecting with my wife with Ashley and that we were all connecting together. It's everything that we always wanted for you. You know, as a friend, you ride or die with your friend and as you're going through those hard times and trying to get over.
You know, heartbreak, you want to stand by those person and support them as much as you can. But as soon as we would hang up the phone, I would always be like, I can't believe he's actually having to go through this right now. Like it was just such a shock for me. And I think for those that were close to you, and I'm sure for you, like that was the hardest part of your 2024.
Yeah, I mean, it's not even like really a discussion like it was. Yeah, it was very is very real. It happened quick. It happened fast. Obviously, you saw things behind the scenes. It was unexpected. And yeah, that was really, really hard. It was that the like month of like just before the breakup and then after
That was probably like one of the hardest months of my life because it was, it was so abrupt and it was so unexpected. And it was then what I was hearing, like these things I'm hearing publicly about speculation of what happened. And I'm just like sitting in my house, like pulling my hair out, like you got to be kidding me. It was a, that was like a really
tough month. Yeah. Really, really, really hard month. And for those listening, I was still in a huge cat fan. I think that she's a great person. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I think for me, and if...
Yeah, I would say that if she was listening to this too, like I am and will be. And I was just really sad as a friend that you guys don't work out because your teaser and prediction for what 2024 was going to be, knowing that's what you want and knowing you so well and seeing you guys together, it was there and it was tough to see you go through that. So I think just to that point, obviously, I know a lot of the questions that came in were about. Yeah. And we'll get there and we'll get to them. This is JTA. But I'll just like say this, like I think to your point,
The sad thing about being in public breakups, which now I've been into, is that immediately what people want to do is they want to know why and they want to point the finger. Yeah. And they want to take sides and pin the people against each other. And everyone goes through breakups.
And like you said, she's great. And it is what it is and breakups happen. And this is why you date. And if you have a sudden change of heart, she's not the blame for that. That's okay. And it's really no one's business, what happened. But I will say, I've just seen every rumor out there, none of them are accurate. You put a gun to my head, I would never, ever, ever be disloyal to her. I have a ton of respect and care for her.
100%. Well, we are, we are not, we are unfortunately not in here. I was going to sit here. Would it be five minutes in or are you getting through it? Well, cheers. Cheers to you. And we know it was hard for you. We come a long way. No, seeing you move on from it. Yeah. You seem like you're, you know, better and better every month or more back to
You know, the person that I know and that we all know and love and I'm giving you the floor. Yeah. To give your trailer for 2025. 2025. Yeah, I think it's like it's good that we talk about these things is you have to reflect on them. You have to discuss them. You know, it happened quick. It happened fast. I would say this like by October, I knew the reality of what it was. And now it's by October, November, December, it's January. I get it. I've grieved it. I've gone through it.
I understand it. I honor what was, I honor what is, and I'm excited. I'm like so excited about what's next. This year, here's my production. Okay, here we go. 2025, let me tell you, it is going to be a twister. Okay, we know Wicked right now, like is the show.
Think about Wizard of Oz, Dorothy, the house gets blown up. They're like spinning around and then they land and it all works out like where it's a man that killed a witch. There's all this stuff. I think my life is going to be an absolute twister in 2025.
I don't know next year where I'm going to live. It's not going to be Nashville. I think if you take a snapshot right now, this is Jason's life today, January 2025, January 2026, none of it looks the same. Okay. Location, things going on. What's happening in my life? Like it is going to be a twister.
And then all the dust is going to settle, come like my guess is like September, October. And it's going to be great. Okay. I think 2025 is going to be the, the like most insane year of my life. I, you say that with a smile on your face. So I am ready for this. Like I'm ready to be. I think there's two reasons why. Okay. And I'm getting a shout out Mel Roberts. Okay.
One, part of this conversation, put the sword down. I have a lot of resentment built up. The one therapy about it, because of previous relationships, things that were said that I never like got to like name what I was feeling. Right. Swords down. Yeah. I respect both of those relationships. I care so much about both of them. And even though there are things that happen that I don't love or am appreciative of, it's okay. Like it's okay. So put the sword down. And two is let them. Like I've just learned, especially this past year,
As you grow like it's like your social media girls and all these things grow there's more noise more hate there's more bullshit. I just this year whenever i just don't care i know i have people that really support me i know i have people that hate me. I don't care i just like it is what it is this is who i am like if you don't like it whatever i don't care i'm sorry like it is what it is is who i am and that's why this.
teaser for 20 June, the four were so accurate. Cause you said, go out there, take chances. Don't be afraid to fail or care less about what people think. I did that. And as a result of that, I got more people that like became stronger followers and bigger and I got people that become bigger haters.
So we are going to get into all the things that you said, your growth, your monetary value, how all this is impacted your business. We're ramping it up. One of the themes for JTA 2024 is following up on a lot of the things that you did. You said you were going to do in 2024. Okay. So we are guilty on this podcast of maybe saying things in a recap.
No, we're going to do. Maybe we're going to follow up on like your crypto portfolio. I actually talked to my mother about that yesterday, right? Or that the power of positivity that we didn't follow up on that or, you know, there's a bunch of things that we've, you know, we at least were accountable for it. But I'm going to make Jay follow up on a couple of things that he said in JT 2023 for 24 to see if they came true. The first thing that I got is you said, you wanted to try some hobbies in 2023 that turn into professions, right?
Hosting TV, dance lessons, boxing, jiu-jitsu, acting lessons, piano lessons, more in the speaking space, owning a non-sexy Brit-mortar business. Any of those happen? Okay. I invested in a restaurant. That was kind of cool. Not the best idea, but we'll see how it goes. I don't even know what it will do yet. Comes out this year. Vests it in a Broadway show. See how that goes. I took one acting class.
Okay, it's just fascinating. That's it though. One is unbelievable. I did two classes in jujitsu. I did two classes in jujitsu. I'm impressed with all of the things the Vegas odds of things you definitely did not try jujitsu. It's like it's a grind. I like it though. I might do more of it.
Okay, but the problem is my priorities changed in 2024 for the people that I was with and my work as life all those things like a list Yeah, and most of those things fell through now is on a TV show Tyler Cameron show I did a ton of TV stuff with a good more America We did Jennifer Hudson we do GMA 3 we did Forbes we did CNN we did Fox did a ton of TV stuff But a lot of those things are like hobbies turning to careers. I didn't do okay
I got one more question on the deep end before I get into the professional where you would be a little more comfortable. It's a very broad one. I think it's important. As we're on this talk, we've kind of led to it. If you could change one thing about your year, what would it be? And you can be as candid as possible. This was my year that I lost a lot of trust in people's words. I gave too many people, too much trust.
early on without proving it with acts and I got burned and I got burned this year harder than I ever got burned with things like that. Is there a professional take on that too?
Yeah. Yeah. I'm not surprised by that in terms of this because I feel like you've always been someone who's given benefit of the doubt to people and you're always trying to do right by everybody and sometimes it burns you so that makes sense. So that's a very valid statement for what we would change. Burned with words this year. What a life lesson. I would be told things and then the opposite would happen. I set it up to Ashley Gerspott because I just couldn't, I couldn't believe it.
As a result of that, I feel like I don't trust one word. I hear anymore. Can I drill down on that? If the listeners at home are on the edge of their seat, like I would be on the edge of my seat, if I could move, can you give me an example of that?
See, if he's silent, guys, I am doing my absolute job here as host of JTA 2024. I don't want to get into the, I don't want to get into the specific examples. That's fine. All right. Well, you know what, money mafia roulette question or that will probably make you get into the example. So.
With a new year comes new opportunity to reimagine ourselves. And more importantly, our wardrobes. This year, I am taking a whole new fresh look with quality pieces and trying to stay on budget. That's why I can rely on quince. So I think everyone needs quince's Mongolian cashmere sweaters. Those are incredible from just 50 bucks.
and there's no better workout motivation than some new active gear, which you can get on quince as well. So quince only works with factories that use safe and ethical and responsible manufacturing practices. They're able to reduce costs by partnering directly with those top factories, cutting out the cost of the middleman, and then passing that savings on to you.
So upgrade your closet this year. Without the upgraded price tag, just go to quince.com slash trading secrets for 365 day returns plus free shipping on your order. That is q-u-i-n-c-e.com slash trading secrets and that will get you free shipping and 365 day returns. Quince.com slash trading secrets.
We are now. Thank you, Jason, for that. Grab the bottle of champagne, refill it. We are moving into the professional silo. We are really going to focus on two main things, the professional silo. We're going to focus on the podcast and we're going to focus on the talent agency. And for those of you who are listening, obviously your fans and listening at the podcast. So we hope that you find these interesting, really quick. I always do the Spotify wrap takeaway. So I'm going to rifle those off really quick.
61% new listeners, 28% increase in overall listeners, a 47% increase in followers. We were in 105 countries last year, 114 countries this year. So we got nine new countries on the map. Welcome to training secrets, those new nine new countries. And my favorite Spotify rap is mama Kaluch, episode number 200, the number one most commented episode that we had across all platforms.
Any quick overview response to the numbers there? When I just hear the countries, it blows my mind. I'm like, how is it actually possible? Couldn't even name 114. Yeah. Could you name 14? I'm well seasoned. I got some standards like that. Where's this kid?
But no, it was a great year. It was a fun year. We had some unbelievable guests and we got to take that momentum to this year. I'm blown away by those numbers. It's so funny because we do this. We do the JTA every year. Yeah. And for like, since 2022, in the back of my head, I'm like, we're not going to make it to next year. No, we're not. Like, there's not, like, I didn't think there would be a JTA going into 2025. So, hey, we're still here and I'll be honest. I don't think there's going to be a JTA next year, but like,
We'll see what we have. We throw this spaghetti enough times. One of them is going to stick. And that's just what we're doing every week. But one thing that we should be proud of is we still in four and a half years of doing this have never skipped a Monday. Never. We've never. Never. It's not one Monday. Never. We haven't. I've sometimes had to hop in on the ad reads. Sometimes we're not able to do the recaps, but we have never, ever skipped a Monday. And that's something we should be really proud of. Two by the time this comes out, probably 220 episodes and not one Monday every month.
One of the things that the Spotify Wrapped has a little disappointed in was the detail and almost like presentation of it. I know maybe the people at home who get it for their Spotify music. And I was told it's because AI completely took over and presenting and collecting the information for Spotify Wrapped.
A.I. Scary. It's a scary thing. I don't know anything about it. Maybe I should. If I did, I'd probably get my crypto out because I feel like in a way they're correlated. Have you experienced A.I. in your life business professionally, personally, in a positive way or a negative way? Positive. I use it every day. Really? I use it every day.
Tell me more. I use it for everything. I use it to write my emails. I use it for research. I use it for automation, forecasting budget. I use it for this year. We're testing right now an AI tool in which we take this YouTube video. We put it in the AI tool and it will cut 10 clips they think are viral. Yeah. AI literally can take things that would take human capital two to three hours and be done in 10 minutes, 10 seconds sometimes. Am I Kodak right now?
your Kodak. I'm just stuck in your thinking film film. Now, here's the problem. Okay. The problem when it comes to reaching or talking about the creator business. Yeah. You're going to get creators, not even influencers. You're going to get hosts. You're going to get everything that are like AI individuals. And they're going to be better than I am. They're going to be better than anyone's out there at connecting, at being vulnerable, at saying the right things because they're going to know what's viral because they're getting so much information. And there was going to be a point where Gen Alpha and the kids of today are following AI robots.
They're engaging with ai robots. They're not engaging with people anymore because those ai robots are going to be able to give them more than what a human can. It's not happening yet, but it's on its way and it's coming. Yeah, it's crazy right now. I might have to move on from this topic. Yeah. He be GB. Okay. When I hear about it. Go next. The fact that you're using it is great. Using it every day. Okay.
We are truly oil and vinegar. Sometimes it's oil and water and oil. Jesus Christ. Maybe I'm thinking of the bread. It's 2025. This is why it works. I'm hungry. So let's move on to the top episodes from the podcast in 2024. Do you know them off by hire? Can you give them a shot? Maybe say top five. I don't have a God when it was a good one. Six. Nick Valle was a good one. Three.
Uh, what else? What do you got? Justin Susie, number one, okay? Justin and Susie, number one, Jenna Johnson, number two, Nick Viall, number three, Savannah Chrisley, number four, Joey and Kelsey, number five, Hannah Godwin, number six, JTA.
2023 number seven. Now, I want to let everyone know this is when you can find YouTube views and downloads. The number one audio download was Hannah Godwin. But when you put in the YouTube views, which for business perspective, when we're pitching to podcast advertisers, they want to know the downloads of audio and YouTube views. And that's what is considered.
You know or do you have a guess of what the number one Justin Suzy episode did for views? I'm going to guess 120,000. 162,380, which is almost double. Now what's crazy is like our clips on social media for those episodes will do like two to three million impressions. But the listener of an audio because it's long form, the value is so much more significant than a 20 second clip. Just like to give anybody like the business side of it.
One thing maybe we're not so proud of, but I am proud that we tried it, is we did try two episodes a week. We did. We gave it a go. Yeah, we gave it a really good shot. Talk about that a little bit. What did you like? What did you didn't like? Did it help or hurt downloads? Did it help or hurt our rate of ads? Did it help or hurt revenue? It helped with downloads because we got more downloads per month. It helped with revenue because we had more places to cycle in ad spots. Where it hurt was identity.
Like our podcast had a very, very strong identity. It still does. But we got a little lost with what's the difference between Tuesday, Tuesday, Monday when people are listening. What are they listening to? We got a little inconsistent with it. Two episodes a week for a podcast that does it unbelievable. It is, you know, Nick Vile has three a week. It is unbelievably hard. And if you're going to do it, you have to be so dialed in with exactly what you're doing and you have to have infrastructure.
Right now, I just didn't have the time to do it. I'm glad we did it. It was fun to do it, but we're going to stick to one a week until further notice. My last question is, would you ever try it again? Possibly, but the problem is we're not covering day to day news. Right. So it's not like we walk in and we have topics of trends and we're talking about what we think about those.
We're taking high profile people which are very hard to track down, sitting with them one on one with a full studio and talking about what they make, how they make it, where they are, how they got to where they are. You can't do that every day. If we started to move to a pop culture podcast or a finance podcast where we're taking what's hot in the news that day and giving opinions, we could do it five times a day.
Some of the issues are logistics and actual the topics that we're covering. Can I, I'm going to bring up, not can I, I can do whatever I want. I'm the host of the show right now. It's your rules. We have discussed, and I would love to get the people's at home's opinion on this, we have discussed the recaps, right? My involvement, my personal involvement in the podcast, we have discussed.
Changing the recaps into maybe getting rid of the recaps instead of the recaps adding a once a month episode so you get three guests and then you get the one episode in full form just like today of just Jason and I yeah and it would be very much.
Think JTA, but not so numbers-based and more, just like two guys talking, updating you guys about J's life, talking personally, professionally, and financially about his life. And as we all want, getting him to open up a little more. We've talked about doing that. It's ebbs and flows, because I think people really like the recaps. So talk through that a little bit and how you see that in terms of maybe my involvement, our involvement, and ideas that we might have for 2025.
For efficiency, it would be better to take the recap and just do one episode a month of you and I bantering about the episodes and what we're doing. We did hear some comments that people didn't want that. So we're trying to figure out what the best thing is for the show as we continue to make the main episode, of course, the main entree. Another thing we're thinking is like, do we once a month bring in? I would love to get a woman's perspective for this podcast. So do we bring in the third person? Do we do one episode where it's just me, you and one other person?
Do we continue to recap? Who is that person? So what I'll ask you guys to go give us five stars. Let us know. Do we take the three recaps and just make it one episode with David and I bantering? Do we keep the recap? And if we were to add a woman personality onto the show, who do you think it would be? Give us five stars. Let us know.
All right. We are in the rapid fire section of podcast related questions. I say rapid fire. I want like 10 seconds or less. Go. Total podcast revenue 2024. It was around 400 grand. Okay. So that's up about 12%. What guest would you like to see in 2025? We're in Buffalo. So I want Josh Allen. Yes. I would love to do a full circle moment back with Hannah burner who has absolutely murdered it from the first time we had her on. Yes.
I would love a dream would be to have Dwayne Johnson on. Wow. I mean, I just, I don't know, man. I'm like, I'm like fumbling right now. That's good. Those are three really good ones. I'm going to, we talked about this Spencer Pratt Spencer and Heidi. We could have Spencer Pratt. I think he's really interesting and shout out thoughts and prayers to all the people affected by the wildfires in LA. Yeah. He's been very vulnerable with his own comedic flair through it all. Just kind of like
Self-deprecating is his brand. I would love to have them on to hear about their businesses and now the current state of their life. I love that. That's a good one. What is one goal you have for the podcast in 2025? Let's do a live show. Thank you. We don't fall through on a lot of things. Yeah. Can we promise that if we don't do any live shows, JTA is live.
Yeah. The reason we didn't do a live show last time is because we did the book tour, which was eight cities, eight stops, which were eight live shows. And we sold all those out. So we're going to do a live show this year. Okay. This summer, it done. Okay. Will you be podcasting in five years? Again, pauses are great. Pause is good for me. Pause is followed by sips of champagne or even better for me. Yes. Okay. Love it. But what is your end game of podcasting?
I think what platform people are using their voice is going to change. Podcasting is just a platform that people use their voice. And so I think the endgame is just continuing to use my voice, whatever that is. This week, we're going Monday morning, flying out to New York Stock Exchange to talk about the TikTok band. Then right after that, we're going on Fox talking about personal finance tips.
Later in the week, we're doing a career navigation on an ABC show. So it's continuing to use your voice. And so I think the end game is whatever it might be to use my voice and whatever platform it is on the subject matter that's important to me. What percent of time does the podcast take in your life?
A week to week basis, I'd say 12%. What's the number one ROI for you about doing the podcast? The people that come on the network and then the deals that come that are because I have a top 30 basis podcast, right? Like we got a great Capital One deal and that was from the book.
and the business podcast, because that's part of my brand now, right? TurboTax, huge deals this past year, love working with Intuit QuickBooks. That is from the brand that comes from being a top 30 business podcast host. So that is the most, that's the biggest ROI, is having a tool that creates a brand that allows for other opportunities, if that makes sense. It does make sense. Speaking at Keller Williams headquarters, like are there in their annual review or proctoring gambles headquarters and all their CMOs,
part of the reason on my credentials is that I'm a podcast business hub. Right. So yeah, that's the best part. Big time ROI there. Other than connecting with you every week, which is phenomenal. Let me tell you, you said that in 2024, you wanted to be more vulnerable, share your personal life now that you were single. People want you to open up more and get more perspective from them. Did you do a good enough job of that in 2024?
I wasn't single for long in 2024. I did that. I thought I did that well with my actual relationship. And obviously that came back to bite me a little bit. Are we going to continue that theme and mantra for 2025? I'm going to go on the record and say no. Oh, come on. I'm going to try to peel it out of you.
All right. Peel it out of me. I've just gotten so burned opening it all up. Yeah. But the reason I felt safe so much opening so much is because I felt so strong. Yes. And I felt so safe. Right. Until I didn't feel safe. And that was like that. Correct. Now, that was more your own social media, not necessarily the podcast.
Both probably. I would say both. If we go once a month, we're going to get in the little weeds a little more. Last question on the podcast that I have for you in JTA 2023, you gave your talent agency a letter grade of F minus for selling into the podcast ads. You said the rest of 2024 is going to be a focus. Did the agency sell better into the podcast? What letter grade would you give the agency for selling into the podcast? Evan, I hope you are listening to this. So we're going to give this letter.
A C plus B minus. They sold them a little bit, not as much sound like, but they sold them a little bit. They're doing much more package deals now. When you ask me about my end game for podcasting, the dream would be to build a studio and then build an actual network and exit a network with the agency.
on all the pillars, that would be the end goal. The more I'm seeing about podcasting, it's becoming so oversaturated and I'm seeing people are monetizing in different ways and better ways than just the audio ads. And so I don't know if a network would be the right play right now. And look at this guy talking about building a network to pair with the agency to sell it off as we transition into rewired talent agency questions for JTA 2024. Okay.
Rewire talent agency, gross revenue, 2024. And just for the viewers at home, we've done this every year since the talent agency started two and a half million, 2022, 2023. You said you crushed your revenue goals and you're at four and a half to five million. Where are you at 2024? We more than tripled.
It's an eight figure business now. Wow. Yeah. Okay. See is ripping. Congratulations. Cheers to that. Cheers. It was a great year. We grew significantly this year. Well, we love to celebrate success on this podcast with our guests. You are my guests. So congratulations for that. I love that. So you heard it their first eight figure business. Now, you obviously say this. What I'm most proud of is what we're doing.
Yes, we're working with people at all different levels. We're going with big A-list celebrities, A-list actors. We're working with unscripted stars, but we're doing different deals. We're going with Fortune 100, Fortune 500 companies. We just booked a subway commercial for a very well-known personality. We're doing things that are different from the people that were competitors two, three years ago who are no longer competitors to us.
Right. That is awesome. And most of the people that you work with are influencers, would you say, or what percentage are influencers? It's all over. I mean, so like in the world of this space now, like the word influencers, like we don't say it anymore. Yeah, creators. Sorry.
So let me ask you. I would say our creators are probably like 50% and the other 50% are like, we're working because we're boutique in the fact that we're an agency and talent management company. So like we'll do a deal with people that you see on TV right now commenting for the NFL playoffs.
through their agents. Okay. So we'll source an opportunity, go to their agents. Their agents are happy because the opportunity came to them and then they'll do the deal with the end talent. So it's very unique hybrid right now, which is fun. How has influencer marketing changed in your opinion from starting the agency in 2022 to now in 2025?
I mean, the market cap, the business side of the influencer space, the creator space has grown significantly. The amount of dollars that are going into this space are huge, and it's strictly because of the business side of it. Forever listening, there's the business side of it has changed significantly because it's just a distribution channel, right? You just think about a billboard on the side of the road. A billboard is going to be priced based on how many people and what the demographic is of those people and where it is are looking at the billboard.
Everything on social media now is a billboard. And so you have all the analytics to the impressions, the people engaging, where they're engaging from, what their age or what the demographics are. And those numbers are increasing significantly. So money from businesses are being flooded into all the social media platforms. So it's grown. The problem is there's over saturation. People are doing the same skits, the same things. There's so many influencers now.
And what happens is what people are getting paid are changing significantly, because there are so many people out there that are looking for opportunities and deals. It's changing literally by the second, but you can't ignore it anymore. And it doesn't matter what capacity you're in, whether you're running for president, or you are running for a community spot on a board, or you want to be involved in a non-for-profit, or even if you're a professor,
everyone has to have a social media presence now if you have something to say that's impact when needs to be hurt. It's just you have to be out there. And how much better is it in 2025 being in this space in 2018 when you really made the decision to leave the corporate banking world to get into this where you felt so maybe insecure about saying this is what you did for a living. Like you said, it's not going anywhere. It's a fabric of our life. It's part of society. Do you feel a little bit more
I don't want to say prideful about it, but maybe a little more happy to speak that you are in this industry. I think people get it more now. When I say I own an agency, people are like, oh, that's cool. When I say it, I do it when I'm like, I'm a creator myself. People are like, what does that mean? What does that actually mean? It still has a massive stigma. This industry still has a massive stigma. And some people are so hesitant to come on. But some of these big creators with big following, with big engagement,
They're making more than a lot of athletes you know. People are making so much money in this space and no one, I still feel like people aren't talking about as much and the people that are talking about what they make aren't.
the ones that are actually making the big, big dollars in space. But it's crazy what's happening out here. It's always like that, though, not in the street. Athletes, we know how much they make, but it's the money behind the scenes in industries where we don't know or you know a lot of people are making money. So a couple of rapid fires quick on the town agency, biggest area growth that you saw year over year.
size of the deals are going up. And the type of companies that are getting involved are going up. Prediction for the agency in 2025. It's gonna be really tough to be last year. And the other thing with this space is we have not had one economic pullback. There was an economic pullback, of course, with COVID. But the thing is, is all the marketing dollars that were spent on billboards and everything went towards social. We haven't seen economic pullback. I think we might see a little economic pullback in 2025, which will impact the speed at which people spend.
And I also think there was a huge gap of inefficiency where companies were spending money. They didn't realize they were spending. And now it's going to get more efficient. So I think I have a feeling that 2025 is going to be a little bit harder. So I have a feeling we're going to come back in 2026. And I'm going to tell you, it was a tougher year for the agency. I think we're going to grow. I want to like acquire. I want to get involved. I want to find other lines of business. But it's going to be a battle this year. I hope that you don't. I hope that you continue to crush and we come back and say, jaw dropping numbers for 2025.
But to follow up in 2023, you said for the talent, your goal was to either grow, merge, or acquire. You obviously grew. That's number one. Did any of those happen? We did not merge or acquire. No. So TBD. So we have closed the silo of the professional version of JTA 2024. And now we're going to move into the personal. So a little bit of a sweat, a little bit of a sweat. It's something that we've done every year. I find it intriguing, which means that hopefully as the voice of the viewer, our listeners does as well.

We want to go over just your growth on all platforms. Okay. So I don't know if you have some of these numbers where I'm going to ask you about your, your insight that last 90 days in your social. Okay. But we're going to talk about growth on your channels. And I'm just going to rip it off really quick.
You went from TikTok, you almost gained 100,000 followers from 202 to 292, which is about double the amount that you grew the year prior. Instagram went from 878,000 to 977,000. Again, almost a 5x growth from the year before. Your Twitter actually gained followers only by 3,000, but the year before you had lost followers. Your YouTube subs went from 20k to 30k, which is more than the year before.
Trading secret Instagram went from 150k to 161k, similar to growth from the year before. And then your LinkedIn went from 10.7, a group by 1,000 followers from 10.7 to 11.8, and your threads almost doubled from 81 to 155k.
My main question for you on that, first off, congratulations. Thanks. That man's growing up. That's good. That's what we like to see in the business world. Is there a conscious effort from you for growth strategy? Or is your thought process content content content? Or is it, I'm just going to be me and it'll grow naturally.
There wasn't as much of an intentional growth strategy. It was just like at this space is getting so good and people are getting so much better. So just pay attention more to what people are doing and try and adopt different editing strategies and hook strategies and everyone. By the way, everyone's doing that. Whoever says they're not, they're just straight up lying. Like anyone who's really good in this space.
They're spending time with people who are strategizing on everything, like the lighting, the audio, the hooks, the storyline, the arcing, everything. It's all being pre-produced. Everything is. But the idea is it's still being pre-produced, but when someone enjoys it, they're really enjoying what's being put out there.
Yeah, I mean, there's a lot of effort that goes into that. It sounds like from that answer that it's not so much a gross strategy is like keeping up, like keeping up with almost the demand or keeping up with the trends or just finding a way to be a little more like efficient with it so that it's maximized when you're doing it. It's just changed. Like back in 2018, 1920, you could post one photo every three, four days. If you're doing that today, you're dead in the water. And you have my social disaster.
You have to be putting up, you have to be telling your story, every dance story is you have to be putting up and creating really thoughtful, engaging videos, which is hard. And like, it's a lot of work. Like every day, if you think about it, you're creating, you're writing, you're scripting, you're editing, you're producing, you're posting. And if you're doing it good, like some of the really good ones, like a Haley Bailey, who's doing literally 10 videos that are going to like viral a day,
You're never not working, it's 24-7. So it's just changed. I can't even think of a caption for a post that I post once every three months, and it's on my kid who I should know inside and out, so I totally get that. Out of 10, what is your priority level for growing your socials? Because now the game, it doesn't matter what you're doing, your value of when you go speak in a place.
like in your episode. Whatever it is, it's all connected to what your social engagement is. So right now it's a social media is probably going in 2025, like it's like an eight out of 10. Okay, higher than I thought. Question, what would you rather grow other than your socials or your bank account?
In the lottery shuttle social ground, never go back. What would you rather grow in your life other than your socials? Oh, like every like I have those would be unlike the bot like I want to grow Everything physically. I want to grow mentally. I want to grow. I want to find a partner. Yeah, I want to find out where I'm going to live. I don't even know where I'm live. Yes. Well, I want to grow a million things before I grow those. Okay. Okay. Well, that my life I'm 36. Got to figure it out here.
Well, you have it. You're figuring it out. Don't be so hard on yourself. There's certain things in life I got that are doing well. Yeah. There's other things that are like all over. What would you say that you're growing as a person you're over here? Yeah. Yeah. Oh, dude, what I know today for so many years. Oh, 100%. Yeah. But it's just like how many times you got to get in the ring and not out before you get in the ring and you win a belt.
I know that we're on personal finance, but this is a personal question. It just fits the mood and I got a couple of champagne's in me. Are you dating again? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Like dating and going on dates? Yeah. Okay. Good. Well, we love that for you. We think about that. Well, I obviously knew the answer to that question because I'm your best friend. So I just had to put it out there for the people. So back door to even that. I think it's good.
You want to find a partner, you want to raise a family, you want to have kids. The only way to do that is to date, right? And you go on dates and you like the person, you keep going on dates with them. If it doesn't work out, if it doesn't work out, it sometimes might be a second date. Sometimes it might be, I'm going to pack on my life and move to Florida.
But you got to get out there. So the fact that you're dating, it's important in this process. I don't know everyone listening to this podcast. I hope if you're not cheering for him, stop listening. No, keep listening to the podcast. But we're all rooting for you in that sense. So it's good to hear that you're back. You're out on 2025. Good things. Not on dating apps or anything, but no. No. No. No. So that's good. It's good. All right. The thing that used to give you a little bit of cringe maybe doesn't, any now, your total revenue this year,
from your social, from your appearances, from speaking for, let's say the Jason Tardig brand. And before I preface this, you made less in 2023 than you did in 2022. And we'll get into the details while I'm asking about that. But do you have the overall
the overall revenue across all platforms for the Jason Tardic brand. I have an idea. What is your overall, how much do you make on your socials? How much do you make on the Jason Tardic brand? Take the agency out of it. This doesn't include agency. This is social platforms, this is speaking events, this is public appearances, this is all that bread and butter. No podcasts, no, no town agency. Okay, I'd like to get a little business behind it. Okay.
Your pages are, again, distribution channels, right? Right. This past year, my Instagram page probably did around 600 million impressions. Okay. I thought you were going to say dollars. I was going to pop another bottle of champagne. No, no, no. Yeah. And the TikTok probably did around
like 150 million impressions. So between all socials, you're talking close to a billion impressions. So the revenue is all gonna be correlated to what is your brand, what is your PR power and what are the total amount of impressions that you're making on your distribution channels. And as a result of that, those numbers are all up. I expect there's a lot to happen this past year. There's a lot. There's a big mental cost.
when you're doing that many impressions. And for people that are doing more, it's even a bigger mental cost. And there's a lot of good with the bat. So that's like the business side behind why revenue was up this significantly this year. It was up significantly in those spaces because of those numbers. But for the personal stuff, it was in the two to three million.
Yeah, that's like taxable. So that's like after expenses and everything. Wow. Yeah. Wow. Well, good thing we established a steak dinner after this JTA. So I might have to take you up on that after that. Congratulations, by the way. Thank you. Cheers. Celebrate successes. JTA 2024. If I'm going to make them sweat, I'm going to cheers them up. My back is sweating right now. I hate you. I just want to say I say over here, I hate sharing this stuff because instantly you share this stuff and it comes with judgment. It comes with expectations. It comes with X, Y, and Z.
I will stop you right there and say, we ask our guests to share the exact same information that you're sharing. So if you don't leave from the front, we are Fugazi fraud podcast. We are called trading lies, instead of trading secrets. And here we are. And we've had years where it's like super down, I've had years where it's up. I've spent all over it. It's a good story to tell before and a half years, isn't it? I'm gonna tell you. It's like,
you make money, and it's a beautiful, like, take half of it and it's gone. Yeah, or you have it's gone, or you make money, and you're crying on the floor for a month of a year. Literally. Yeah, and David's picking it up like you're shell yourself. I don't even know you anymore. I remember one time I came to you complaining about like a relationship thing, and you're like, I don't know who you are anymore. Yes. You yelled at me. I was like, yeah, I did. I did. I said, I think my direct quote is,
You'll know that you're supposed to be with the person that you're supposed to be with when you stop calling me and asking me about these types of things that you're experiencing. Because when you meet the person you're supposed to be with, you will never deal with that circumstance or situation ever again in your entire life.
But with the money thing though, it comes in, it comes out. When it comes in, 50% is gone, your expenses go up because there's a lot more opportunities. So revenue goes up, expenses go up, tax goes up. I expect this year to be down significantly. Okay. Yeah. Pipeline's good. Like rate drive about a million dollar pipeline of deals. I expect though, it's going to be a, because I'm as long as I'm less focused this year, I'm like, I'm more focused than the other stuff. Yeah. Life.
Life stuff. Happiness. I got to figure it out. Yeah, it's good. We'll get to that really quick rapid fire. You ready for this? Go. Biggest deal you did in 2024 is around a half million. That's all I'm going to tell you. I can't tell you the brand. Okay. You're doing one of those, those guest things where they can't. We have confidentiality. All right. Yeah. Well, those usually go away with me and you in our conversations, but I guess for the sake, it's not just me and you. It's me and you and a hundred thousand other people.
You guys know I'm proud of Buffalo. OK, you've heard it over and over. But let me tell you about Snapdragon apples, which are the official apple of the Buffalo Bill. So here's the thing. You're going to think I'm biased. I'm telling you, I am telling you with all the confidence in the world. This is the best apple I've ever had in my life.
When you bite into this apple, I'm telling you when you bite it, it pops. It is like the best bite you'll ever get. So Snapdragon, I'm telling you, it's ideal for snacking. You could slice it and put in salads. It pairs beautifully with like rich cheeses, especially on a charcuterie board because it's like a luxurious apple. And the other thing too is like, I'll take pieces of it and just like put it right in a peanut butter and there's nothing like it.
Now, the good thing is, Snapdragon is not only just available in Buffalo, it's available to you. They're so good. They're available in retailers, including Target, Safeway, ShopRites, Sprouts, the Fresh Market, Publix, and of course, Wegmans, which is the best. So, visit snapdragonapple.com to learn more. It will be the best Apple you ever have. That's my trading secret guarantee. What was your most rewarding deal of 2024?
The book tour deal. Okay. Awesome. Capital One Cafe. Shout out. What was your biggest spend? The amount of money I spent in restaurants is nauseating. Yeah. Just because I've never been at home. I knew you were going to ask that question. I didn't buy any. Like, I can't think of anything at all. This is your last personal finance question before we get into personal questions.
In JTA, 2023, you said that you did an S&P tax relief fund. You invested $200,000, $300,000 for it. How is that fund doing? I just wanted to follow up on it. Is it doing well in 2024? Yeah, it's up over 20%, 2024.
Also, this past year that we did invest into an AI fund and a couple of BlackRock funds. So it was a good year of deploying capital and letting the professionals do what they do best. Because when you don't have time to do it, you just got to let those people do it. And I was so reluctant for years, a lot of other people do it. And I'm so glad I did. You talked a lot about that in GTA 2023, about how you finally let go of that and let these because your time was so spent. Let people manage your money and make money on your money, which is great. Do you have any other big investments outside of this that you'd care to share from 2024?
No, those are the big one was this G squared fund and it was all AI. So I put 250 grand into this AI fund. So that's why it's like opening. I asked it earlier. You're telling me now you tell me it's making you money. So here we go. But I would say the biggest thing right now is like on cash most people you can earn four to
Like you can go to competitive banks and earn three to six percent on cash, three to five percent. So you can't sit on cash at zero percent right now. If you can't, you're falling behind. And if you're in credit card debt, you got to find a way to get yourself out. I say the avalanche or the snowball model, because right now if you're accumulating at 20, 30 percent and everyone else is making five to six percent, your margin for where you're falling behind is becoming deeper and deeper every day.
And we do have the credit card points guy coming on. He's going back on. He's coming back on. We'll talk more about credit card day. It's like more about how to pay it off, like more and more on that. And now, unfortunately, from last lap, we have to get into the personal questions. And this is something that I know, like you said, you put up the question box. People want to know, I would say we would say the percentages between business and personal.
I would say, I was going to say 80, 20, but it's about 90, 10. I got a couple of follow-up questions first from last year, and then we'll get into this year. In JTA2023, you talked about the biggest financial mistake or misstep you had was all to do with real estate. You said that you had invested in it, but you had none for yourself, for better part of the word. I still rent the same home that I rented when my last relationship ended, because there's been a lot of change, right? Yeah. So engagement ended, rented this home.
then I was going to move to New York. And then there was a weird position I was put in that I wouldn't be able to go to New York anymore. Okay. And as we with the dogs. Okay. And then I was.
no longer doing New York. And then I met Kat from Tampa. Then I was going to go to Tampa and that no longer became a reality. Okay. And now I'm still in that home. Okay. And now what I'm highly considering is I'm done with Nashville and I'm highly considering giving a place in Florida and having a place in New York. Where in Florida? East Coast side. Like Miami, Del Rey.
for Lauderdale somewhere there. So you asked her my question, what's the plans for 2025 and you just answered them? That's what it looks like, but it's gonna be a Twister year. Yeah, Twister. Yeah, see you when it's up. Moving around, we're good. Okay, I love it. Last year, we solved the internet mystery that you were 5'9".
Okay. We solved that last year. That's not five nine. Correct. You was floating around there. I had to ask you about it. What's your best day? Worst day. 2024. Don't got to go in depth. You paint a picture for us. We're at home. We're flipping through the book. It's a picture book. I want you to paint the picture. Your best day, your worst day of 2020. Best day was Christmas. Okay. Awesome. Love that. Worst day was... Don't overthink it. Just picture a book. It was...
It was a phone call. I wish it was a phone call. I received a mobile device that your life is changing as you know it. Yeah, there you go. Okay. Next question is, what is one training secret from our guests?
in 2024 that you're bringing in 2025. And let me preface this with this in the last question before we get into money, mafia, question and roulette. So as you're thinking about this, get your phone hot, get it ready. We're going to end this awesome episode of JTA 2024 with money mafia question and roulette.
And Jason, as I do that, I've been some time to think about it. What is one trading secret from our guest that you're bringing to 2025? Obviously, the one that came top of mind, which I liked from the apartment guy, the apartment guy's had massive success. He said something that just threw me, and he said, step into the cringe. And I was like, what? He's like,
Everyone's so judgmental these days. Everyone's afraid to step left, right, back, or center. And he's like, the people right now that are getting rewarded are the people that have no fear in doing whatever they want. And a lot of the times, what happens is when you do something that people are judging, they're calling it cringe. They're calling it cringe because they have internal resentment or external longing. And he says, who cares? Step into it, because those are the people that are being rewarded. Well, you know what's funny about that is I often feel like people on social media
Those people who lean into it, they get the most views because it's actually what other people are feeling. They actually resonate with that. They actually relate to that. They actually want to see that and be a part of that. So I always feel like that's a really, really interesting part of it. And I think of some people who have done like a really, really good job of it. Like you said, the apartment guy like going up on the street and asking people how much they pay for rent.
Like people who just don't give a fuck on social media, obviously I follow barsoil like a date porn. Like people who just are on that edge of like being like just themselves and like not worrying what people think. Like it just attracts eyeballs because people want to see what they're doing next. Well David, you have a whole lot of questions here and you can just scroll through those pick one. Okay, I'm showing you what we're doing. This is the question box. I'm just going to filter through these questions. Oh my gosh, there's a lot of them.
Swiping, swiping, so no one can see that in line. Okay. What would be the one thing that you would give up in your career or your lifestyle to find your wife and settle down? Everything.
I'd give it all up. You would leave me high and dry. I would leave it all. If you told me I got my family tomorrow, I'm done. I'm good. Okay. I'll figure I'll go back and work at the bank for God's sake. Okay. I'd give it all up. You'd give it all up. All of it. You know what? When we were driving here, you said it's so great to be back in Buffalo.
Seeing all my friends and seeing all their kids run around and you were like, you're the happiest I've seen you and you're so happy. And I said to you, I was like, it's probably because you're seeing people in their natural habitat and they're just like doing it and they're happy and they're successful. And I know that you create that. So I spent eight years of this time. I'm like, oh, let's see, keep going. When is the last time? Oh, God. That's a floated question. You saw the dogs.
These people, this is a good question. What do you think it is? The lat, well, I don't know exactly, but my guess would be when your last relationship started. Is that accurate? I was supposed to see them twice in June, and I wasn't allowed to. And that I engaged
several pet experts, one being their vet, attorneys, therapists, and the best decision for the dogs based on messages I received was to put them in the place to keep them where they're at.
if you, who's, it's been a long grieving process for the dogs. I haven't seen them since the end of May. I won't see them again. I didn't get to say goodbye to them. And this is a, this is probably a larger discussion for a larger time, but a big dark cloud just came to this room with shadowing the bright lights that are on us recording right now. So yeah, pick this up another time. Okay. Will you get a dog in 2025? I would love to. Okay.
I love this question. Jason, are you happy? I honestly am the happiest I've ever met. I know that you're not lying. Yeah. Because I spend every waking, you know, we talk every single day. Yeah. And there was a time in your life where this year where it wasn't that you're happy. Yeah, last couple of years has been a roller coaster. I've learned a lot, I've grown a lot, I've grieved a lot, especially last year. I lost a lot last year.
I gained a lot too. And I excited about 2025. I always say that we are put on this planet from birth to death to experience all of it, all of the emotions. So if you're having the worst day of your life, you're able to still experience emotions that you were put on this planet to experience. Exactly. And the fact that you've gone through that
a little too much lately in the last two years. I'm looking forward to JTA 2025 where we can reflect on some, you know, maybe some shinier and brighter and sunnier and moments with more butterflies and more rainbows. But if we don't, that's just part of life. And we'll be here to wrap it up and discuss it all. So for the bottom of my heart, thank you very much for letting me sit in this chair. Four and a half years doing it. It's been an absolute pleasure. I'm grateful for you. I'm grateful for our friendship.
I'm grateful for the podcast. I'm grateful for the listeners. I'm grateful for our team who makes it all happen. But here's when we make bad jokes on our trading secrets calls every Tuesday, so thank you to the team. But it's just an honor to do this with you. No, it is like this is a dream come true. Sit here across a best friend and talk about these things all the years in front of the camera and behind the camera.
The tears, the laughs, all the things, like we're gonna look back at this one day when we're like, sitting in wheelchairs. Just being like, dude, do you remember that ear? Do you remember what happened there? And like to me, there's no substitute in that. Like you think about all the things that happens and who cares about the money, this, that, all that means fucking nothing. It's like the memories, the friendships, the laughs, the cries, and the times you're at the lowest. The only thing that matters is someone who's seen a lot of lows is friends just like,
personal stuff lately. It's just the only thing that matters is like the people that you're surrounded by and like the love that you have that will bring you back up. And so that's what it's all about. We talk a lot about money and career and that stuff's important to support the people you love. But at the end of the day, it's all about the people you love. It's all about the people you love.
I know that better anybody. My son grows up every single day and I see him after hockey road trips and he's twice his size and he's the bubliest, happiest guy ever. And I know that you want that. It'll be there for you. And just looking forward to 2025 for you for the podcast. If you're listening, I am the host of this podcast. I'm going to hang on to that for another 30 seconds. Let's go. Make sure that you go subscribe and give us five stars. We threw a lot at you today. Go in the comments, go in the reviews.

Happy 2024 that it's closed. Let's all look forward to 2025. Ashley's got all these weird things. She's doing around the house to get more money and fortune to the house. We got cinnamon sticks over the doors. We've got a couple of other things. We're manifesting big things. I got the one, the only luba art when my mother on the hunt for my crypto. So if there's anyone that's going to solve this mystery for me, that love her death. I love the listeners. Love you, Jay. And I think she'll let me do this for another year. GTA 2024. That is a wrap.
We'll be right back.
